[00:00:00]The only way that happens is from the BIS. The BIS would be the ones that can administratively reprice XRP. It's not going to be the US government. Um The problem that I have with that premise is that XRP needs to be elastic and dynamic and flexible in order to be able to uh continue to be the backbone of the financial system over the long term. If it's at a fixed price, that really caps upside and liquidity in the ecosystem.

[00:00:36]Um and then once it's at a high enough value, they'll start moving value over the network and that'll provide stability or a floor where it can then you can continue to rise from there. I don't think it's going to be an administrative repricing um like many people have speculated over the years. It It's not a flip of the switch thing. This is an actual, you know, supply and demand situation where there's more far more demand for XRP on the exchanges than there is supply. You'll see the chart gap up.
