[00:02:24]If I sued somebody because of what Cardi B said, Tasha K did to her. Not only did Cardi B say this happened, they had a jury trial and the jury believed it. Not only did the jury believe it, the jury believed it to the point that this debt cannot be discharged in a bankruptcy.

[00:02:46]Mostly all debts you can discharge in a bankruptcy. They made sure that this one wasn't. But not only did Tasha K continue to do the same [ __ ] 25 times over again because they put that in the newest filing when they said, "Judge, we need her to pay for Cardi B's legal expenses again." Cuz remember, Tasha K kept going on. Cardi B had to get her attorneys to, you know, keep reaching out to Tasha Kay's fake ass lawyer to have her take stuff down. And now we're waiting on what those legal costs are going to look like. Well, baby, listen.

[00:03:24]While that's being tabulated, Cardi B said, "F this [ __ ] I'm going after your husband since you keep talking about everybody I keep having a baby with and you know you ain't supposed to be talking about me." Y'all, here's the deal. Cardi B gonna win again. I don't understand why you will keep You are messing up your life for a woman that's a millionaire over and over again.

Now, I'm not going to read all 72 pages, but I'mma give y'all a highlevel overview and we'll be back to talk about this [ __ ] I just wanted to put the information out there that Cardi B sued Tasha K's husband. Now, Shaq, you was the one that told her to keep the [ __ ] up there and now you get to get sued. Okay, so let's kind of get into it. I'm going to show you guys the first page of the um document on the screen, but I'm going to kind of go in and kind of give you a highle overview. I'm not, like I said, I'm not going to be on here forever. I just want to let you know what's going on. So, Cardi B has demanded a jury trial. What is the nature of the action? She said this is because pretty much she has a money judgment against Tasha K. Tasha K in cahoots with her husband and Ki Studios is hiding the damn money. Okay. Cardi B goes into saying, you know, she's suing T, well, she sued Tasha and won in this defamation judgment. Okay, we know she won. She goes on to say, "The original defamation judgment that was noted on the jury's um award was 1 million for pain and suffering and or um reputational injury and 250,000 for medical expenses. Um the party stipulated to reduce the jury's award of medical expenses from 250,000. So then it went to 25,000. The Georgia District Court in its original defamation judgment also included reference to the jury's award to the plaintiff of $1 million in punitive damages. So, not only did Cardi B get pain and suffering, she got punitive damages against Tasha Kay and 500,000 in punitive damages against Tasha K and KBI Studios, 1.338 million and some in litigation expenses against both defendants, Ki Studios and Tasha K. On July 19th, 2022, the Georgia District Court entered an amended judgment of the original defamation case. And she just lists that. I'm not really going to get into that cuz we don't care about what it was amended to or whatever. The the case here is that Tasha K been playing these childish ass games and now she has gotten her husband.

[00:06:32]He his ass is going to go down too. Now, what they're saying is that Tasha K is diverting money to her husband in an effort to hide money so that she does what? She looks like she has less money than she really has. And I've been trying to tell y'all that like, damn, I'm not an accountant or a lawyer, but I got common sense. And from what I read, and remember I said she said on the stand that she did this, this is all information that Cardi B has. And I told y'all that Cardi B could have did this a long time ago and some slow people were like her bankruptcy was confirmed. Baby, listen. If you just want somebody to pay your money, sometime you just want them to pay you. you really don't care much about getting them in trouble because getting them in trouble ain't really going to get you your money. So, at this point, Cardi B is like, "F it. Everybody is going down." So, Cardi B has referenced the statement in this particular judgment. I'm sorry. In this particular case that she has filed against Tasha K's husband, she actually lists the time that Tasha K and her lying ass husband got up there, lied, and then told the truth on themselves that they had lied. So, what this is saying in, you know, let me give y'all the the short of the long of it is basically Tasha K's husband is hiding money to prevent from paying Cardi B.

[00:08:09]So, basically, they done gave this a name. They're calling it the personal income and asset diversion scheme. Girl, listen. Cardi B and her damn attorneys is coming for Tasha raggly ass. And I've been telling y'all this for the longest.

And I don't think when I come on, I'm going to go through every single page. I'll go through it and let you guys see what is most important because some of this stuff is redundant. Now, remember I told you, you know, Cardi B calls this the um diversion scheme or something, but anywh who, she goes into, do y'all see that it says count one actual fraudulent transfer? Oh, excuse me. So, basically, she's naming this fraudulent transfer.

[00:09:21]Miss Cardi B is a creditor of both DTOR and KBI Studios by virtue of the amended defamation judgment. The amended defamation judgment is a final judge judgment of a federal court that has been satisfied I'm sorry that has not been satisfied, vacated or discharged.

Ki Shekna Kibi made the following transfers with actual intent with actual intent guys to delay and defraud Miss Cardi B. Remember I kept telling y'all that this lady was doing fraud and some of the slow folks, not my folks, but some of the slow trolls was in the t in the chat like, "No, because if she really did that, she wouldn't have got no ma'am." Let let me just kind of explain to you all something.

Okay, so Cardi B is saying that they did transfers with the intent of hinder, delay, and defraud Cardi B. The transfer of Ki Stu Studios business operations, revenue streams, management contracts, going concern, oh, I'm sorry, management contracts, growing concern value, and the services of DTOR as talent. Remember Tasha K is the brand. Okay, that's her brand. How in the hell is she They making it seem like she's an employee.

[00:11:06]Okay, so what they're saying is services of DTOR as talent from Ki Studios to yelling, rendering KBI Studios unable to to satisfy the KBI Studios judgment.

The transfer of debtor's interest in the Georgia property to Shniki. Remember I told y'all that approximately 1 month after the entry of the original defamation judgment without consideration.

After that, Cardi B is moving um to get more information that I'm sure she's going to use in this jury trial that Tasha K has to provide, which is her income. Didn't I tell y'all that Cardi B is going to take Tasha K ass down? Everything that Tasha that Cardi B is asking for, Tasha K must provide it. If not, guess what Cardi B can do? Take me out of this bankruptcy. She coming for the money.
