I cannot call that they have defected from the original party because 58 and now plus two 60 legislators who have won on a sinul ticket has clearly stated that their leader is mutabi >> and they are the real sinul congress.

[00:00:42]Now the honorable speaker of the Bidhan Sabha has uh because it is a three-fold majority so has accepted their uh their letter which states that Rishaba Bandhabad is the leader of opposition and Mr. Akru Zaman is the chief but they have also clearly stated that we accept Madanji as our leader. So that is that and and all India phenomenon congress post this has issued a tweet which is there on social media for everybody to see where the phenomenon congress has dissolved every funal organization and all posts within the party. So basically what that means is Mr. Adish Banerjee is no longer the national general secretary of the party. Neither uh you know a party has youth organization, student organization, traders union all are dissolved as of uh now.

And for all those who are seeing this as a split is not the correct interpretation that this is essentially challenging the leadership of Abhishek Banerjee who was made the working president and national general secretary. This group of MLAs is essentially saying that Rita Banerjee will be the LOP while Mamita Banerjee continues as the leader. So they impose faith in Mambata Banerjee's leadership not in Abhishek Banerjee. Correct me.

[00:02:22]What you are if you hear the PC by Mr. Rita Banerjee he's saying that see it all started when a letter was submitted to the Vidhan Sabha signed by Mr. Abhishek Banerjee where uh there were signatures of multiple MLAs which later out founded out to be fraud signatures where the letter said that she the leader of opposition is Mr. Shabun Chaktapad and she is Mr. Bobby Haki right Mr. Now after that happened these rebel leaders they have said that enough of this high-handedness enough of this oneway street of just directing an order and without consulting with the others.

[00:03:03]So these rebel legislators who have won on a similar congress deficit have formed a group of their own and they have they are they and out of 80 50 plus MLAs have signed that and now they are calling themselves we are the Somul Congress but our leader is Mutab Banerji and they have clearly stated in the press conference that Abhishek Banerjee has nothing to do with the Somul Congress in the Vidans Sabha which is actually technically correct. Yes, that's Banerji after after the dissolving of all until organization and force Abhishek Banerji is now not the general secretary of the party number one and number two he's a member of parliament so anyways he has nothing to do with the legislation >> so so Ru the question really is that these are rebels um Mama Banerjee and and her party it she was the one who created this party she had all the discretion to appoint whosoever she wishes to on party posts. Uh but what these rebels have done is that they have not questioned the leadership of Maab Banerjee but they have said that as far as the second rung is concerned they will be deciding it. As for as far as the assembly is concerned, it will be >> brotherh say this I will say this clearly there was disscent within the party which was raised within the party that we will take Mohammad Banji as our leader because she's the founder of the party. Everyone who has won as a legislator has won because of the face of Mohammad Banana whoever has won.
