At this price, would you ignore this kitchen?

Here's your bathroom with a super small tub. I would probably get a stand-up shower in there. And this is your kitchen. You [music] have a fridge, freezer, sink, stove, and that's about it. This is the first bedroom fitting a queen-size bed. You have a closet and two windows bringing in pretty good natural light. I'd probably consider this to be a one-bedroom and use one of the rooms as a living room. The rent [music] price is insane, though. This is going for only $2,036 a month and it's located in Gowanus.
