What Triggers a Hypermobility Flare❓️追加:
Some of the common causes of flare-up in hypermobility are stress, lack of sleep, lack of electrolytes and uh hydration, and of course joint instability. That means hypermobility in your joints actually cause more stress on your nervous system because movement is a very, very stressful thing to your nervous system because your livelihood and safety is in jeopardy. That does not mean you don't move. That just means you have to move safely. The question is how? I treat joint hypermobility and I use developmental exercises, the same steps we all took as newborns where we could barely hold our heads up to become running toddlers. Make sure you follow me here.
