And a lot of times there is something that's very acute that's really causing maladaptive behavior. Okay. Um, you know, or something where they, you know, they're isolating, you know, I need to know, I always ask about symptoms in the beginning of every session. I ask, "What have your symptoms been since you've seen me last?" Cuz I I want to see them improving.
If they're not improving, then we really need to address that.
