This collaboration successfully bridges the gap between entertainment and orbital mechanics, proving that scientific rigor makes digital exploration far more immersive than lazy sci-fi tropes. It is a refreshing example of how high-level expertise can elevate a game's stakes from mere fantasy to a genuine intellectual challenge.

I can't do it.
What the hell is that?
Well, if he dies, he dies.
You know what I think about your war proposal?
I don't know where. Where did this come from? Who sent this? Who sent this?
I need somebody tell me who sent this. I don't know. Oh, now there's two of them.
There's two of them and they're wiggling. Look at that. WOW. THAT'S SOME ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY.
Look at that. You got YOU DON'T GOT TO STILL GOT ONE of these, do you? Too bad you'll never have them.
All right, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, we're coming to you live from the factory down in the boughels of the town of Strathorn Veil. As you can clearly see, the workers are currently trying to deal with a crisis of contamination and violence, and they're Oh my gosh, Steve. He's dead.
I think the wind killed Steve.
Somebody call the doctor.
Steve's on the ground. H.
What's going on? I'm kind of hungry.

What is this [ __ ] Leave my horse.
Okay, everybody's calm down. We don't need to be talking about going back home.
Just a slight malfunction. That's all it is. Everybody calm down. Everybody calm down. Stop panicking. Stop panicking.
Okay. GET YOUR COMPOSURE. YOUR COMPOSURE. YOUR COLONIST. Behave like it. Everything's fine here. Everything's fine.
We got What happened? We got a slight m Oh [ __ ] We just had a slight malfunction with the power grid. It's going to be fixed and put back up there momentarily. So everybody just calm your asses down.
Okay.
>> Oh, wait. You're not supposed to bend your back, right?
>> What?
>> Nothing.
>> You're not supposed to bend your back.
Nothing. Don't worry about it.
>> From now on, your performance will be monitored and graded. So, better be on your best behavior, huh?
The chip is in. Let's see what we have here.
That right there is emotional damage.
You're on private property.
Chat, you just witnessed the first ever kill by log.
>> You know, like I said, >> there was context between the two.
Again, it's I probably should have went up there and told them, "Hey guys, come out and let them know that you're you're going to engage." You know, I probably should have said that. So, that's my bad.
Did you guys also hear the uh given instruction by the overseer?
We are we are on a mission now to uh secure this checkpoint and we we need to check all civilians for bites and injuries before letting them in. Louisville is now the only safe zone >> going in >> and we must protect it as the military.

>> No, cuz people want to see the end of this. Whoa. What happened to all the gold? It's gone.
>> You missed it.
>> Face cream thought you were joking about the whole you disagree.
>> I was joking about that. Oak trees destroy everything but oak trees.
>> And he destroyed all the gold. Remove tree debris. He deleted everything.
>> You got to see his clip. Look at his face.
>> That's literally That's the That's the face the millionaires were making in 2009.

Yeah.
Uhhuh. Yeah.
How you doing? Uh, I'm here tonight for or today, whatever, for uh >> Aelion.
>> Aelion.
>> Aelion.
>> Aelion.
>> Aelion.
>> Aelion.
>> Aelion.
>> Aelion.
>> Aelion.
>> Aelion.
I got it now.
No. Not here for that, Drax. I'm here for A >> that's what I'm here for. Okay.
Oh, because my dyslexic brain loves to mispronounce stuff. I got sent this thing or Aelion. All right.
What are you listening to? You're listening to the sweet sounds of Burke Black. How's it going? How you doing today?
Aelion, I got it.
Uh, yeah, this is a sponsored thing. Uh, chat, this is a new game that's coming. I mean, honestly, like it's it looks like a cool ass game. Regardless, you know, sponsored or not, it looks like an actually cool ass game. Um, it's from Don't Nod. You see, Don't Nod.
Aelion is a Did I say it right? Aelion is a cinematic story-driven sci-fi action adventure from Don't Nod, where exploration and stealth are a key to survival. out now on the Xbox, PlayStation 5, and Steam is $10 off until May 12th. Check out Aphilion by clicking on the link in the chat.
Feeling is grounded in real science.
That's the big key here is real science.
Thanks to collaboration between Don't Nod and the European Space Agency.
Imagine the same feeling of isolation as The Martian, there's only one other person on the planet with you, and you need to find them. Two stories, one mission. Find each other before it's too late. It's a mustplay for those looking for spacebound adventures uh with plenty of heart and emotion, exploration, and emotion, exactly what Don't Nod are famed for. The visual and audio immersion uh in Aelion is incredible with a soundtrack from the award-winning composer.
That's a name.
Armenine Armen Belhafa bua.
That really amplifies the tension as you explore here. Check this out. Look at this.
Oops. Wrong thing. Good thing that's not uh it's not time yet, but whatever.
Um, we have this My name is Alex Ya Malle. I am a modeling and simulation engineer for the European Space Agency.
>> So when planning missions for deep space, what are the biggest constraints you're constantly working around?
>> Planning mission for deep space, many constraint and challenges arise.
First of all, let's go back to the definition of deep space. For many of us, deep space can probably be like beyond the edge of the universe, but we don't actually need to go that far. Um, although there is no consensus on the definition of what deep space is, um, we can all agree that if the mission does not orbit primarily planet earth, uh, this mission can be called deep space mission. For instance, and quite topical example, uh the Artemis 2 mission that just launched a few days ago is considered a deep a deep space mission.
>> Yes.
>> One of the biggest constraint of deep space missions is the space environment and solar radiation. When you venture far enough from Earth, um your space system becomes uh very vulnerable to solar radiations.
uh as uh planet earth magnetic field does no longer protect you. Coming back to the Artemis 2 mission uh the European Space Agency oversaw the design of the European service module. The European service module is the module in charge of providing life support system and uh attitude and orbit control system to the crew module Orion as European service module avionic system had to undergo thorough processes of verification, design, testing and validation including one of the most exciting for me uh radiation hardening. Radiation hardening is the process of manufacturing uh electrical components and circuits and make them sustainable to the aggressive radiation environment of space.
>> Which parts of the mission plan or operations are most critical to get right and what happens if they don't go as expected?
for deep space mission and actually for all type of missions the most critical part to get in mission planning and uh operations are uh the routines the training of the operation teams. We have operation teams actually on the ground making sure that um these uh procedures uh operation procedures are tested and validated. The operation teams usually train on average minimum I would say four weeks to really get a solid knowledge of the spacecraft they are operating from the ground. It can extend to more if the mission is more complicated uh or more complex. Um, now we also have spaceborn operators and those are more often referred to as astronaut.
>> I like I like that. Disobey. Five gifted. I like that. Disobey. Fight the system. Do not comply. Do not obey. Oh, disobey.
You know.
Thank you. Richie stream. We love you.
Thank you very much. Appreciate you.
This is awesome.
So for astronauts, it's very similar.
Astronauts will have to drill these routines and procedures daily over an extensive amount of time, which is part of their main training to go to space.
If something goes wrong in these routines and procedures, we have actually contingency procedure to uh come up with alternative path and ways to uh address what goes wrong. So when something goes wrong in a mission where do problems tend to start and how do they escalate?
>> Um in deep space mission and again for all type of missions um usually the mission doesn't go wrong all of a sudden. Instead we start spotting if we're lucky enough local isolated problems. We have a certain amount of time to actually address those problems and avoid them to escalate. something would go wrong in the mission if an accumulation of the small local problems are not detected and fixed in a timeline.
Now what type of system would be critical to have this type of failure and local uh issues.
I think electrical power system is really the most critical uh system on board the spacecraft. It does provide electrical power to all the subsystem and all the subsystem depends on electrical power. Now we can think of like critical catastrophic uh failures of electrical power system but they're actually not very common. One of them that I can think of would be a failure to a solar array deployment which would then like um prevent the mission from being um charged guaranteed with um solar solar energy. Um this is why most of missions are actually taking on board a battery. If your uh electrical power uh system is unable to uh supply or generate power, your battery can take over and that gives you a bit more time to address uh local issues on board the spacecraft.
>> What do films or games usually get wrong about space?
>> Movies and games tend to usually get wrong the fact that there is just no sound in space. uh sound cannot propagate in space and it's commonly featured I think in older movies and games. I think they call this the suspension of disbelief and I mean while it was serving for a time most of like movies and games nowadays have caught up to this uh famous misconception missteps.
>> So what's the biggest misconception people have about space because games?
>> Tough question. I had to think for that for a while and I think after reflection one thing that I realized is the time to depressurize the airlock. When astronauts get ready to go on extra vehicular activities, EVAs, um they do actually spend a lot more time uh in the uh airlock waiting for a safe and careful depressurization.
Um, I realized this uh back in 2021 when I was following a live stream of uh the uh ASA and NASA astronauts uh installing new uh solar array uh roles on the international space station. And this is where I realized that actually the airlock depressurization could take up or and more than two hours which then would not really work to be featured in a game or in a movie. uh a time indication would be really nice to sensibilize the the audience the general audience to it's not a 30-second thing and they're not like just get smooshed in space directly for that.
>> How do you train for situations you can't fully predict like good things going wrong in ways you didn't expect.
>> Hard to hear the guy. train for situation that usually don't go uh well or that we cannot predict uh on the ground thanks to um simulation and uh augmented reality or virtual reality.
The idea is to train uh crews um crews onboard spacecraft, but also operation crews to what we >> apparently these are people that that were consulted about the process of making the game and and giving it a realistic space emergency >> for uh critical malfunctions or scenarios gone terribly wrong and we are uh trying to train the teams to have the good reactions without obviously endangering them before they go to space. This is where uh simulation becomes a key aspect. We are immersing the teams to um react uh correctly to this uh situations where most of the time what makes us human is what is getting in the way to have this logical ways of addressing this uh situations.
>> There's one more. Might as well watch that too before we start. So trying to survive on such an icy planet so far away from Earth would be really difficult. The game does not give us actually the distance from Earth >> but it took them roughly one and a half decades to get there. So it would be really far away. So I think we would have far less than 1% available of the solar output that we have at Earth. So you can't use solar power. And I think that is why the game focuses on this the source.
>> Maybe May let me watch this later like we'll do that halfway through or something.
Oh, well. Um, hold on.
I have a I have one second.
One second. One second.
Okay, perfect.
Oh, no. The game will load without a controller. Bear bearded wolf. I I just it just it that what that symbol is is that hey, we recommend playing this game with a controller. It's just letting you know. But I can you can absolutely play without a controller.
But I I have one, so I might as well use their recommendation, you know?
All right.
You don't have to use a controller.
Yeah, use a controller for a better gaming experience. I mean, I didn't I didn't listen to that for Crimson Desert. I mean, I might try a mouse and keyboard, but I just wanted to have the option available if I needed to.
Aelion, a feeling.
Athelium.
Uh, yeah. Quality. I don't know what that's for. Frame gen. Sure.
Very high. Good.
What about subtitles. Good. All right.
262. The Earth is dying from unmitigated climate change. Hope ESA's first man mission heads to a newly discovered planet. Uh, its mission explore potentially habited zone known as the source.
I am Naz. Yeah.
Um, like if if something was going on with Earth, we're not going to be able to just hop over to Mars and survive.
So, I imagine in this game they're looking for a planet that could possibly hold life, human life, without the the need for like suits and such.
Arya and I >> please let's just move on.
Um Ari, please I know you felt it too.
like no time's passed at all.
>> Nothing has changed for me since the last time we talked about this.
>> It doesn't matter what I feel.
>> And I still don't understand.
>> That's how it has to be. Thomas.
>> A. Did they hook up?
>> This mission comes first.
Never had the luxury of anything else.
>> You know what the stakes are, >> right?
The future of humanity and all.
I suppose it does demand our attention.
I'm sorry. This was a mistake.
Best mistake I've made in years.
Ari, hold on to mission control. We're falling.
>> Well, that's not good, >> Thomas. The ship's breaking apart.
There's no time.
Evacuate now. Thomas, come in.
>> What if he's already dead?
Is that any eject seat?
>> Thomas.
>> No. No. She's upside down.
>> Thomas, come in.
Please answer me.
Oh, no. No.
You just left her hanging.
>> Damn it.
Let's see.
Been forced to make an emergency landing. I'm basically fine, but I can't find Officer Cross. And this whole place could blow. I need to find a way out of here fast.
Look like it's running fine on uh on keyboard and mouse.
That's not good.
[ __ ] Crawl by fire.
Okay, I got this.
>> Oh, we were going for that this whole time. I thought we were going to go off the edge, >> you know.
[ __ ] Right. Yeah, McCord. I'm sorry. I'll work on that.
Oh, they did say, hold on. I do have a thing.
At the beginning of the game, there is yellow paint to show you where to go on the wreckage of the ship.
Players do not like the handholdy. So, the yellow paint does go away. It's just the the man-made environment environment. Okay. And holding so you know. All right. Just so you know. All right.
Besides, Chad, >> how do I get back out?
>> Are y'all really trying to take yellow paint man's job? That's some [ __ ] Dude's got one job in his entire existence on this planet. And y'all just want you just want him to lose his job.
Need a way out. Does my navigator still work?
>> Yeah, it's a nod. Yeah, >> there. I can get out that way.
Okay.
Oh.
Oh, I ain't going to break nothing.
No problemmo.
Okay. Come on. No, she's fine.
Whoops. I almost screwed that up.
>> I didn't see that F marker fast enough.
>> What?
>> How am I going to get up there?
Almost there.
Come on.
>> Oh, we got like a little We got a little gravel. We got a little gravel.
>> Thomas, you there?
Say something if you can hear me.
>> This mission has gone to hell.
I >> don't have much time.
>> I mean, they definitely ain't getting back home.
>> Seriously.
Okay, I can do this.
Luckily, we still have the rover.
>> You're a girl. You have the balance of a cat.
>> Better get out of here before it all blows.
How big is this damn ship?
No, no.
Uh so like little intimidating there that big gap hole right there. What is this ship?
Why am I stopping?
Oh, okay.
Find another way out. Hold on. I got to turn off this fan. I'm freezing.
That is one heck of a grapple.
[ __ ] I know. Don't stop. Keep going.
We're just going to keep on going.
Stop.
Huh?
Huh?
No.
Oh man.
Heat. Heat.
Yeah, I'd say that the they're not getting back, you know. Maybe Well, maybe we can fix that [ __ ] you know?
Maybe we can fix it. I'm just, you know, all we just got like a good old elbow grease just hammer it together. You know, we probably Yeah, we can fix that [ __ ] Don't worry. It's going to be fine.
Hang on, Thomas.
and chat. This game, >> this is hope astrobiologist Arian Montlair. We've been forced to make an emergency landing on Precan. I'm okay, but I've lost contact with my crew mate.
Officer Cross was in the engine room when we crashed. I'm currently searching the crash site.
Thomas, I really hope you managed to evacuate.
This game is called >> Aelion.
>> Aelion.
>> Aelion.
>> Aelion.
>> Aelion.
>> Aelion.
>> Aelion.
>> Aelion.
>> Aelion.
>> Aelion. Yeah, this game is called Aelion. Chat.
Doing a little uh sponsored segment here with uh good people at Don't Nod.
Um, they did a collaboration with the European Space Agency to give a more uh accurate depiction of what a distressed mission would look like on Pracphanany. This uh something's going on with Earth. Big old tornadoes, lots of hurricanes, you know, mass chaos. They got to find a new world.
So, uh, they're coming here. And I don't know about you, but I don't think moving to Alaska is this this ain't even Alaska. This is worse than Alaska.
This is like This is not good.
The North Pole. I I don't know. Maybe.
Yeah, the Arctic. Yeah, maybe their plan is to like melt the the ice or something and create an atmosphere. I I don't know. Thank you again, disobey.
Unless they Unless they landed in the polarized caps. Yeah, that's possible, I guess.
>> Oh god.
>> No, it's fine.
>> You better have made it out of there.
Where exactly is this? Since there's Well, we don't know if there's oxygen.
He's still in a in a helmet. I don't know about oxygen, but gravity. Yeah. I mean planet. So it's going to have gravity.
It's >> not a moon. You know, even moons have gravity. But >> where are you?
>> I'll find you.
>> It might actually be better than Mars.
Yeah, because of the the this I mean this this this is obviously a lot of water here.
Technically speaking.
way out now. Cover >> Thomas.
Okay, I got to go up here.
Well, if this is just water, then you know, obviously oxygen can be produced.
So maybe that's why they chose this planet because it could be easily terraformed or something.
Is the music part of the space station agency realism? Yeah. Yeah. So, like you know, have if you ever gone out climbing, Radius, there's always a violin that plays behind. You didn't know? You don't hear that? You don't know about that?
>> Yeah. Any climber in chat will confirm to you that uh when you're out climbing and exploring, there's like this violin that plays behind you. Behind? Yeah, you can hear it all at all times. Just ask and check.
>> Looks like nothing was spared.
Ooh.
Good thing I had the winch.
>> I have no idea where that rope is coming from.
I got no idea. From that little buckle.
Maybe he's like Batman, you know? Always has that freaking freaking thing somewhere.
Well, that's right. I I us I I usually was waking up around this time, right?
And I during the Bathon think Thomas, I'm inside. Can you hear me?
crap.
Finally, the engine room.
Oh no.
>> Thomas, >> no. No. That's just that's ketchup.
>> Please be okay.
>> We were bring we brought ketchup with us.
This is ketchup.
I didn't jump. Okay. Well, let's just go let's go back around.
There we go. All right.
I would not have the upper body strength to be able to do this stuff. It's not It's not going to happen. I guess I would just die.
Hey.
All right. All right.
Oh, yeah. I forgot about creaming his biceps. Yeah. Now he has to hold twins.
Oh boy. Oh man.
What's the name of the game? Um, >> Aelion. Aelion.
>> Aelion.
>> Aelion.
>> Atheelion.
>> Aelion.
>> Aelion.
>> Atheelion.

So we uh just so we're aware.
That's the name of the game. I am sponsored by uh Don't Nod tonight or today this afternoon.
Uh, Aelion cinematic story-driven sci-fi action adventure from Don't Nod where explorations and stealth stealth.
Well, what do we need stealth for?
Why stealth, precious? Why is that a thing?
Uh, our key to survival out now on Xbox uh, Series X and S and PlayStation 5 and Steam and it's 10% off until May 12th. Check out Ailion by clicking on my link in chat.
Um, yeah, you can click that link there. Uh, Ben is a grounded in real science thanks to a collaboration with between Donut and the European Space Agency. Cool, huh? Imagine the same feeling of isolation as the Martian. Uh, there's only one other person on the planet with you. Oh, no.
There we go. Makes me yawn. Uh, and you need to find them. Two stories, one mission. Find each other before it's too late.
Must play for those people who are looking for spacebound adventure with plenty of heart and emotion.
Uh, exactly what don't nod are famed for. The visual and audio immersion of Ailia is incredible with a soundtrack from the award-winning composer. Oh, I can't pronounce his name.
Armine Uhafa Ha.
Here, chat.
I could have used one of those things on on on this, too.
There you are mine who ha half half halfa I don't know really attention as you explore baby. All right do it. I'm going to try playing it on controller for a bit. See if I like that better.
Wait I'm going the wrong way.
Um. Whoops.
I thought I was supposed to drop off there.
Oh. Oh [ __ ] Okay.
All right. No problem, my friendo.
>> I got it. No problem. Let's go.
>> Let's go there, good buddy. Don't you worry, none. Everything's just fine and dandy.
Okay. Easy does it.
>> Yeah. Now she's got slippery butter fingers, man. I don't know.
This is uh where I made my my mistake.
Okay, now I'm good.
Oh, well, little intense. Little intense there.
>> Tell me you got out.
This means he launched.
He must have launched.
Just have to figure out where he landed.
This is an awfully big ship for two people. This isn't how it ends, Thomas.
I promise.
Oh no.
>> Oh dear.
Oh, hell crap.
Wait, now the Now the visor's back up.
Oh, now it's back down.
>> Hey, Fifi.
Hello, Miss Fify. How you doing?
We're uh we're playing Ailion Space Adventure.
>> Dr. Montclair to officer cross. Did you read me?
Mission control. Anybody copy It just came out just now. Miss Fifi, what were you playing tonight? Today? I keep saying I keep thinking it's night time.
Oh man, title drop. Hold on. I got it.
Aelion.
Aelion.
Aelion.
Aelion.
Aelion.
>> I did it.
Personal log of Dr. Arian Montlair reporting from the first man exploration mission to Pphanany.
Our ship is lost with all our equipment.
I don't know if we can salvage this mission.
But I've made a promise to bring answers to find the heat source of Pphanie and tell the world if this place could save humanity, become our new home.
So, that's where I'm headed.
The mission to evaluate habitability at the source is officially underway.
with no resources of any kind.
Finally, looks like I'm getting something.
Thomas, is is that you?
You're alive. You're trying to contact me, too. Let's see if I can get a better signal from up there.
>> Okay. All right. Is this episode a big?
I don't know. I don't think so. I could be wrong.
Uh, yeah. This game just came out from Don't Nod.
You uh are curious.
Don't Nod. This is the store page.
It just got released. It just literally moments ago, I would say. Um it is 26.99.
And let's see. Don't nod.
They've done this. Uh, what else have they Oh, Life is Strange. Okay.
Yeah. Like I've played a few of their games. Vampir, Life is Strange, you know, the first one. Life is Strange 2. Uh, Banishers, New Eden.
Oh, yeah. Yeah, they also did the lost records as well.
>> I was going to play that and get a chance to get to it.
>> Yeah, sometimes I forget what the some devs have done. Yeah. So, I I can't recall the name of the company and what games they've done, you know.
Yeah, I'll I'll be back. line probably around 2 2:00 p.m. like I don't know like an hour and 40 minutes from now.
>> Dr. Monontlair again. I'm trying to reestablish contact with Officer Cross after our crash and separation.
I'm on route to reach higher ground to send a message. After that, I'll make my way to the source as per the mission objective, hoping that officer Cross will do the same.
Could you imagine like walking around on an alien world? Like how crazy that must be for somebody, you know, first time.
>> Don't look down.
>> I don't know if I would risk >> this. You know what I mean? Like I I'd be like maybe it's got to be a different way to get to where I'm going cuz like right here. Nope. Nope. There she went.
Well, and that was the end of the mission, ladies and gentlemen. That was the end.
>> Oh my god.
This >> could a meteor impact be responsible for its unusual formation if a massive extinction occurred here? I wonder if Pphanie is ready to host a new species like us.
Yep. Yep.
She's got the butter fingers, man. She can barely hang on to anything.
Rip yellow paint guy. Don't worry. White paint man is still here. White paint is still here. I mean, that's not paint.
That's snow. I It's just another term for a marker.
>> We were not prepared for this much melting.
We got to be careful.
>> Okay.
>> Okay.
Nothing's broken.
Tougher than I thought.
>> And this lady can jump.
>> Can't see anything.
>> The view from higher up would sure help.
Uh, as a space K KSP nerd, I need to point out that Ailion is a term, Burke, which refers to the point in which a planet's orbit when it's furthest from their sun.
Is that Holy hell? Is are you implying that this planet is the furthest from its sun?
Wow.
And we're at another star. I mean, so like they they did intergalactic travel here.
>> Let's just man, this is way too much stuff, man.
That was scary.
>> She's going to break something.
melting ice again. I better watch my step.
That's got to be Thomas, right? What else could it be?
>> It's alien.
dreamed of being the first. That's what I thought about. You ice going to give away under me? I climb on ice.
>> I climb on it.
>> Not as we expected, though.
>> Yeah, Mr. Ice.
>> Stay where you are, Thomas.
I'll find you.
>> Can't Can't drop me if I climb on you.
Am I supposed to go this this way?
Oh, well. Okay.
Okay.
Hm.
Yeah. There we go. There we go, buddy.
There we go, buddy.
Buddy. Old pal.
Gosh dang it.
>> All right.
Being a little tricky >> now.
You got to be kidding me, bro.
>> I don't know what else I'm supposed to do. It feels like I'm supposed to run.
No, >> no.
How's the ice melting?
Definitely warmer than our earlier data suggested.
Is it because of the source?
That's promising, I guess.
trained my whole life for this.
I'm not about to give up now.
I'll do whatever it takes to bring back hope.
Ah!
Burke wave. Burkwave Shen Shen.
Oh boy.
All good.
Is this a Twitch bounty ad kind of thing?
I don't know any I don't know anyone who does that Twitch bounty stuff. It's pretty terrible.
>> A whole childhood time.
Always seeking higher ground.
As soon as we settle another hurricane.
>> I'm sure there are streamers that do do the Twitch bounty thing, but I >> This time's going to be different.
But no, it is not. I I have never ever am in the history of this platform have I ever accepted a Twitch bounty.
Yeah. I mean, it it's it's it's really uh it's a super bad system. I don't I don't know why Twitch like keeps promoting it so much, but it's just a way for um for certain advertisers to take advantage of people.
Like for example, it'll say like um it'll entice you and be like, "Hey, you can get like 500 bucks if you stream to 500 people, right?" And you and you maintain that 500 people for like an hour, you'll get 500 bucks. Now, 500 bucks is 500 bucks.
But here's the catch. If you don't hit 500, and most of the time it over go it goes over what your uh what your actual average viewership is. So, the person getting that offer probably has like 250, maybe two 250 to 300 people that watch, right? So, it'll promise 500 bucks at 500 viewers. But if you don't hit that 500, well, then you get 50 bucks.
So, you know what I mean? Like, it's a bit it's a bit shitty on how it how how it operates. Yeah. Not even 100, right?
Yeah. So, it's nobody nobody that I know does them.
Now hold on.
There we go.
She jumps like the Hulk the entire game and she can't make that one. That looked like three feet.
A whole childhood of time, always seeking higher ground.
As soon as we settle, another hurricane.
This time's going to be different.
I've spent my life chasing heights, chasing the ones I love. You know why?
I'm used to that. I just wasn't prepared to be chasing you, Mingo.
$50 for an hour is still really good money though. Yeah. Again, you're like, you're kind of missing the point. It's it's it's the fact that it promises you one thing and then it's something completely different.
Okay. You know what I mean? It'd be like me enticing you to come to come to a a job interview and be like, "Yeah, you can you can you can earn $1,000 doing this." And then when you get there, I'm like, "Oh, by the way, uh if you don't meet this exact this exact thing, you're only going to get uh you're going to get like 50 bucks instead." You know, like it's you know what I mean? It's like it's a little it's a little shitty to bring you into the to the the office promising you one thing and then then completely [ __ ] you over and saying it's something else.
You know what I mean?
That happens way too much. It's a, you know, No, I don't think this is early access.
Wow. Both real and unreal somehow.
Like my old sci-fi paperback covers.
Remember, Thomas, we used to read Citizen of the Galaxy out loud in flight school. I just wish you were here with me to see this.
>> I can check. I doubt it, but we can check.
No.
Perfection. There we go.
Am I going up or am I going down?
I think I'm going up. Right.
Almost at the summit. Come on. First one to the top like in the old days.
Except you're not here, Thomas.
>> There we go. Oh, right.
>> I can't believe I'm alive.
I'll admit her drop that happens way too much. It's a little irritating.
I have not played that now.
>> [ __ ] This club is crazy.
Tell us you say I'm being crazy, but I've got no choice. Got to find the source, even if the mission's lost now.
Where else would we go?
>> Automatic ledge catch. I think that's for something different.
Yeah, this I think that's for something else, dude.
We'll see.
Like, as for like when she does a a long jump, we'll see if it if it goes away, then uh then we'll know, I guess. But, uh, as far as I'm aware, that was for like when she does a long jump, you have to click grab, but maybe I'm wrong, and I often am.
>> Okay.
Still got it under control.
Breathe deep. Yeah, I'll be on tonight.
>> One step at a time.
>> No, it said it's said for like on long jumps. There's a long jump thing where she has to jump and you have to press the button to grab the ledge like at that moment. Maybe that is it.
Maybe you're right. Maybe I'm wrong.
Maybe that is it. I don't know.
I thought I thought it I it made me think it was for something else, but I like I said, I'm an idiot, so who don't listen to me?
>> 100%. This lady's breaking her leg.
She's breaking something.
>> Almost there.
Ah, guess you're right. Yeah, it just did it and I did it automatically.
I guess you're right. You know what you win? You win a big green yellow star.
Mission control. This is Ary and Monontlair. Does anyone copy all stations? Come in. Do you [ __ ] copy?
>> Whoa. Language. You represent the European Space Agency. Language.
Anyone please?
[ __ ] Heat.
Heat.
Heat.
Thomas, is that you?
Freaking aliens, man.
>> What? What is this?
It's alien stuff.
That's amazing.
Pphany's magnetic field.
They all seem to converge there.
I need to see that place for myself.
>> Jok and Black Op. Thank you.
getting something. All right.
So, there really are magnetic lines and they're everywhere, but it's not a normal pattern. More like a living network. It was even visible to the eye for a second.
That's wild.
Yeah, >> Arian Monontlair personal log. I have just experienced something incredible.
I I felt Thomas. I felt you there with me.
Something a pulse lit up the whole network. And I know you were there with me. It was exactly like we always said, like no time has passed at all.
Okay.
Why'd you tell me to just jump? Why'd you do that?
I trusted you.
Why? Bro, you told me to jump.
Whoa, this different is the same thing.
Permission to climb aboard Aran Monontlair. Does anyone copy?
>> All stations, come in.
>> Oh, yeah. We saw this. We saw this.
Yeah, we saw this. Okay.
>> I am scanner speaking something up.
Get in something. All right.
So, there really are magnetic lines and they're everywhere, but it's not a normal pattern. More like a living network. It was even visible to the eye for a second.
That's wild.
Argan Monontlair personal log. I have just experienced something incredible.
I I felt Thomas. I felt you there with me.
Something, a pulse lit up the whole network. And I know you were there with me. It was exactly like we always said, like no time has passed at all.
Uh, okay.
When am I supposed to get down?
Oh, I guess I'm going down. Okay.
If this was 40k, this space rings would be bombarding that area from orbit.
All right.
Everything is 40k.
>> Man, her freaking Batman.
>> I thought this planet was a hostile wilderness, and it is. But that place seemed like a sanctuary. Is the source like that, too?
Is it really going to save mankind?
>> Yeah, really.
>> Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh jeez.
Oh. Oh. I could not move. I couldn't move any further.
It wouldn't let me go any further over from that point. It's like I got stuck in that little little corner there.
>> All right.
There's so many moments where she just doesn't make it.
This is a terrible existence here.
Imagine trying to do this.
I thought this planet was a hostile wilderness.
And it is. But that place seemed like a sanctuary. Is the source like that, too?
Is it really going to save mankind?
>> Maybe.
>> Feel like you could stop if you wanted to.
You don't look like you're like completely out of control here, you know.
Where to now?
I can feel something strange here.
Incredible. Will the scanner pick those lines up here, too?
The place where those lines converge.
I wonder if I'll be able to feel Thomas again.
>> Uh, day walker. That's right.
I haven't seen a clearest sky in in forever.
A generation too late for stargazing.
But here, everything could be possible again.
Another planet to ruin.
What is that?
Little floating crystals.
Yeah. Later tonight. Okay.
These little floating little crystals here. That's weird. No comment from her about those, huh? That's just normal.
Ah, it's just a Tuesday.
Oh, that that's that seemed like a really weird jump there.
>> Yeah, there we go.
And a solid giant little jump.
Wait, did I start here?
Did I slide down from there? Oh my gosh.
How did I come back around? What the hell? I thought I was progressing.
Oh my gosh. How did I get myself back around here? What the hell did I do?
See what I did. Okay, >> let's see it now. All right. All right.
I got it. I got it. All right. I got it.
Okay. I got it.
H the ice looks different there.
Stone. Is that the effect of the magnetic field?
Okay. Adjust the frequency so that they they match.
That's it. My skin can interact with the magnetic lines.
Amazing.
>> Wow.
I did something cool.
>> Never seen this before.
Eyes reacting to a magnetic field like that. And I never expected my scanner to be able to control the lines like an invisible hand shaping the landscape.
Yeah, but what if it's pissed off that you're here?
Are damn humans on my ice world that I crafted? Get out of here.
Mark your world. Damn it.
Mine.
I came from there.
I knew it.
I'm sure this is fine.
That that was not uh that was not the right was not not the right direction.
Whoopsy daisy.
Nice.
Okay, go this way, I guess.
Oh, I am the first person to ever see this.
That's true.
That's going to be a journey to get there.
Incredible formation.
I'd love to see what the scanner says.
All right, I have to go to the restroom.
So while I'm doing that, you can watch this guy talks about the game.
>> So trying to survive on such an icy planet so far away from Earth would be really difficult. The game does not give us actually the distance from Earth, >> but it took them roughly one and a half decades to get there. So it would be really far away. So I think we would have far less than 1% available of the solar output that we have at Earth. So you can't use solar power. And I think that is why the game focuses on this the source the the power source that this mysterious source on on on Pphanany and as that trying to discover what this source actually means cuz this far away from Earth um you really need to conserve energy. Everything cost energy moving around communications. Yeah. Just about everything. What's something people don't realize about how extreme cold affects the human body or even the tech?
>> I think for the human body what is you we fail to take into account is that our our fine motor skills in our fingers like you start to lose that much much earlier than you actually feel the code.
So performing any type of of fine motor skills, unscrewing some screws or even perhaps punching in the the code on a keypad will be really difficult. Um and for a tech most tech well I would hope that we design tech to operate these low temperatures but if the if any technology any electronics is made to operate outside the temperature range is it's actually designed at it starts to act very strangely. Like one example is that the battery capacity drops really quickly as it gets colder. So what would be the key signs you're looking for when trying to figure out if life exists on a frozen world or moon somewhere in our solar system? It's a very interesting question. It's also very relevant at ISA. We're currently preparing for a mission to a icy moon of Saturn, the little moon and Celadus. And there this there three things you you look for. You look for liquid water. You look for a source of energy and you look for the basic building materials for life like the ba basic atoms and basic molecules.
And when I talk about the energy source, it is both the source to keep the liquid ocean liquid and the energy source for life to actually live from. So on Enceladus, it's quite interesting. We also have a not so mysterious source but we have a source of energy outside of Enceladus itself is actually the tidal forces enacted by Saturn upon Enceladus that keeps the the subsurface ocean warm and and liquid and also this gives enough energy that there are hydrothermal vents at the bottom of the ocean floor that there might be life at.
So how realistic is it that we would be able to explore such an icy world as per procphanany in this game? I think a robotic mission is likely. We are currently preparing one at issa going to the moon of Enceladus around Saturn going there with humans. Um I think like we already now a bit struggling to going back to the moon and even then onwards to Mars. So I I think perhaps within the next 100 years perhaps exploratory missions but going there to live I I think it would take longer than that because there's quite a few technologies that we not have not yet developed that would be needed to actually survive on suchos inhospitable environments. So how do we actually decide which planets or moons to go and explore is a really interesting and difficult question. Is a is a multi-art question. Is is it a scientific of interest? Uh is it technically feasible? And then comes in the cost, the risk and the scale of the mission. So scientific interesting I think if we might harbor life is extremely interesting. Then technical feasibility is becomes more is it physically possible? Do we have a launcher that can put enough mass into orbit? Do we actually have enough power once we arrive at this this location? Is solar race enough or do we need need to bring something more powerful? And then the perhaps less talked about, less fun part, the the the cost, the risk and the schedule is equally important. Like can we afford it? Can we actually manage to to deliver the mission on time for the launch? And from the risk like what risk are we willing to to accept to get the mission to where it needs to go?
>> So what's food actually like in space?
>> It's so hard to hear that guy.
>> So what is actually food like that astronaut eat? I think it's much better than most people expect it to be. uh they have a quite big selection. Um for sure they they can pick ahead of time what they want to bring with them. What they do miss is fresh fruits and vegetables. And I once had opportunity to to taste uh coffee that astronauts get to drink and it's it was tasty. It was a bit too sweet for my taste but it it was was tasty. I think the biggest and coolest things about space you can eat and drink things in different ways very different from Earth. Like you you can drink your coffee as a small floating bubble that you get to slowly suck away or inhale until it's gone.
>> What do films or games usually get wrong about space?
>> So what does films and games get wrong about space? I think quite often the concept of gravity is is left out or lacking. It might be just be a bit too costly to to have everything float around as it would be in in serial gravity. But the one thing that stands out the most to me is that in all the the the movies and the games, everything happens so quickly. Real space mission takes years to plan. Like you you do not see an astronaut driving up to the rocket and jumping into rocket and shooting off into space. They have to spend a week in quarantine first. And like you have procedures for absolutely everything. So the all these emergencies that happen in movies, they they the astronauts normally know what they need to do. They have a procedure that that you just need to follow. What's one of the strangest effects space has on the human body?
>> What's the strangest effects the space has on the human body? I think it has a couple effects. You you grow longer in the lack of gravity. Uh your muscle mass decreases, your bone mass decreases. And for the first couple of days in space, your your your heart has to somehow adjust or it doesn't realize you're no longer in gravity. So, it's keep on pumping way more blood into your head than it needs to. So your entire face uh puffs up becomes a bit reddish in pain but that luckily goes away after a few days.
>> So what's the biggest misconception people have about space because of wounds or games?
>> So what is the biggest mis misconception people have of space due to movies and game?
>> Dude, imagine if we died the moment we went to space cuz our bodies couldn't handle it and the death that way.
>> Imagine that. Imagine that's the revelation that humanity finds out the first time they put send somebody to space.
I think it's it's a few of them. One, space is boring. There there is no sound there. There is mainly empty. Like you spend most of the time on a space mission, you spend it traveling from point A to B. And speaking of traveling is kind of counterintuitive, but if you're in orbit around a moon or a planet, if you're trying to catch up with someone, you don't speed up. You slow down. you you let orbital mechanics actually carry around the moon or the planet a bit quicker than what whomever you're trying to catch up. Then at the very end you you speed up again to actually catch up with him. So you have to speed down slow down to speed up.
>> Slow down to speed up >> train to deal with long periods of isolation and confinement.
>> Uh so how does astronauts actually train to cope with the long periods of isolation and confinement like the mission they would have to do in the game? They spend a lot of time in mock training situation on earth. They they go into and live in underwater bases.
They go into cave system and spend weeks there. So that they get a a lot of practice in isolation. And they also introduce a a superficial delay on all communications to to to simulate what it would be like in actual space. And I think it's almost equal perhaps even more important than than physical fitness is mental fitness for all the astronauts. How do you train for situations you can't >> underwater training? Yeah.
>> Things going wrong in ways you didn't expect.
>> So, how do you train for things going wrong in ways you didn't expect? So, first of all, in space, there's a procedure for almost everything. If something goes wrong, there's at least a procedure to to guide the astronaut and how to put the system or the station into a safe motus. But beyond that, if there truly is no procedure, then you have to train some type of adaptability on on ground. How do you cope with stress and and how how do you make quick sound judgment on a under time constraint?
>> What breaks down when teams don't coordinate properly during a space mission?
>> So what breaks down if you don't coordinate properly in a space mission?
I think what communication is the first thing that breaks down. But I I don't think that leads to to any big mission failure immediately. I think it's more a series of miscommunic communications that over time lead to something major going wrong. What kind of unpredictable dangers do ASA train for when exploring other words?
>> So what type of unpredictable dangers does not train for? I think how to deal with the the environment like radiation spikes or like extreme cold, when to seek shelter, where to seek shelter for sure. And and other than that is just how how to cope with um unknown terrain.
They have to go into an area where no one has gone before. How do you navigate there? How do you find your way back in case you lose your your your navigation?
>> All right, Jet. Best space movie you movie you've ever seen. Go.
>> Yeah.
Interstellar Wall-E Star Wars uh Interstellar Interstellar Outlands Star Trek Project Halmary Armageddon Ice Pirates. Okay, pal. Micron pulse event horizon is a show count. Yeah, sure. Fans. Yeah.
All right. Spam.
I think my pick might surprise you.
Um, but it is very vindictive.
Vindictive, I don't know if that's a proper term. It's very locked on than I saw it in IMAX.
And that had a big impact on immersing me into space and just being took on a ride, seeing an IMAX.
And it is not Interstellar.
It is another movie that I think that just kind of got swept under the rug in terms of like space movies and stuff like that that people just I guess forgot and don't really care about I guess. I don't know.
Gravity with Sandra Bulock.
I saw that in IMAX in the theaters and that movie rocked me because it was so immersive. Even though like some of the aspects of it are not very realistic which you know like most space movies are not extremely realistic but uh uh it was immersive as hell because it the being an IMAX theater and seeing gravity uh was freaking awesome with all the crazy [ __ ] that happened.
Yeah, I think you can still watch it today on on TV, but it's it's I I don't know.
It's it's kind of forgotten as a as a movie.
>> Let's hope these are frozen solid.
>> Yeah. Let's hope >> almost made it.
And AP, of course, Apollo 13, one of the better ones as well.
For all mankind, it's a fantastic space show. Well, on earth. Nature couldn't shape a structure like that on its own.
Fairy tale for seven might actually come.
afraid if the lips could stay closer just a little longer.
>> Alien.
I do remember Space Above and Beyond.
Huh?
Wow.
>> Thomas.
>> Oh, I did. I didn't What I don't know, McCroy, is if is this a oneand done, or is like each season I know the season one is like a prequel to how they got on the moon first, but are we going to like is every season going to co coales with the seasons that of for all mankind? That'd be an interesting way of doing it if they did, but I doubt it. I don't know.
>> Talk to me.
>> With the way my schedule is right now, heard a sound. I doubt it.
>> Can you hear me, Thomas?
>> Just not enough time in the day to do everything.
>> Just Thomas.
Thomas, is that really you?
What?
>> Thomas, I'm here. Can you hear me?
>> Arian, I don't know what this is, but it changes everything.
>> Are you okay? I mean, I try to find you, but >> this would blow your mind.
You've got to come here and see this.
>> Where are you?
What do you see? No, Thomas, come back. Please.
>> Throw it here. Lie right here.
>> That was real.
I saw you.
I could almost touch you.
He's alive.
He made it.
Oh dear. Heat.
Heat.
No, no, no, no.
No, no, no.
there.
Get Oh, what? Now we play as him. Thank you, Kima and Nara.
Okay, McCroy. Interesting.
Stop.
Oh, for [ __ ] sake.
And dude, this man's in in dire strength right now.
[ __ ] Oh, What's that?
He ain't doing so hard.
Yeah.
What the hell grabbed that?
What? What? What the hell happened to that giant tank? Feel like a monster on his back just eating tanks.
>> Look, his chum's gone.
Figures.
Officer cross to Dr. Monontlair. Come in.
Arian, it's Thomas. Do you copy?
Oh [ __ ] I know you, Arian.
If you're alive, you'll get to the mission plan.
Hey, look. Water.
Oh, I see. There's his mission thing.
Okay. Yeah, he had his escape pod.
All right, chat. We are doing a sponsored stream here from Don't Nod.
Uh, this is the game. It's called >> Aelion.
>> Aelion.
>> Aelion.
>> Aelion. Aelion.
>> Aelion.
>> Aelion.
>> Aelion.
>> Aelion.
>> Aelion.
>> Okay, you got that. That's the name of the game.
Uh, Aelion is a cinematic story-driven sci-fi action adventure from Don't Nod.
If you don't know who Don't Nod is, they are the ones that also made games like The Lost Records and Banishers and Strange Life is Strange one and two and Vampier.
Um, heck, where exploration and stealth apparently uh are key to survival. Out now on the Xbox Series X and S, PlayStation 5, and Steam. It is 10% off until May 12th. feeling is grounded in real science thanks to a collaboration between Don't Nod and the European Space Agency. That's why I see a lot of ESA on there.
Uh, imagine the same feelings of isolation as the Martian. There's only one other person on the planet with you.
You need to find them. Two stories, one mission. Find each other and find the complete your mission of seeing if this planet is suitable for human and and colonization. Uh, it's a mustplay game for those who are a spacebound adventurer, who like spacebound adventurers, uh, with plenty of hearty emotion. Okay. Uh, exactly the kind of gameplay and storytelling that Donut is famed for. Visual audio immersion of in Ailion is incredible with the soundtrack from the award-winning composer. Oh, I can't pronounce this guy's name. Uh, Armine Buhafa really amplifies attention as you explore. You got that?
You understand?
Good.
Hope one officer crossed mission control. Our shuttle is crashed on the surface of Pesphanany. We need emergency assistance.
I managed to eject with an escape pod before impact, but I'm badly hurt. A severe disruption struck our navigation systems. I suspect an electromagnetic interference.
I've been separated from Dr. Monontlair.
I can't confirm her status. Attempting to rendevous at the source in accordance with the mission plan.
No way I can climb with this wound.
>> Yeah.
>> How about here?
>> Well, the music is fantastic.
>> Beautiful, but at least doable.
Our readings found extremely low temperatures and a thick ice crust.
Either the data was wrong or there's been some significant melting. What's going on?
Huh?
>> It's the aliens, dude.
>> Find the source. Find Arian.
If I can make it that far.
We don't drop.
>> Why not?
>> No em activity.
Strange. Are you there, Arian?
I think you are waiting for me.
Moaning about me taking my sweet time.
Am I nuts here? Am I supposed to go that way?
Oh, this one.
Unbelievable.
It looks so alive.
Well, now this seems more habitable, you know, like a hotring or something.
>> We were promised a frozen wasteland. But what if future generations could live here someday?
>> You were promised a frozen wasteland.
What? Then why did we come here?
>> Are you guys expendable?
That was graceful.
The way the river and bank have collapsed.
Looks like a sinkhole.
What are those strange formations all around?
That's deep.
ground erosion caused this.
Seems too clean for that. But that was not my feel.
Remember that robot that uh told uh Matthew McConnell he's going to blow him out of the airlock?
That was fun.
Good water.
Wow, finger.
There were once crystal clean rivers like this on Earth.
I didn't think I would ever see any again.
These holes look pretty much the same with almost identical diameters.
That's curious.
journey log officer cross atmosphere is warmer than expected practically balmy I'd say some nice visible rock formations scenic rivers oran What does it all mean?
You guys remember the spiders from uh Austin Space?
All right, mate. You've got this.
Just need to keep going like this to the source.
It can't be far now, right? I don't know how much longer I can hold out.
I hope you're all right, Ari.
I wish I could hear your voice.
What's that sound?
Where's it coming from?
>> Sounds like we're in a desert biome.
>> Is that Arian trying to contact me?
I think that's my oxygen tank.
>> What the hell is that?
A machine.
No, that's impossible. We weren't briefed on any advanced equipment deployments.
So, who put that there and why?
>> It's the North Koreans.
New star.
Who else?
But when was this deployed?
Were they planning to surprise us or something? I don't get it. And this is hardly the time or place for surprises or mysteries.
The hydraological analysis unit.
That's a bunch of sensors and high precision instruments in there.
a gem of engineering. It's just a bit odd to set all this up without telling us.
If there's a hydro analysis unit here, this river must connect to the source somehow.
That's promising.
Are you following the river, too, Arian?
>> What would you make of this?
>> She never saw no damn river.
Black granite or is it Onyx?
Arian would know, I'm sure.
I'd better go. I can't keep Arian waiting.
>> Well, guess we can't do anything with that.
What the What the hell is that?
Wait, maybe not aliens. Maybe maybe you're seeing this stuff because some company deployed robots here to build a base.
>> A man-made building?
How can this be? I've got to see what it is.
I could use the ladder to get across.
Got a blade.
We can do this.
>> Yeah, it's fine.
Huh?
Oh, come on.
[ __ ] >> Yeah, clearly he's never seen WWE ladder match before. You never trust that.
Thank goodness, >> dude. How lucky he has to be that he just ran randomly ran into some oxygen.
Now, >> hold up. Wait a minute. Oh my Holy [ __ ] No, that's impossible.
It can't be.
Is that a station? Oh, and a big one.
I've got to see it. Maybe I could find some answers there.
Hold your log, Thomas Cross. I fell into a creasse. Lost my oxygen. Nearly died.
But I found a spare tank as well as an operational base. Why is it here? And where's the crew?
Think we're just going to leave this hooked up, huh?
Please tell me there's another spare tank around here.
Guess I have to find a way to reach the next station.
>> Fine. Oh, I see there's my bar. Okay, cool.
Good thing there's oxygen tanks just conveniently placed around here. That's great news.
Thought it was the end.
More display hardware.
Water analysis.
These readings look thorough.
These are not superficial installations.
This took time and planning. Someone thought of everything. I'd like to say I'm surprised that new star is involved in this, but I'm not. Does the agency know about this? Why keep it secret from us? Something's not adding up, that's for sure.
Oh, I see.
>> There we go.
We'll be fine. We'll make it.
Plenty.
Plenty of time.
plenty of time.
Plenty of time.
[ __ ] That was close.

Not a big deal. Don't worry about the beeping sound.
There is no beeping sound.
All is fine. I don't see a station. What the hell am I supposed to do?
Oh, dear lord. This is not good.
I can hold my breath, bro. Why do we die right when we run out of oxygen? Why do we die? You can do no holding the breath. No holding breath. You can't hold breath for a few minutes. Michael Phelps can. Michael Phelps does it all the time.
Why do you always die? Just the second you run out of oxygen.
We're on the way back. Damn. Here we go again.
H I could go up there.
Okay, it would appear that his oxygen tank is damaged. Yes, >> just in time.

Operations log of chief engineer Marcus Macallen on system start module self-calibrate and begin their analysis automatically and data is collected every 2 hours then transmitted. If the connection is interrupted the readings are stored locally for 72 hours. In case of any anomaly the system sends a warning signal and switches to safe mode. All uh non-essential operations stop until the issue is resolved. System automatically returns to normal once the anomaly is no longer detected.
All right, guess that's it.
