[00:00:00]The same Hebrew words used to describe the earth are also used to describe David's throne.

[00:00:06]In one place, scripture says the world is established and cannot be moved. That word established comes from kun, meaning fixed, prepared, made firm. And cannot be moved comes from mot, meaning shaken, slipped, or overthrown. Then, when God speaks of David's kingdom, the same language appears again. His throne is established. David says, "I shall not be moved." This is not weak language. It is covenant language. It is the language of firmness, permanence, and divine order. The earth stands because God appointed it. David's throne stands because God promised it. Two images, one testimony.
