Ziggy Sues Me In Small Claims Court...Breakdown of Court...Part 1 /LIVE PREVIEW W/ CHATAdded:
So, I've actually tried to record this a few times. I'm going to do this in um several parts. Um we'll start with um how the hearing started, of course. This will be part one. This hearing took place on May 19th, 2026. And this is Ziggy/Adrien Amiss versus me.
So, uh, the hearing begins and Ziggy is asking the court for a protection order against me and also she wants $10,000 from me for emotional distress and damages. She claims that she has been harassed online for years and she wants the court to stop any discussion of her on the internet.
She enters the courtroom appearing very upbeat and smiling and the tone shifts quickly once the proceedings begin. Um the judge first confirms that service of the complaint and moves the case forward when asked what she's requesting. Z immediately asks for restrictions preventing online discussion about her.
Um the judge shuts that down right away explaining that small claims court does not have the authority to issue that kind of order. Um I would like to pause and say that um zero court in the entire world um can stop my free speech.
So um just wanted to include that zero court zero court has jurisdiction over my speech. Okay. Okay, Ziggy.
All right. So the the judge is going to go ahead and move forward. Um the case is then limited strictly to the issue of monetary damages. And I want to pause again because that is what I stated. Let everybody know this is a small claim court. And small claim court you are proving damages that are due to you. Um that's what it's for. It's not for any other reason. So um Ziggy is claiming that she is online emotional distress and harassment and the harm is spanning several years. She frames the situation as a constant as if it's constant online targeting and the jud judge repeatedly brings the focus back to what actually can be proven in court. Actually at one point he says to Ziggy, um go ahead and quit telling me what's legal and illegal. I'll determine that. Um, just tell me the facts pretty much is what he tells her. So, um, yeah. Uh, Z is that, uh, delusional that she thinks she can come into a judge's courtroom and tell him what's illegal and what's not illegal. Right off the bat, that this is the very beginning of the hearing. She is going to tell the judge what's legal and what's not. He, of course, right away knocks her down off her uh, high horse and lets her know, you know, that he's the attorney. He's the judge here.
Um, a major turning point in the hearing, guys, and I'll read this and then we'll I'll move on and I'll go ahead and record part two for you. A major turning point comes when the judge examines a vanity license plate that Ziggy referenced in her evidence. So, this is part of her evidence, her YouTube Ziggy license plate.
Ziggy confirms it's hers. The judge points out that it appears to reference her YouTube identity and tells her directly that she cannot claim to want privacy while she's using a branding design to attract public attention. He makes it clear that she cannot have it both ways.
So, um, hooray for the judge so far. um right away he you know is like you can't go out in public and I need for every American citizen to hear this if you're an American. You can't go in public and then complain about people seeing you there.
Okay. Um the I I know that people think that the first amendment is very limited to just speech, but I think that people should go and read the entire thing and actually read what it means. Um especially you Ziggy, you should go read about the First Amendment right now. So um before part two um and what part two will be about where we will pick up is Ziggy um submitting her 20 minute presentation that she worked on for the court. Now we knew that she did because she had mentioned it the days before days leading up all her time all her time was spent um on this evidence that she was compiling. Right. that in my opinion she should have already had. If you filed a lawsuit, you would already have the evidence of all these things, but she did not. Um, and yeah, so that's where we are. Um, uh, I'm just reading through here through the, um, notes from the hearing and yeah, um, there has been no ruling.
I will let you guys know that that as of the 22nd of May, my um I filed a motion to dismiss obviously after Ziggy Ziggy had the floor, you guys. She had the floor. She had the courtroom to herself.
I was not there to distract her in any way. I did not submit any evidence whatsoever. Um I of course let her have the floor and there was no excuse that she shouldn't have won $10,000 because she had the floor. She was confident and she had a slam dunk. Right, guys? Ziggy had a slam dunk.
