Added:Hello, let's solve a Minesweeper puzzle.
This one's called Sequence Snakes. It's by Jin Hu On. There's a link in the description. If you'd like to try it yourself, I sourced this from GM Puzzles.
All right. So, just we need to place mines in the grid. We need to place them such that each number has that many mines within its eight surrounding cells, exactly that number. And you also can't put mines on top of numbers.
All right. I'm going to get started right now.
So, zero says, oh my gosh, if I can click right, zero says none of these around it are in. And I'm going to mark off a clue when it's done. I'm going to start with the big ones. This six has to take the six that are available. So, it's done.
Um three has two. Oh, this seven has to take all the ones around it cuz that's six there.
This two is done.
This two is done.
All right. After we start, this three is done.
This four needs two more out of these three.
Oh, this three needs these three. So, that's out. This two is done.
This two is done.
Okay.
This one can grab one of these two.
This four has to grab this one and it's done.
Just double-checking cuz I I'm I'm notoriously bad at scanning Minesweeper, apparently.
Um How about this six?
Okay, so we have seven bombs possible, but if I use too many over here, then these ones break. This one sees two. This one sees two right now.
So, I think I have to get rid of this one to satisfy both of these.
Because if I if I keep this one, it's the one for both of them and now I only get five around me.
So, we're going to take both of those.
That one's out. The six is done. Both of these ones are finished.
Okay.
So, how do we build off of this? We have this three that needs one more.
We have this five that needs three more out of these four.
Oh, this two already sees one. So, only one of these two could be in, but one of these two must be in in order to finish this five, which now has four around it. This will finish it. That means that this two is done. That one is done. Um I'm going to mark the two done just because we know we need to place one in one of those two. So, that's fine.
Um what about this three? This three gets one more.
This three is done though. Okay.
So, this three gets one in one of these three.
This three needs one more. This four How about the four?
Oh, how about this five? Oh, it grabs those two. So, it's done.
Yep, looks good. This four sees three.

Apparently, I've made a mistake. So, let's get some counts done. This one sees one.
Oh, this one already sees two. Never mind. I missed that this one already sees one. So, that's out. That place is there. Okay. Little bit of a hiccup at the end, but I managed to correct it.
Like I said, I'm probably still bad at scanning mine Minesweeper, but I don't think that went too poorly.
