[00:00:00]So being joined by Ratan Sharda live on the broadcast to get us more updates into the matter. Now I want to understand from you what does this verdict mean? You know the Hindu community has won after at least a 4-year long struggle. So what are your first comments on this?

[00:00:15]>> Well first of all Hindus never gave up their right on bala. It was distorted under the Congress government when they were stopped on doing the puja which was allowed earlier and it was more or less closed to Hindus except some one day in a year that to under heavy police bundas. So this is what started the struggle to claim the complete vagi mandr which is what it is and when we keep on asking for surveys and we go to courts it's actually very embarrassing that even those cases where the clear evidence is that it is a mandr and the mosque or any place of worship has been superimposed very clearly doesn't match either in design or in any way uh confirm with what is the the original structure. I think the the Hindu faith has Hindu justice have been Hindus. The struggle has been uh given due recognition and not only that they have asked the mosque to be shifted somewhere else. That is a very good point. So there is no unnecessary conflict and this is not the only temple. I have got a book called Hindu temples what happened to them. This was published in 1990 not now where they have given Mr. Sitaram book where he has given a list of 2,000 mandras destroyed by invaders and as per their own history Islamic evidence not Hindu evidence Islamic evidence. So this approach of you know trying to stop Hindus from reclaiming what is theirs and 1100 years of civilizational wound where continuous attacks on temples RS right from north to south from east to west was done and we were told to a bill was thrown in our face called place of worship act >> which didn't allow us to do the historical correct that has been answered by the courts >> definitely now Mr. Ratan Sharda continue being with us. [00:02:10]What are your first comments on this? A four-year long struggle has now been turned into support for the Hindu community in Aadhya Pradesh. The Indor High Court has announced that the Dhar Chala will in fact remain with the Hindu community. Your first comments on this?

[00:02:25]Well, in fact, it's a wonderful decision totally based on technological evidence, archaeological survey reports, ground penetrating radar reports, everything.

[00:02:35]Justice has prevailed and ancient stones do not lie. Uh, one has mentioned about Sith Ramishna.

[00:02:54]>> Uh, Mr. Shanka thanks a lot for joining with us but can can we draw comparison to the Ram Mandonder victory in this case too? Your first comment on that sir.

[00:03:03]>> See Ram Mandonder case was a different uh case altogether so far as facts are concerned because this is a ASI protected monument. So it was a writ petition which was filed before the indor bench of the Madhya Pradesh High Court and after Ramand judgment. This is a very historical judgment which has been passed by the honorable indor high court and the indor high court has held that the character of this entire place is of a Hindu temple. It's a place of bhala. It's a place of Sanskrit learning. It's a school of Sanskrit learning and therefore we should be given right to worship there that our arguments have been upheld by the honorable indor high court and so far as offering of nama in the promises in question was concerned. The order permitting such kind of action has been completely rejected by the honorable indor high court. The honorable indul high court has also suggested to the government of India to make efforts on our representation to bring back the idol of masarasati mahad dvi which is still lying in the British Museum in London.

[00:04:07]>> Yeah Mr. Jan my other question to you would be the kind of struggle the Hindu community went through in the entire legal battle. It was a very long struggle uh comparatively to the Ram Mandonder Andolan and we can similarly similarly draw comparison to that but share the struggles that you have went through the Hindu community has went through.

[00:05:00]Hindus you know that when it is crystal clear as I gave you example of the book which clearly cites 2,000 temples which have been certified by the Islamic invaders how they took over despite that if we have to go to court every time and we have to seek justice the people who owned them the people who owned this land the people who suffered for 1100 years of terrorizing invasion loot desecration of temples which was part of their that so-called religious duty and we try to pass it off as a loot. What does here for example what does here in this particular case to be loot and nothing is just to rub with the natives the Hindus nose in the dust and tell them that you own nothing and that your gods mean nothing that this was done >> and I can quote you verbatim what these people always claim that what they have done as a duty to their god or Allah. So if that is so then when we get we get freedom just like Somra Vishra got those temples back which are clear evidence there was no doubt at all but we have to go to courts and we are we are as I said slapped with place of worship act that we cannot claim we are then thrown into jails if we ask for it we are told that we are intolerant we are told that we are criminal if we ask for something that belongs to us.

[00:06:15]>> So law is the secularism and the law is for everybody. It is not a cross which only we should carry. And this see biggest part of the judgment is it is not old dispute. It it was always ours.

[00:06:28]It the dispute was created by the MP congress government and now court has decided which can also be challenged.

[00:06:34]They will try to challenge it on the ground of uh place of worship act. They will come and beat their breast on your show in the evening. But that is not the way it should be. Why can't be graceful after 99% of Muslims or 99.9 maybe have from the come from the same stock they have also been convert converted on the sword. So they should happily say my brothers they own it. Why not give it back to us? We have got enough moss to pray. Why should they keep on wanting something which is not theirs every sign that shows it is does not belong to them and nor is nor did they do any wrong in this because these are the invaders who did it and they are also victims of the invaders. Radhanic recognizing this aspect that they are also you know targets of the same invasion and these they should give up these kind of rights and not try to identify the lutters and then come on the TV claiming place of worship act and all that I think there is enough of this kind of tom fooly this kind of wicked struggle and this should be stopped and conflict should be stopped >> yeah Mr. Mr. Shada uh the kind of humiliation GU was also with me but the kind of humiliation that the Hindus have to that the Hindus went through sir if you can put that into perspective on the kind of struggles it's it's not just about bhala we remember the struggle the Hindus went through in the Ram mandolan it was a very long struggle a fight of more than 500 years and never and other cases the bhala the ram jan bhumi so we have lots of fights to fight out and victory has to be achieved sooner It's about the morale of the Hindus.
