[00:00:04]I'm going to take you through the process of me doing a walk-through. So, come with me inside and I'm going to show you what I do as I'm checking out the property.

[00:00:14]What I like to do during a walk-through is go room to room and check out what's going on so I know what supplies to bring to every clean. So, I will usually start from the furthest room away to back to the door. But anyways, first we're going to go into the primary bathroom this way.

[00:00:32]For move-out cleans, I'm going to touch every surface in the house. I'm going to get the ceiling fans. I'm going to get all the fixtures. There's nicotine build-up in this house, so I'm going to remove the fixtures and actually hand scrub every single one of them. This is going to need a lot of work. Um all the walls are going to need clean. There is nicotine stain on every single wall in this house. The carpet is destroyed, so this carpet will be replaced. I'll still have to vacuum it.

[00:00:57]I also check all the cupboards.

[00:01:02]But anyways, so inside the drawers, there's mostly just hair in here. I've seen worse.

[00:01:18]And then this is the stuff that has a lot of build-up. This is a 15-year rental, so someone's lived here 15 years and it's looks like almost 15 years worth of dust and build-up on the deep cleaning areas.

[00:02:06]>> Okay, now I want to show you guys the bathtub and the toilet area and then obviously all the details are going to get cleaned, the baseboards, walls, all those things. So, come on in.

[00:02:29]A lot of build up there. It's not as bad on camera as it is in person. It's probably nicotine and soap scum build up.

[00:02:41]And then of course, I'm going to check all the doors and wipe them up and down and disinfect the handles.

[00:02:49]And then let's check behind here.

[00:02:59]There's the base of the toilet.

[00:03:01]Going to definitely need an enzyme cleaner to get that.

[00:03:07]Let's check around this side.

[00:03:11]And then in the closet area, it's going to be dusty in here, I'm sure.

[00:03:22]Now, I want to show you guys the ceiling fan. This is always a really dirty area in most move out cleans. Uh there are times where they're clean, but it is rare. This is a deep cleaning task a lot of people forget, so I just want to show you a close up of the ceiling fan in here.

[00:03:39]Now, I want to show you a close up of the walls and the baseboard in this primary bedroom and it might need multiple passes. So, come check out this wall over here. I believe this is where the bed sat for about 15 years. So, of course, naturally that's going to be the dirtiest area. So, here we go.

[00:04:01]And just to give you an idea of what the carpet looks like.

[00:04:12]Now, I'm going to move into the laundry room area and just check out this from top to bottom, starting with the ceiling vent.

[00:04:21]So, the vent up here will definitely need cleaned.

[00:04:26]And then there's a lot of cobwebs in here as well.

[00:04:32]Now, let's check out the side of this.

[00:04:49]And then all the closet shelvings will get cleaned.

[00:04:56]It's the hallway. The vent is kind of hard to see, but that will need taken down. And then this fixture will need taken down as well.

[00:05:09]Just to show you how heavy the nicotine stains are, this is the wall normally.
