[music] >> All right, boys, it's Monday. I'm just like Mr. Rogers said. It's another [ __ ] Monday. I mean, good [music] morning, neighbor.
I'm not motivated. I'm not grateful. I'm [music] just here so I don't get fired.
All right, boys, starting the day back out. We got the 250G we need to finish up on. Don't worry about the lean back.
Uh I'm going to see how far I can get into it today before we get distracted by another [ __ ] call kind of like last week. So, let's uh get to it.
Fire me up. Let's go.
We break out the big guns today, boys.
Going to try to maintain dry today. So, we're going to start with the top [ __ ] and work our way to the bottom. All right, if my theory works, if it came off with this gun, it'll go back on with this gun, right? Right.
Click.
Click. [snorts] All right, so we got the upper track rollers done on this side.
Now, we just got all that [ __ ] Round one, fail. Round two, we'll see. All right, round three, I'm not [ __ ] playing.
And down she goes.
All right, got our high-quality Berco roller.
We need to get this unit installed. Make sure again all surfaces, all paint removed. Make sure you run your tap right through the frame. Make sure you get all that dirt out of there. Makes life a hell of a lot easier. And also, copper anti-seize, this is your friend.
All right, one installed and a lot more to go. Well, boys, I [ __ ] called it.
I [ __ ] called it.
Can't get in the middle of a job and get called off. We got a no start on one of our little mini loaders, so let's get to that. All right, so we got to our 324 here. It's apparently it no want to start. So, I got a battery to replace that [ __ ] Testing.
It says it's good, but it's it's it's low on the capacitance. So, I guess we just going to have to swap you out, [ __ ] I just checking for a draw. Maybe a slight one, but I don't know if it's enough to kill this thing that quickly.
So, All right, so with the lights on, wipers on, all that [ __ ] we're charging at 14.2, 14.3. I'll take it. All right, another 160G's.
It needs bucket teeth. And I hate this style. God. Well, they come off so easy, but you got to do All right, clean up one.
And you're done. Yep.
Done.
Well, that sounds [ __ ] great.
Remove the drive belt and you guys can see it right there. We are missing a few ribs, my guy. Also found the tensioner.
Seems like the spring inside there's gone. It's way too easy to go ahead and bar over. So, uh get new tensioner just to be safe. We'll get new idlers as well.
Everything else seems to rotate fine.
So, uh yeah. All right, boys, it's Tuesday and I'm going into Tuesday with this kind of energy if you contact me today.
What the [ __ ] do you want?
All right, starting morning out. Nope, we're not on this one. We're on that one. [ __ ] All right, looks like something's leaking.
Yeah. Well, boys, if you see that the sight glass, uh it's frosted over. And then, well, you put too much hydraulic oil in it, what happens?
Well, you probably blew out the [ __ ] tank seal.
Well, look no further.
We found it.
Coming out of the lid. All right, so we got a new sight glass installed, resealed everything up top here down to the neck.
And there's your part number if you're looking for a seal kit. We got Brian in there testing that unit out. Make sure we got no further leaks. Remember, boys, sometimes you have to adapt and overcome. The decal's gone. They can barely read it anyway. So, um yeah.
What do you know? It's good. My home is low.
All right, back on the old 160G as in G's what the hell's that sound. So, we uh we got some stuff here and hopefully this belt is right and yeah, let's uh let's get her installed.
Problems once again.
See that belt?
That's a big big unit.
This belt not so big.
Yeah. And of course, they don't have the belt in stock. So, now I have to wait.
While we wait, let's change pulleys.
That's [ __ ] wrong.
Hey, while we wait for the Uber with all of our parts, uh yeah, get some cold weather least tackle on this unit here and also on the lower radiator hose. Sometimes you're in luck. I remember I did happen to order a belt for that 160G a long time ago and I happen to have it. Three trips to James River later, we at least have our new pulley so we can get the 160 done. All right, new belt, new pulleys, new tensioner. Let's uh see if this one holds up a little bit longer. Fire me up, boys.
All good for now.
All right, so we got the 850L we're working on now. So, we're going to do the top con harness that goes right there.
And back over to the blade inertia sensors. All right, one long ass harness removed. Insert new harness here. You may ask yourself, why were we replacing said harness? So, you see this end here? This goes onto the machine side. And then that side right there is supposed to be to the blade on new sensor. So, uh what do you know? Well, the harness is running kind of mirror, but it'll work. It's connecting. It's receiving data. It's working now. So, on to tomorrow, boys.
All right, we got a 210 high deer. Um we're going to go ahead and tackle some bucket teeth on this unit right here.
And uh yeah, so we got five out of six.
We got another one coming in tomorrow, but I'm already here. So, [ __ ] it. We're going to go and tackle that today.
Get her clean, boys. Get her clean.
Boys, you got to sometimes break out the specialty tools to do these Esco buckets.
So, I like to use this guy right here.
Works out great. People in the comments are going to hate, but you know what?
This is the easiest way to do it.
Almost done. All right, boys. It's Wednesday, and I've noticed a growing trend as the weather has been changing.
Like today is the perfect day for a [ __ ] up. I'm I'm I'm [ __ ] up all day today. This is This is [ __ ] up weather. That's what this is. That's All right, starting the morning out, boys. We got an 850L Oh, [ __ ] Sorry. 850L. Apparently, it's got a blown out drop line hose we just replaced on this. So, let's go take a look. Well, boys, uh cranking ain't easy. Um yeah.
Boys, in those more tight confined areas changing hoses and what have you, break out these units from All Season Express, these guys right here.
These adjustable goes all the way out to like 2 and 1/4 in, boys. The big unit.
And blade go up. Blade go down. Blade go up.
And blade go down.
Backs it.
All right, I have a slow moment, and we're going to keep going with the 250G.
G is in it needs [ __ ] tracks. So, let's try to get this done before my phone rings again. Boys, everything here is what you need to do your undercarriage on your 250G, and it must have the gear penetrating oil. Or the tap just won't work. All right, taking a break from the action here. Wanted to bring up something here.
Get one of these mats here, and you can put your bolts, lay them out, put your NICs on them. You're not laying in the [ __ ] dirt, you ain't got one of them stupid trays, magnetic strip, boys. I love these damn things.
Unrolling.
And slide her ass underneath.
Get in there.
Remember, boys, it's always safety third. Safety third. All right, you see we got the one side on. This side's all together, looking really nice over here, right?
Then there's that.
[ __ ] >> [music] >> Well, boys, come hell or high water, this thing's getting done today. I promise you that. Somehow, some way, it's getting done. One item done. We got a Hitachi 85 and uh key no worky.
I'm messing with this for a minute and uh [ __ ] tumblers are broke inside of it. So, yeah, that's that's how we're starting the day, boys. All right, so we got our genuine Japanese John Deere [ __ ] key switch. All right, boys, serious moment here. Woo.
It worked. Does it start now?
Oh god, it can go into service. Man, just really feeling like Bear Paw actual out here, you know, we got another Hitachi done, boys.
It's done. All right, 135G.
G is in Jesus Christ. How the [ __ ] this keep happening? And done, boys.
Little trick there, cut a line in there when this pin gets moving around. So, you can line your bolt up, new bolt later.
And she's back in service. Yay. All right, so we burnt out tap adapter one yesterday, so we are 1/2 in to 3/4 to 15/16 12 point.
But if it works, it works. So yeah.
Just out here reenacting how he would have done it at the Hitachi factory. We got Japanese tools.
Just doing Japanese torque, boys. All right, now that that unit's torqued, yeah.
Now we just need to get this under here and then we can pin it. And we got something going here. You need a Bobcat.
Bobcat's what you need or a mini any mini.
When you do track work, boys. Any mini works. All the minis, boys. All the minis. But we're getting it.
Need a crane though. That would be helpful. But all the minis. Well, the field pin requires a track press. Well, we don't have that.
But we do got this unit right here. All right, boys. We got the pin in.
Got to love a field pin. Kind of pain in the ass, but you don't need a track press for so all we've got to slap track pad on it.
And then I'll grease this [ __ ] turd up and this side's all set. Boys, I tell you if it's not one thing, it's a [ __ ] another. Trying to get this side all lined up and uh yeah.
That's a massive gap. That's tight as [ __ ] Well, it looks like when they press this together, they pressed this too far in and now it won't line up.
250G for God LC low current.
Finished up track installation.
She was a little tight.
I did some minor modifications, but you know, we got her in there.
All good to go.
You know, of course as we get it done, so on to another job site.
Never fails.
Oh, it's a little kitty.
What's that thing sitting over there poking out?
Oh, Pocahontas.
