[00:15:34]Um he denied awareness of key events and reports. So Jar claimed he was unaware of the petitioner, that's Nerdy's March 19 reporting and related New York Post coverage the next day. So Nerdy presented context suggesting otherwise.

[00:15:52]Um and he denied and minimized details about going to the Tucson airport, knowledge of the petitioner's travel plans, and waiting at the escalator. That's the CCTV that we showed you on this channel, guys. Um, and he claimed no prior knowledge or intent to confront despite third party admissions and video evidence reference.

[00:16:16]That again is what we've shown you on this channel. We've shown you him going up to Nerdy at that escalator and then following him around at the back baggage claim. How could he have known? He went straight up to him. He knew he was there.

[00:16:31]ownership and responsibility for his own footage. Now, his own footage. I was showing his own footage again.

[00:21:11]Um, social media post tweets. So Jala denied responsibility for certain tweets and posts suggesting AI or others even when directly tied to him. And this includes accusations like calling the petitioner a child abuser or displaying related images. He has deleted things between the time he posts them earlier this year and this hearing.

[00:21:36]And even though Nerdy had them as exhibits, he just said, "Oh, that wasn't me. That was me.

[00:21:45]Yeah.

[00:21:47]Um, and misrepresentation of locations and exhibits. So, defense exhibits usually photos of signs/protests were presented in a way that allegedly exaggerated proximity. So, for example, the plaintiff at defendant's home when the person was farther away in a neighborhood/public area. So, for example, when uh Nerdy and White Boy were there protesting, he said that they were right there at his house when actually they were further down the street.

[00:22:20]So, look, I know we've only heard Nerdy's side of this. We We don't have a transcript yet. We don't have court records yet. Unfortunately, there's no recording of today's um uh hearing. I hope that one becomes available so that we can evaluate this properly. There's also an issue here in that uh JLR had a lawyer and Nerdy did not and he's trying to represent himself per se and that always makes things more difficult for uh the party that's presenting the case pro. Um I from from what I heard from Nerdy today, it sounds to me like and this is always going to be the case where if if he's if he's presenting something that as per the statute, his evidence just does not stack up to the statute. And the statute in Arizona is that says that there needs to be a pattern of intimidation, a pattern of uh jailer uh stalking and harassing Nerdy over and over again.

[00:23:42]And potentially in Florida, that that may not be the case. And perhaps Nerdy should have filed in Florida, not in Arizona.

[00:23:54]And he was in Arizona at the time. So just after the airport incident is when he filed.

[00:24:04]So I mean maybe in hindsight that might have been where Nerdy should have put the injunction in in Florida where he lives. and he said that on his live today.

But I think that it all works out fine because in the end JLR has had to pay probably5 $10,000 for a lawyer and this week works out that Nerdy has an injunction anyway because one was granted on Tuesday in the criminal case for uh this actual incident that you're looking at right here where JLR was cited for disorderly conduct. in the airport. So, Nerdy being the victim received uh a restraining order.

And also like the AI didn't say this, but why if you've got the real medical report, why are you showing us just this little teensy little snippet? why aren't you just showing us the medical report? And and she'd get really rude and aggressive and go, "Well, yeah, [ __ ] I've got the medical report and I don't I'm not covered by I don't have any um uh patient confidentiality, etc." And yeah, she was so rude.

But then like you look at it the these documents that she came up with and they were really weird. Like they look like they were out of like CSI or something. And again I put them through Grock and Grock immediately came back with these aren't real. like these are not real like at all. They are fake.
