Pooh Shiesty Federal Case Just Got WEIRD After Judge Rejected Part Of The Feds StoryAdded:
I want y'all to get a very very good look at Cordave Johnson. This is all about him. So, in further looking at this Pushisty paperwork, we got to understand that there's part of the paperwork that I think people completely skipped over because while everybody online was focused on the allegations themselves, the federal judge quietly did something that could become very important later on in this case. The court found probable cause for every single defendant except Cordate Johnson aka baby slime. And that's when you actually read what they're accusing him of. They're literally alleging this man was one of the armed individuals holding people at gunpoint during the robbery.
So if the allegations are that serious, how does the judge say that there wasn't enough probable cause? That tells me the issue may not be what happened. But whether the feds actually proved it was him specifically, we have a problem there. Because look at this [ __ ] that nobody picked up on. Let's go ahead and look at this real quick. And I just want y'all to understand this [ __ ] was actually last month. I'm surprised I ain't picked up on it. Minute entry for proceedings held before magistrate judge and T Kristoff. Right. And I don't really care to read all of that [ __ ] They got everybody. But it says the court heard witnesses and testimony as tore Williams senior and found probable cause on all defendants excluding who?
Cordday Johnson. Removal PC/detention hearing continue for Monday 46 2026 at 2 p.m. in courtroom 5 Memphis before magistrate judge Annie T. Kristoff.
Temporary order of detention entered defendant remaining into custody of the USM. And they buried this like they buried all the plea deals and all of that stuff. Now he's in uh freaking Dallas custody right now, but this flew super low under the radar.
>> Department of Justice saying that the incident happened back in January at a music studio in Dallas. Investigators say Poo Shisty, whose real name is Lantrell Williams Jr. apparently set up a meeting with Gucci Mane, whose real name is Rodri Davis, and other label executives to discuss a contract. They say a victim was held at gunpoint and forced to sign a release from their recording contract. The DOJ saying nine suspects were involved. All the one have been arrested.
>> Now I know what you guys are saying.
Nash remind us real quick. All right. As RD Williams Jr., Williams Senior and Wright exited the recording room. The remaining subjects, Waters, Rogers, Johnson, Glover, McDaniel, and Gibson, produced handguns or AR/AK style pistols and began to demand property from BP and MM.
BP was pushed onto the couch into the control room while an individual known to BP as CMO Damn Fu and part of Williams Jr.'s crew, later identified as Rogers, searched his pockets and stole his wallet. BP's chain and a necklace bearing the moniker 1017 were stolen from his neck by another subject he knew as Gizzy 375. Later identified as McDaniel during the robbery, McDaniel repeatedly threatened to shoot BP for moving, but Williams Jr. instructing McDaniel not to. BP further identified an individual he knew as Baby Slime 375, later identified as Johnson as being involved in the kidnapping and robbery and that during the control room robberies, Johnson possessed a firearm and held BP and others at gunpoint. Both MM and BP identified an individual they knew as KD, later identified as Waters, as also being involved in a kidnapping and robbery, possessing a firearm and holding them at gunpoint. MM was choked from behind to the point of nearly losing consciousness during the kidnapping robbery, resulting in scratches on his neck and wrist below.
Mm was robbed of his Rolex watch, a Louis Vuitton bag containing multiple other high dollar watches, Apple Airpod headphones, and his wallet at gunpoint by Glover. Mm confirmed his Louis Vuitton bag, AirPods, and wallet each had an Apple Air Tag and location tracking device attached.
Yeah. As altercation inside the control room ensued. Wright walked over to the studio door to the lobby, closed it, and blocked it with his body, preventing the victims from leaving. CW and TD, the victim's security guards watched Wright barricade the door, and attempted to force their way into the control room, but were prevented from entering with handguns drawn. CW W and TD managed to partially open the door but recognized they were outnumbered by the armed target suspects. So you get all of that and you had to wonder what in the hell is actually going on? Like I'm trying to understand something, bro. So you're telling me that somebody positively identified him, right? Right. But then it's not just what the person said. They actually say we got the ring lingering ling. Investigators obtained cell phone records for Williams Jr. Williams senior Wright Johnson Waters Rogers and Gibson and telematics location data and records for the Dodge Charger Hellcat and the Dodge Ram. Cell phone records for the I mean for Glover and McDaniel are pending. The records indicate Wright, Johnson, Waters, Rogers, and Gibson traveled together from Memphis, Tennessee to Dallas, Texas, and the Dodge Charger Hellcat in the Dodge Ram.
They left Memphis on January 8, 2026, and arrived in Dallas in the early morning hours of January 9th, 2026. The data from Glover's electronic monitoring device aligns with these cell phone records on January 10th, 2026. From approximately 2:28 p.m. to approximately 2:46 p.m., Williams Jr. Williams, Senior, Wright, Johnson, Waters, Rogers, and I mean Gibson, the Dodge Charger Hellcat, and the Dodge Ram were in the area of Winrose Tower, a location Williams Jr. resided prior to moving to his new residence at 12 Cowboys. Damn, you was bound to lose cuz you went to a place called 12 Cowboys. I don't want to hear that [ __ ] I I don't want to hear that [ __ ] way in Fris, Texas. They all travel together to the area of offense location arriving at approximately 3 p.m. The data from Williams Junior, electronic monitoring device and location information for the Buick Enclave align with the cell phone records. Williams Junior, Williams Senior, Wright Waters, Rogers, Gibson, the Dodge Charger Hellcat, and the Dodge Ram travel together from the area of the offense location, leaving at approximately 4:50 p.m. to the area of the Star in Fris, Texas. Then at approximately 5:07 p.m., Williams Jr., Williams Senior, Wright Johnson, Waters, Rogers, and Gibson utilized towers with coverage that includes the Star until approximately 9:30 p.m. The data from Williams Junior electronic monitoring device and location information for the Buick Enclave align with the cell phone records. Free cash set names. Monday, Memorial Day salute. Let's get to the content. at Baby Slime 375X.
BP identified an individual he knew as Baby Slime 375X as present during the offense, describing him as a short, younger black male with darker skin who wore a shisty mask and beanie and held BP and others at gunpoint. A December 20th, 2025 Instagram story posted by uh twin CMO tag baby slime 375. Memphis investigators identify Baby Slime as Cordday Johnson from previous gang investigations. So, this is him. There's no 5K1.1 departure or anything like that that exists so far right here. And nobody trying to get off the case or any of that [ __ ] right there. So, it goes back to what Brian Cohen or was it Art Horn said, one of the two, where they said basically them people ain't cooperating with the feds. Maybe Gucci Mane's intent wasn't what the hell actually happened. I don't know. I ain't Gucci Mane. I ain't spoke to Gucci Mane or any of that [ __ ] And quite frankly, don't want to talk to Gucci Mane. But I do find it interesting that they're running now with the judge saying that [ __ ] cuz I'm looking I'm like whoa what the hell and shout out to my team. You know they always point on everything and uh we looking like bro this ain't making sense or what you said before Nash. Two people in that room didn't do a damn thing.
They just sat there like they was doing wall sits. If you ever played basketball, you know exactly what the hell I'm talking about. Just sitting there like, they didn't have a gun. They didn't have any of that [ __ ] They were just there. So, what the feds are going to try to get them on is conspiracy, which can carry up to, I believe, a 20 ball. But due to points, due to all this [ __ ] they could be let out within two to three years.
So, you're telling me I should face a potential life sentence, which it wouldn't happen. Somebody would have had to have gotten smoked. You telling me that I'm supposed to face decades of my damn life to some [ __ ] that some dummy who shot somebody in a in the I can't say that word. Who shot somebody in the rear on camera? I'm supposed to put my life on the line for somebody who did a bunch of years in the feds, came home and his grand plan was, "Yeah, let's rob these fools in the studio. I mean, let's force him to sign me out of the contract and all of this [ __ ] all because possibly allegedly you wanted to withhold more of the money." So, one of the theories out there, and this is from OJ the Juice Man, go to the last the next video I'm going show y'all because I ran this in tandem for a reason, and he'll tell you. Oh, well, [ __ ] Pushi allegedly was ready to sign a $15 million deal and he could have just gave Gucci, hey, 5 million up of that and did his old scadattlele run. And he ain't want to do that. He took the cheesy sleazy way.
So if Py selfishly said, you know what, you invested millions of dollars in me, which actually is not true, but you invested a lot of money in me, bro, the bare minimum that you should do is cash me out to get up out of that. That's just good business. But you say, "Hell no, I told y'all on that rap song, hey, my grandma told me keep my lawn over the whole time. I'm the snake." Well, Elmer Fud, it ain't no fun when a rabbit got the gun. So now there's going to be two plea deals guaranteed because there are two individuals who did not do [ __ ] But this is where I don't know if it's good advice or bad advice. That discovery is going to show there's no damn coordination with everybody that was there. Everybody that was there did not know that that [ __ ] was going to happen. Just going to be fair, square, obvious, honest. They ain't know. They just rocking with their people. You in a dangerous ass city like Dallas, Texas.
I'm cool, [ __ ] I I'm not walk I wouldn't care if I was a felon or not.
I'm not walking around Dallas without at least five guns on me and a bulletproof vest and a hunting knife. You hear me?
But we going to see because I know for sure if I'm a DA or if I'm a damn lawyer. I'm looking like where the hell is this client guilty at and all of this [ __ ] I get what y'all said in the indictment. I get all of that [ __ ] but we going to need a little more proof. And the judge is like, "Shit, y'all ain't really got that type of proof here. Not for Cordday. Not for Baby Slime.
Y'all, what y'all think? I I'm going be curious as [ __ ] to see what y'all think about this one.
He ain't do [ __ ] He didn't. But there's one more. You going to find out. It's going to be interesting to see. But uh we are 12K away from these two things.
