Suffered a serious brain injury with a craniotomy >> [music] >> and in this particular case I hired retired police officer investigators [music] and detectives to go out there and survey that particular area, knock on all the neighbors' doors, get as much ring camera footage as possible. And the theory [music] of the case changed a few times every time they would go out there.

So, if you contact your attorney immediately following an accident, >> [music] >> it's the best time for us to be able to send out our investigators to do the necessary groundwork [music] to better enable our client to succeed and help us succeed at the time of trial.

So, from the fact-finding [music] and the intake, we will analyze a case and then hire the experts immediately, the investigators [music] that are necessary to prove the case. In New York State, a litigant, a plaintiff in [music] a case, has the burden of proof. You have to show more likely than not that it happened in a certain [music] way. We have that burden and if we immediately start to work on a case, >> [music] >> we can establish that burden early on in a case so that we can have a successful [music] case on behalf of our client.
