[00:00:00]What is domestic violence? So, you know, and we start out with this you know, and I'll say this for me I thought that a domestic violence victim was a woman with a black eye. And that was a pretty rigid assessment, you know, that that is domestic violence.

[00:00:21]And uh if it's not that, it may not be domestic violence, you know, so uh we're we kind of limit ourselves in domestic violence when we we allow these concrete definitions.

[00:00:35]But um so as you learn more about domestic violence when your eyes start to open that we see domestic violence all over the place if you know what the definitions are.

[00:00:50]Uh you know, we're talking about not just physical >> Mhm. you know Uh mental >> violence, mental abuse, emotional abuse >> Mhm. Uh verbal abuse Mental. And uh psychological, spiritual abuse.

[00:01:08]Sometimes we talk about legal abuse.

[00:01:15]So, there's a lot of different types of abuse.
