UK and EU agree details of new food exports deal

In what appears to be further progress in recent reset talks, these will now be done away with, meaning it will significantly ease the burden of trading arrangements for supermarkets and food producers. While on the UK side of the border checks weren't fully implemented on the assumption that imports from the EU were already of certifiable standard, however, goods flowing out of the UK and into the EU were subjected to 100% paperwork checks and 30% physical checks. The UK government has described it as great news for British food and drink businesses.
