[00:00:03]Give him the death penalty for killing two people when the person whose DNA is on the murder weapon and the victims admitted to killing the two people and the man who's about to die didn't have DNA on the murder weapon or the victims and his only previous charge was possession of marijuana. Everyone watching this video, please take two minutes out of your day to reach out to Greg Abbott and ask him to halt the execution of James Broadnax. This man should not die for a crime that he did not commit. Additionally, when you're on the phone with Greg Abbott, maybe ask him why Andrew Garza, who's also charged with capital murder, who has a prior charge of intentional injury to a child, a different child prior to the one that he's accused of killing, who was 23 days old when he died by homicide due to blunt force injuries, why is he out on bail? Why was the death penalty already waived for him? Why did he only spend a couple months in jail before he bonded out on a bond that is insanely low? And then, after failing to appear to court for the capital murder charge and for his previous charge of intentional injury to a child, he's still out on bond. Why is that okay? How are you getting away with treating these two men so differently? Additionally, remind him that capital murder includes the death of a child under 10 years old like Amari Boone, the child who he's a named defendant in the wrongful death lawsuit.

[00:01:26]And why are so many children dead in the foster care system and no one is getting any charges? Don't you think that you're responsible for any of this? You have the ability to stop this, to stop James' execution and to help these children.

And it's all connected, of course, to the prison system, to detention facilities, to the infrastructure that he built and that his little friends profited from. And y'all are all getting exposed.
