[00:00:50]In the from the words of our minister, I understand she got elected for the first time, but she's having lot of aspiration to serve the people who organized this tour, Gala Madhavi ji.

[00:01:39]This is one of the finest effort those who have come successfully in the examinations with a colorful marks, and especially from the rural background, and in particular, they have studied in the government schools.

[00:02:08]So, this tour has been organized as it was said by the minister that uh your experience should expand beyond the classrooms.

[00:02:20]So, the good effort of anyone should be supported and encouraged. So, it is my duty.

[00:02:29]There's nothing I have done remarkably, extraordinarily special, but it is my duty to be with the good efforts. So, I am very pleased to be with all of you.

[00:02:43]>> [applause] >> I would uh I have received many congratulatory message for the high marks on your mark sheet, but for me, it is a reflection of your discipline, hard work, and determination.

[00:03:03]Our minister has extraordinarily explained your background.

[00:03:08]How the suffering was, but I will tell you one thing, if we can bear the sufferings, that means we are going to be successful in life.

[00:03:21]>> [applause] >> Nobody in this world ever successful without bearing the sufferings.

[00:03:29]The sufferings makes us more confident.

[00:03:32]The sufferings makes us more vibrant.

[00:03:37]The sufferings makes us more with energy to achieve something in our life.

[00:03:47]That you have made it in your school examinations and uh your parents, teachers, schools, and the entire society, including our minister and our MLA, that they all feel very proud of you.

[00:04:06]I appreciate the efforts and the commitment of the honorable minister, Dr. Vemireddy Chandrasekhar Reddy, towards the development of education and the youth empowerment.

[00:04:18]His dedication to encouraging students and supporting initiatives for academic excellence is truly truly praiseworthy.

[00:04:29]His inspiring journey and commitment to public service will serve as a motivation for young students to dream big, work sincerely, and contribute meaningfully to the progress of the nation.

[00:04:46]I'm told that all of you are from government schools of different area of Guntur Assembly or Guntur District.

[00:05:03]Let me tell you something very important. Education is the most powerful instrument you possess to transform your life, uplift your family, strengthen your community, and contribute to the progress of the nation.

[00:05:19]This is one education uh if we were very sincere with the education at the young age, that means we are going to get the best knowledge out of it.

[00:05:32]Once you get the best knowledge out of it uh the success will come. If not today, it will come tomorrow.

[00:05:40]>> [applause] >> No force in this world is more powerful than the knowledge combined with the determination.

[00:05:50]Each one of you is talented and full of potential to grow.

[00:05:56]There are many moments when you feel discouraged or uncertain about the future.

[00:06:03]Never worried about that.

[00:06:05]Everybody who are so successful today whom you are meeting, they have the same experience.

[00:06:15]They lost.

[00:06:17]They fail.

[00:06:20]But, they never give up their efforts.

[00:06:24]That's why they are successful.

[00:06:29]There may be challenges around you. No doubt about it.

[00:06:34]But, never allow your present circumstances to limit your dreams or define your destiny.

[00:06:44]Put more and more efforts, then your goal will change.

[00:06:49]Your goal will become bigger.

[00:06:51]Your goal will become more higher.

[00:06:54]And your achievements automatically become higher.

[00:06:59]Take the example of our own nation, Bharat.

[00:07:03]Our country also developed like that.

[00:07:07]For nearly 200 years, our country remained under the colonial rule of British Raj.

[00:07:15]Before that, most of the North India remained under the Mughal rule.

[00:07:21]At the time of independence, India faced immense challenges on almost every friend.

[00:07:28]Poverty, illiteracy, lack of infrastructure, huge population, and a very, very weak economy.

[00:07:39]We are even divided into hundreds of riyasats which had to be unified.

[00:07:50]Our GDP was barely around 2.5 lakh crore rupees.

[00:07:56]But the story of Bharat since independence is a story of resilience, determination, and transformation.

[00:08:05]Over the past decade in particular, India's economy has witnessed a remarkable growth.

[00:08:11]And today our nominal GDP has crossed 4 trillion dollars.

[00:08:18]4 trillion dollars.

[00:08:22]Where is 2.5 lakh crore rupee and 4 trillion dollars today?

[00:08:31]Making India one of the fastest-growing major economies in the world from nowhere, we become the fifth largest.

[00:08:39]And from fifth largest, we have moved to the fourth largest.

[00:08:43]Once the wealth of the country grows, then poverty automatically get eliminated.

[00:08:51]This extraordinary progress has been made possible through the hard work, talent, and aspirations of millions of Indians combined with the visionary leadership and transformative policies of our great Prime Minister, Sriman Narendra Modi Ji.

[00:09:09]A leader is one who fix the targets and leads the nation towards it.

[00:09:17]Today, Bharat is emerging as a global economic powerhouse and moving confidently towards the vision of Viksit Bharat.

[00:09:26]Viksit Bharat means strongest Bharat economically, militarily, health-wise, science develop- scientific development wise in every sphere of life we should be in the forefront.

[00:09:49]Dear students, always remember this many of the great scientists, administrators, teachers, innovators, entrepreneurs, and leaders who shaped the success story of our nation came from government schools and public institutions like you.

[00:10:06]I too studied only in a government school. There is no private school in my hometown.

[00:10:13]>> [applause] >> I too studied not in English medium.

[00:10:20]I studied only in my mother tongue Tamil.

[00:10:27]So, nothing is impossible in this world once we decide that we must move towards our goal.

[00:10:36]That determination is required in the mind.

[00:10:42]Your dreams are equally powerful and your contributions in the future is immensely required for the nation to become the Viksit Bharat by 2047.

[00:10:57]Without your contribution, without the young energetic people like yours contribution Viksit Bharat will never become reality.

[00:11:11]I am especially happy to note that out of the 41 meritorious students being honored today 27 of them are girls.

[00:11:22]That is another milestone.

[00:11:24]>> [applause] >> Wherever I go I always see many girls are getting the gold medals.

[00:11:32]Many girls are getting their PhDs in their concerned subjects, whether it is science, whether it is social, whether it is economics, they are doing very well.

[00:11:55]And this is a matter of women's pride for not only to you the girls, but for everyone.

[00:12:04]And it is a powerful reflection of rising strength of Nari Shakti in our nation.

[00:12:11]The success of these young girls is a symbol of the changing aspirations of growing empowerment of women in Bharat.

[00:12:20]These young achievers are shining examples of the spirit of Nari Shakti.

[00:12:27]And my dear children, you are very young, and this is an age when you will en- encounter many distractions.

[00:12:39]When you are so young, the distractions will also be so much.

[00:12:45]We should never lose our concentration towards the journey in the journey to achieve the target of us.

[00:12:57]At this important stage of your life, I wish you to give you a very important message, that is always stay away from bad habits.

[00:13:11]These all are very giving you short-term satisfaction, short-term pleasure.

[00:13:18]Never move towards it. It may be drugs or harmful addictions, including the social media. Some people always spend their maximum time only by seeing seeing seeing seeing the phone.

[00:13:35]Anything is excessive is never do good for the individual or the society.

[00:13:44]We should have the control over everything.

[00:13:48]And we should have our control over our own thinking and the our brain how [snorts] that should work.

[00:13:57]Our thoughts must be of ours.

[00:14:01]Our actions must be of ours.

[00:14:04]Our efforts should come from the command of our brain.

[00:14:14]Choose sports.

[00:14:16]Try to read.

[00:14:20]So, if you read, then your knowledge improves. If you read, you would get get extra experience.

[00:14:28]You read, you know better things.

[00:14:33]And the creativity and positive friendship that is in very must. You should always move with the people who are very positive.

[00:14:45]Never involve with yourself with the negative discussion.

[00:14:51]Negative pleasure.

[00:14:54]Negative attractions.

[00:14:57]That will never help anyone to achieve something very high.

[00:15:03]Keep your mind focused on your goals, your studies, and your responsibilities towards your family and the nation.

[00:15:11]You should work for the upliftment of your family. That means you are working for the nation, too.

[00:15:21]The youth of Bharat are greatest strength of our country.

[00:15:24]We got the highest young people in the whole of the world.

[00:15:32]I urge each one of you to become the ambassadors of awareness and inspire your friends and communities.

[00:15:40]So that there is a big awareness in the society.

[00:15:45]I take this opportunity to appreciate the teachers and the parents who have helped these young students with a very humble background to come up so nicely in their examinations. I really appreciate the efforts of the teachers.

[00:16:08]And I thank them for doing their job so sincerely, so devotedly with lot of uh extra concern for the poor students.

[00:16:23]Your encouragement and the guidance are the building the future of the nation.

[00:16:28]And dear students, as you move ahead in life, always remember three things.

[00:16:36]Work hard with sincerity.

[00:16:41]Nobody is successful without hard work.

[00:16:46]You have to do your work so sincerely.

[00:16:51]And remain humble in your success. That gives you a lot of energy to face your failures.

[00:16:59]And some success comes, if you get the head white or you have been totally occupied by that single success, that sometimes stop you from getting further success in life.

[00:17:16]Ah, yes, you have to be enthusiastic about the success.

[00:17:20]At the same time, you should immediately fix your higher target the very next moment, so that your journey will be more meaningful.

[00:17:31]And use your knowledge for the welfare of the society.

[00:17:34]You should learn yourself. You should help others to learn the right things.

[00:17:40]May you continue to shine brightly and inspire many others through all your achievements in the future, too. Once again, my heartiest congratulations and the best wishes to all of you for a bright, meaningful, and successful future.
