What they've done is to build a workflow run by an agent that takes the permission request coming in through [music] a Jira ticket. The agent would actually go through the evaluation process just like a human being would. They would check everything that this request has, the justification of it, like what the user actually typed in, the user role, [music] similar permissions to people in this role, and then instead of a human being spending all that [music] time doing that, the agent would give a verdict where the human would actually just need to approve or deny [music] the agent decision.
