The 4 Things I Changed That Made Me Profitable In One Year

[00:00:00]Hey guys, I'm going to do a little bit of mini series here sharing you guys uh tidbits of wisdom I feel like the Lord has given me over the the decade of trading.

[00:00:08]And today I wanted to talk about trading and how it can be a drug for many people.

[00:00:14]Uh it's going to be a sobering message.

[00:00:17]Um but I think a lot of people need to hear this.

[00:00:19]Guys, the I'm just going to Can I just start right in? I know it's rhetorical.

[00:00:24]The sad reality of trading for many people is that they trade to have dopamine rushes uh simply because they have boring lives. That's not to push a jab at anybody, bash or trash anyone.

[00:00:39]But when life is boring and you don't find satisfaction and contentment in your family, um you know, maybe where you're at, your friend group, it's very easy to try to go find stimulus other places.

[00:00:52]And I have experience with this and I say boredom because it's what I've experienced in the past.

[00:00:59]When life is not giving you excitement, we typically as humans search out places to find that adrenaline rush.

[00:01:09]Tony Robbins actually did a study on cryptocurrency um and trading in the markets in general, trading in general.

[00:01:15]Uh definitely cryptocurrency is part of this because of how easy it is to is to use the leverage.

[00:01:20]He said that the addiction comes from the availability to lose, not actually win.

[00:01:27]So when you place a trade, it is the rush and the thought and the feeling of I could lose this that draws you into it, not necessarily winning.

[00:01:37]And we know this because I've experienced this myself and other traders have as well.

[00:01:42]When we This is not a backhanded compliment or try to get you guys to sign up or anything like that. But when we did those trade wins, when we did over 250 wins in a row with zero losses, I'll be dead honest with you guys, it became so stinking boring.

[00:01:55]We were winning trade after trade after trade. It was so boring.

[00:02:01]And I've said this to you guys, when trading becomes boring, you typically become profitable.

[00:02:06]But when you trade and you consistently lose, that dopamine rush is actually more present in you than it is winning.

[00:02:16]Truthfully, we have the highest record ever recorded in cryptocurrency. I'm I'm very confident of that. Over 250 wins and zero losses in a row.

[00:02:24]And the amount of boredom of just following a systematic approach using good entries and buy limits is like watching paint dry.

[00:02:33]I didn't feel any excitement after that 200th win.

[00:02:37]It was just systematic over and over again. And we're calling all those out and and showing those to you guys.

[00:02:43]So the the trap that people enter into is that you need to start trading by realizing this should not be something that replaces your fulfillment, that replaces your um desire to be alive.

[00:03:00]Many times, if I'm just very blunt with you guys, what people do with their trading is they take their line of cocaine. I don't know if I'm going to get blocked on YouTube for saying this, but whatever. Their line of cocaine, they put it on their desk and they snort it every morning. And I'm This is being symbolic of opening up a trading chart, of putting on leverage. It's It's very exciting.

[00:03:22]But tell me if I'm wrong. When you put on leverage and you day trade and you're trading in and out of the markets, do you have a regulated nervous system?

[00:03:30]Are your emotions regulated? Are you being a good husband? Are you being a good wife?

[00:03:36]A good father, a good mother to your kids?

[00:03:39]Probably not.

[00:03:40]Because trading is incredibly difficult to day trade.

[00:03:45]So I want to give you guys a few tips here if you find yourself in this area of of things that I've done in my life and I've helped others, and I have genuinely seen an incredible increase in my contentment, incredible increase in profits. I was actually just looking at my um my Coinly I'm not sure Let me pause. I'll show this to you guys and and I guess I'll I wasn't really planning on showing this.

[00:04:13]But, when I started implementing what I'm about to share with you guys, my account balance, my profit went through the roof.

[00:04:20]I now literally trade for a living. You take away all the money I make from running Trade Confident, I made $147,000 in 2024.

[00:04:30]In 2025, I made 311,000. I removed one of my ledger accounts, so and I took some losses on it, tax loss harvested, so it shows higher, but I removed it for 2026.

[00:04:40]This is actually uh 311,000 is what I I truly owed. So, 311,000 last year, and the year before that, pulling 147,000.

[00:04:49]I and I share it with I share this with all of our members, guys. Like, everything is transparent.

[00:04:55]I've finally been able to get to a place where I can trade for a living. But, here's what I had to do. I had to get off the 15-minute time frame. I had to get off the hour time frame. I had to stop scalping.

[00:05:06]I had to move to the 4-hour and daily time frame to eventually start being profitable and trade for a living.

[00:05:13]Okay? That's what I had to do. Cuz when I was trading in the morning, and my wife is my witness, cuz she'll probably watch this video on YouTube someday.

[00:05:21]I was more angry at myself and my family and everything around me when I day traded and I scalped, cuz of the emotions were so high, and I lost so much money.

[00:05:32]It wasn't until I started putting buy limits in the market to take an un-arrogant approach to that entry that I you know, I think this entry's going to do well. Okay, if I think it's going to do well, even if I think it's the rock bottom, I always still put buy limits below. So, I have insurance purchased on the trade. So, number one, what I've learned, not trying to tell you to do it, I always put buy limits two or more below all of my entries when I enter into the market. So, I always purchase insurance in case I'm wrong.

[00:06:02]That's number one.

[00:06:03]Number two, I move to the daily and the 4-hour time frame. That changed my life for profits.

[00:06:11]Three, I started to swing trade. I held trades for long durations of of time. I held a Solana trade for over a year and I made 1,500% on it because of long-term duration.

[00:06:23]$14,000 turned into $296,000.

[00:06:28]The biggest trade I've ever taken because there was patience. I was not getting in into the smaller time frames, okay?

[00:06:34]>> [snorts] >> The last thing I would say, guys, is I brought the Lord into my trading. And I'll be honest with you guys, I never ever thought I would start Trade Confident and talk about Jesus and talk about [snorts] my relationship with him in trading.

[00:06:50]But, this is undeniable with video record proof and trade proof.

[00:06:55]>> [snorts] >> The moments I've spent with the Lord in my living room back over here in the quiet time, I have received the best entries I've ever received in cryptocurrency.

[00:07:04]That's not a backhanded flex to say everybody, you know, like like praise the No, genuinely, the best entries I have ever received came from hearing the Lord's voice, what I believe in my life in my quiet time.
