[00:01:25]>> Maybe. And then he lifted up his shirt and he was wearing trackies and he had a sweatshirt on and he had a bottle of Heineken in his in his trackies.

[00:05:35]>> after that, it it can agitate it agitates those blood vessels and so it the uh the swelling increases and the agitation increases. What do you call that? There's a word for it.

[00:05:48]>> Inflammation increases. So, it gets rid of it temporarily, but it it keeps it long-term. But, because I didn't know that, especially with the cold drill, and would have just have been using it and using it and using it. I'm just making it worse and worse and worse.
