[00:01:10]So, during the university days of Priya, she met a guy whose name is Alex. Alex, he said is an NHS physiotherapist. They started to build a relationship. Their relationship started growing slowly and genuinely.

[00:01:22]They were as friends firstly and with time they fell in love.

[00:01:26]In October 2024, they applied for their first visa together. They applied for the partner visa under appendix FM.

[00:01:35]They paid the sum of 2,500 pounds to a solicitor and 2,587 pounds for their immigration health surcharge.

[00:01:43]They gathered 3 years of evidence, their chat histories together, their joint statement of account, their letters, their photos together, even their shared um cat bills, veterinary cat bills.

[00:01:57]And Alex met the financial threshold.

[00:01:58]So, they submitted what they thought at the time to be a perfect solid evidence.
