[00:00:07]I don't know what's going to happen all the free stuff that the mayor promised everyone.

[00:00:12]I don't know about all the free social programs, free buses, free everything that was promised. I don't know how that's going to work if the city's broke.

[00:00:21]And now the the mayor is petitioning the governor to bail out the city. Should be interesting to see how that goes. Let's listen to somebody's clip with the mayor providing his messaging on how the city is broke. New York City faces a budget crisis of a historic magnitude.
