The Manchester Airport retrial case, where two brothers faced charges for assaulting police officers, has resulted in two hung juries despite the judge offering a 10-2 majority decision, sparking public debate about whether Britain operates a two-tier justice system where different groups face different legal outcomes for similar actions.

Manchester Airport Retrial Collapses: Public Fury Over Two-Tier Justice System追加:
Mike Mullen, the grumpy old Scotsman, slightly late. And the reason I was late is because I was waiting for something to happen, which I kind of figured would happen. Britain is now in the midst of a two-tier justice system. I think we all kind of knew that, but today the evidence is there for everyone to see. The Manchester Airport attack. A lot of you in the UK will remember what happened at the end of last year. Two Muslims essentially started beating up five police officers with three of them being women.
It was all caught on CCTV.
Case closed. Case dismissed. Now, here's the thing.
And a lot of people have been saying this, if those two people were white British males, straight to jail.
Straight to jail.
The jury would have looked at them, straight to jail.
This is the second retrial because the original trial, the jury couldn't reach a unanimous decision.
This retrial, eight days later, the jury couldn't reach a unanimous decision. The judge even went one step further and said, "Look, I'm not looking for a unanimous decision. I'm looking for a 10-2 decision. 10 in favor of whatever the jury decides and two against, a majority decision." The jury still couldn't reach the 10-2 split.
Many people are now asking, "What was the racial mix of that jury?
And what was the ethnicity of that jury?
And more importantly, what was the religious split of that jury?"
Let's take a look at the actual evidence that the jury was probably shown.
So, if we bring this in, right?
>> [clears throat] >> Window capture. Beep beep. That That's That's Is it that one's not that one. Is it that one?
What one am I on? I'm on Hold on a minute. I've got so many damn browsers open.
>> [laughter] >> Um Yeah, it's Chrome. Yeah, it's Chrome that I'm on. Well Yeah, I I use Microsoft Edge now and I know I'm stupid, but I use Microsoft Edge now and again.
Uh so it's Chrome. It's the one in Chrome. That one. There we go. So Here's the two of them here.
Now, the one on the right with the big nose, the one on the right has already been charged. The jury couldn't decide about the man on the left whether he feared for his life or not.
Um if we just take a look at um this.
Now, no doubt the jury was shown this video. This at this point in time, the police or the police officers were arresting the guy with the big nose that whacked the female police officer and broke her nose. But look what happens, right? Now, we need to remember here the reason that this is a mistrial is because the guy on the left, him with the glasses, said he feared for his life.
Look at the evidence.
And let me know if you think he actually did fear for his life. The guy being The guy being hackled right now is the guy on the right with the big nose who's already been charged with breaking a police officer's a female police officer's nose. But look at what happens.
There he is. He's now being arrested.
He starts to resist, and then the punch is now Take a look. Take a look. Look.
Look. There's the guy the guy the guy that's See it? He's getting the first in.
Because up until that point up until that point he was just messing around with the police pushing them around but if we just scroll this forward scroll it forward and then his hand goes back ready to punch and he was pushed away by the copper. He instigated the attack. If we just keep scrolling this forward he then takes on three police officers and at that point in time the guy with the big nose starts fighting as well.
And it just turns into a rammy.
The guy with the big nose now see that the woman's got her head back. That was the point where her nose was broken.
That was the point where her nose was broken. The guy that's saying he feared for his life is now rolling around the floor beating up three policemen at the same time.
See? He's over there at the corner.
He's over there at the corner. Look.
He's now standing up with the other coppers on the ground.
And the guy on the left is now beating up more police officers female police officers at that and it just goes on. So the argument he's making is he feared for his life.
No, you didn't. You're a lying scumbag.
You just decided to beat up the police officers because they were arresting your cousin.
You threw the first punch. It is clean it is clearly evident you threw the first punch.
You dragged three police officers to the ground while your inbred cousin decided to knock out a female police officer and break her nose. He's already been charged.
But the whole thing is hanging on the evidence of that clown on the left with the glasses saying, "Oh, I feared for my life. That's why I punched the officers."
Plural. Officers.
How did you fear for your life when one, it was airport police. They didn't carry any guns. Two, you punched them first.
And you managed to wrestle all three of them to the ground as clearly seen in the video evidence. And three, they're not armed. None of the police in the airport were armed. They didn't even carry tasers.
Yet he feared for his life. Now again, replace these two with any white working class Brit.
What do you think would happen to them?
Go on. Take a guess. What do you think would happen if these two were replaced with two white British working class men who decided to break the nose of a female police officer and attack three police officers with one of them being a woman, wrestle them to the ground, and almost knock one of them out? What do you think would happen if these two were white Brits?
They would guilty. Straight to jail.
I would love to know what the racial, ethnic, and religious makeup of the 12 jurors were.
But that's never going to be released.
It's never going to be released because of Juries Prudence, which is one of the laws here in the UK.
There is an uproar would be an understatement.
There is utter rage happening on Twitter right now.
Utter unadulterated rage. And it's not just coming from people on the right. It's even coming from some left-wing commentators on Twitter who also looked at the video evidence.
Who also did the video that I just showing you. That that video was only one of the videos because there was multiple videos from people's phone cameras that were being taken. No doubt the jury has seen all that as well from various angles. But this jury, like the previous jury, they couldn't make a unite they couldn't make a unanimous decision. And this particular jury couldn't even do a majority of 10 to split. All it would have taken them is 10 of them to find the guy on the left guilty.
They couldn't even do that.
This is now the second retrial and it's now ended in a hung jury and that's with the judge opening the door to the jury to say, "Hey, you don't need to make it unanimous. I'll accept a 10 to split.
If 10 of you come up with a majority of decision, whether it be not guilty or whether it be guilty, if 10 of you come up with a majority of decision, I will take that as the verdict." They couldn't even do that.
They couldn't even do that.
I would love to know the religious and ethnic split of the jurors, but that's never going to happen.
Two-tier justice system because again, if those were white British lads, straight to jail.
Straight to jail.
Straight to jail.
The deliberation wouldn't even wouldn't have even taken a day.
The jurors would have been in locked up in their office maybe for two or three hours. Back out, guilty, both to jail.
I would love to know what the ethnic makeup and the religious makeup of the jurors were.
But that's never going to happen.
>> [sighs] >> Britain is now obviously in a two-tier justice system. It is one rule for the Islamists and another rule for the majority of the rest of the country.
I was going to do a video um couple of days ago.
Another Islamist was caught on video phone during the Tommy Robinson march.
And this Islamist was in the east of London in front of an east of London mosque saying that he will, and I quote, behead all Jews.
If that was a British person running around saying that he will behead all Muslims, he would have been instantly instantly hackled by the police. What happened to that Islamist? He ran around free for two days.
And he was only arrested a couple of hours ago.
If it was a white Brit saying something like that, you'd have been arrested the same day. Instantly. Arrested the same day.
One rule for them, another rule for us.
David Bett's is correct.
This country is headed for a civil war.
It's headed for a civil war.
I would not be surprised at all at all if the London and Manchester Met police decided to cast a vote for a strike.
Because what kind of message is this sending to the police force?
Anybody can take potshots at the police force now? Just punch them. And if they're Muslim, they'll basically be allowed to do it because no jury will try them.
Is that the message now being sent out?
If I was the London Met and the Man- and the Manchester Met police, I would go on strike. I would shut off I would shut down the entire police force. Go on strike. That's what I would do.
And there's several commentators now saying that this could be the straw that breaks the camel's back for a large number of Brits.
Brits who have been sitting back looking at this trial ignoring the whole two-tier justice system and saying these two, they're going to get their just deserts. They're going to be tried, they're going to be prosecuted, and they're going to be sent to prison. Well, guess what? That's not happening.
It's not happening because the guy on the right who's already been charged with breaking the nose of the female police officer has held in remand.
His trial can't go on until the guy on the left with the glasses is actually charged with a is actually charged by a jury. And this has been the hang-up for the past two separate jury trials.
The first jury didn't come out.
And now the second jury after eight days of deliberation after the judge saying all I want is a 10-2 split, just a majority decision, give me a not guilty, give me a guilty, as long as there's 10 of you saying it. No, couldn't do that.
Couldn't do it.
Two-tier justice.
That's what we're looking at.
Because again, I'm going to ask everyone watching this, if these two guys were white Brits, what do you think would have happened to them? Go on.
What do you think would have happened to them?
If it was two white Brits who just randomly started punching police officers and broke the nose of one of the female police officer, what would have what would have happened to them if it was two white Brits?
That'd been a guilty charge on both counts. Straight to jail.
But not with these two.
Oh, no, not with these two.
Two- tier justice.
Two-tier justice.
>> [sighs] >> I would not be surprised at all.
At all.
If the Manchester police decide to go on strike.
I would not be surprised at all because this news has just broke. So, it's still to go on to the front pages or in the mainstream media. I would not be surprised if there's protests about this, either.
It won't surprise me one bit.
Again, David Betz is right.
There is numerous straws that are now being piled on that camel's back.
And one of those straws is going to break that camel's back and there's going to be riots. And Britain will head into a civil war.
If this two-tier justice system keeps up in public, in full view of everyone, civil war.
Civil war.
What can you do, folks? What can you do?
Twitter is on fire right now. And I'm not again, this is not just the folks in the center or the folks in the center right. Some of the folks in the left is even saying, "What is going on here?"
I looked at the videos. He threw the first punch. He took down three police officers. How can he say he feared for his life?
Two-tier policing, two-tier justice.
But again, I want to know what the ethnic mix and the religious mix of those jurors were.
But again, that information's not going to be made public.
Now I'm starting see why David Lammy wants to get rid of jurors trials.
Because I think he may have known this may have happened with the Manchester Airport case.
Now I kind of see why Lammy wants to do it.
Now I do.
I'm not for it.
A jurors trial, a trial by your peers is one of the bedrock foundations of the United Kingdom. But if we are now at the stage where one ethnic minority is being essentially let off with anything they want by a trial of their peers, by a jury trial, and the white indigenous Brits are being hammered by the same jury trials, then something's out of balance.
Something's not right. Something needs to be fixed. And I think this is why David Lammy wants to get rid of the juror trial system. Because I think he's seeing there's a massive problem happening.
And there's your problem right there.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I don't know, folks.
This basically means that there's probably going to be a third retrial.
Third retrial.
And I've got a sneaky suspicion this is going to be the last retrial. And I've got another sneaky suspicion that whatever jury is put together for the third retrial is going to do the same thing that the first jury done and the second jury done. And that third retrial will collapse, and guess what? The guy on the left will be given a not guilty verdict and be set free.
The guy on the right's already been charged. He's going to prison. But the guy on the left, who took down three police officers, he's going to be let free.
He's going to be wait for it.
If two juries in a row couldn't make a decision, the third jury is going to meet the same the third jury is going to meet the same problem. You know, it's going to be the same problem.
I don't know, folks.
I honestly don't know.
As many many people have pointed out, if these two guys were white Brits, they would be in jail by now.
They would be they'd be in jail by now.
Welcome to the United Kingdom. The United Kingdom of the now blatantly obvious two-tier justice system.
That's it for me, folks. If you like what you've seen, give me a thumbs up down below and don't forget to hit the subscribe button. I'm trying to hit a thousand subs. Trying to hit a thousand by the end of next month. So, that's giving me a good long stretch. Try to hit a thousand subs by the end of next month. Anyway, that's it for me, folks.
Have a good one.
