Now two alleges on about that same date location Weaver did carry a dangerous weapon to a pistol concealed or otherwise unabout person or otherwise in a vehicle operated by the defendant toward a Dodge Durango contrary to Michigan law charged known as carrying a concealed weapon. A felony punishable up to 5 years under $2,500 fine carries mandatory forfeite of a weapon or device.
