Title 8 USC 1325 defines illegal entry into the United States as a deportable offense, while Title 8 USC 1227 outlines the grounds for deportation, including unlawful presence. These immigration laws establish that individuals who enter the country illegally face potential removal proceedings, though due process rights under the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments still apply to all persons, including undocumented immigrants.

TRUMP supporters - CALL IN!本站添加:
Don't go crying to your mom. I guess we're already getting into it, guys. Let's see how this goes.
Thank you for calling the stream. Age, state, and who did you vote for?
Um, I'm taking a shower right now.
>> Thanks for sharing.
>> Do you want people to look at that?
That's a you thing. I'm not into that.
You interrupted Paramore for that.
You should be ashamed of yourself. Any 73 people in here, do me a favor. Keep booping the screenshot alive. We're going to finish Paramore cuz that's not the way to do it. Only a couple more seconds, but in the real world, don't go crying.
Um, actually, you know what?
Good morning. Happy Thursday. Happy Friday, Junior. I hope you guys are having a great morning. Uh, great start to your morning. If you guys aren't following me, go ahead and hit that little follow button in the top uh right hand corner by my name. It's that orange button. Once you hit it, you have the ability to send your little heartme. And I don't know if you guys have realized, you can customize your heart me now. So go ahead. You can customize your little heartme ahead and send that to me to keep me on the FYP. Repost, share, add a story that also keeps me on the FYP. Um, if you are a Trump supporter looking to engage in a conversation based in factual information. If you're over here on TikTok, there are two two ways for you to do it. You can either request up or call the number on your screen. I am multistreaming. I am over on the Tube and the Purple Witch app if you guys want to check that out. Um, links are in the bio. If you're over there on the tube, you can also call me at 313-327-2837.
You can also see to the left of me there's a 50 goal. Never obligated, always appreciated. A one zero is for a free trip to Italy. I we still have to live in capitalism and this is the way I make my money. I do this so you don't have to. So, we are going to get in to some news this morning.
So, um, the Justice Department has repeatedly, uh, reportedly opened a criminal investigation into the writer and columnist Eugene Carol over whether she committed pery during testimony connected to her civil lawsuits against President Donald Trump. The focus centers on a 2022 deposition where Carol reportedly said that no one was paying her legal fees. Um later court filings revealed that n a nonprofit linked to tech billionaires uh Reed Hoffman helped fund some of those costs before the trial. This matters because Carol's lawsuits resulted in a major jury towards Trump, 5 million in one case involving sexual abuse and 83 million in a separate defamation case, making any challenge to her credibility politically explosive. At the same time, it's important to separate the existence of an investigation from proof of wrongdoing. A criminal inquiry means prosecutors are examining facts and testimony, not that guilt has been established. Carol's teams may argue deposition answer reflected who was directly paying or managing fees at the specific moment or that funding arrangements charged later. The political backdrop is impossible to ignore. The attorney general, Todd Blanch, rescued himself due to prior work representing Trump in the Carol related appeals, highlighting the sensitivity and scrutiny surrounding the case.
I hate to break it to you, Maga. The man you voted for is an adjudicated sexual assaulter. That's who you voted for. You voted for a man who thinks it's okay to stick his fingers up in a woman's vagina. So, user inmate prison numbers. Age, state, who'd you vote for?
>> Uh, 52, Ohio. Trump.
>> And why are you still supporting Trump?
There's policies.
>> What policies?
>> USMCA.
>> USCA.
>> The Big Beautiful Bill.
>> The Big Beautiful Bill. How does the Big Beautiful Bill benefit you?
>> Do you know what the USMCA is?
>> Break that down for me.
>> Uh, you don't know what it is and you going to talk about politics? Are you serious?
>> Break it down for me. I don't know everything.
>> Okay. So, how can you speak on politics and you don't know about the USMCA deal?
Explain that to me.
>> USC.
>> Are you having to look it up now? Oh my god.
How uneducated are you?
>> I'm not uneducated.
>> Yeah, you are. But you don't know what the US United Statesical trade between the United States, Mexico, and Canada that entered into force July 1st, 2020 replace Oh, it replaced NAFTA.
>> Okay.
>> Sure did. You didn't know we got out of NAFTA? You didn't know that >> NAFTA is an or uh the USMCA the uh Thank you for calling the stream.
Please hold. The USCMA is not a policy and the only thing I can see from the 2020 is there is a joint review. The processes of all three nations mutually agreed to extend the pact. The USMCA remains in force for another 16-year term. Has there been any motions for that to last that long? Has what's the USMCA not a policy? How is it not a policy? Explain it to It's not a policy.
>> Yes, it is because framework. But yes, it is. It's a trade agreement and international treaty between governments. How is it not a how is it not a policy?
>> A mandatory joint review takes place on the sixth anniversary of the agreement's enforcement.
>> A legally binding agreement between the United States, Mexico, and Canada. It repl is not a policy. It's a trade agreement.
It is. It's a policy in a broad sense.
Yes, it is a >> No, it is not a policy.
>> I'm reading it from Google. You ignorant [ __ ] >> I'm reading it. I'm reading. So, you need to calm down. I need you to take a breath for me. I have not raised my voice at you one bit. You need to take a breath.
>> This is what you need. You need to take a breath.
>> Okay. So, from what I'm reading, the USMCA was put into place in 2020.
There's supposed to be a meeting about extending said uh USMCA.
Has there been any motion forward for it? What has been going on with that?
Cuz last time I checked, Trump wants to continue to put tariffs on Canada.
>> Yeah. What's wrong with that?
>> One of our largest trading partners.
>> Yeah. They want to charge us a bolivian for meat and meat products.
So, of course, >> why not? They're they're charging us to oblivion. Why can't we tariff them? Do you not believe in that?
>> Who hurts when we tariff countries?
>> Well, they both hurt because the other countries hurt and we >> Who specifically pays the tariff?
>> We do, >> but I rather us than have to pay. Who is we? Are you talking about the U the consumer? Are you talking about the companies? Who is we? You have to be specific.
>> The majority, >> the majority consumers, the companies, who pays for them?
>> Me, you, people on the streets, people.
>> So, consumer. So, you're okay with pricing going up?
>> Well, prices always go up during war.
Absolutely.
>> Tariffs are inflation. The tar prices were going up prior to the war. The war skyrocketed. Do you understand what tariffs do?
>> Tariffs are tariffs are attacks on um imported gas. You don't even know what USMCA deal without even having >> I knew NAFTA, dude. And I'm not I am Am I supposed to know everything? I can always learn more.
>> Political hoax. You're supposed to know this [ __ ] >> God, you guys are so angry.
>> I'm not angry. I'm just I don't stupidity. I don't deal with stupidity.
>> Says the man who voted for a felon.
>> It says the woman didn't know what the USMCA deal was.
>> Oh no, I'm hurt. Oh, no. I You feel I'm very intelligent, sir.
>> Oh, really? Okay. But you didn't know what the USMCA did was And you're intelligent. Come on now.
>> I'm very intelligent.
>> I'm very intelligent.
>> Don't play stupid with me.
>> I'm not playing stupid. The only one who's acting ignorant is you.
>> No, you're you're being ignorant by saying you're smart when you didn't even know what the USMCA did without looking it up. So, are you just going to continue are you just going to continue to [ __ ] about this the entire time you're on my panel, or are you going to talk to a on a different topic? Do you just want to sit and [ __ ] at me the whole time?
>> Topic because if you don't know what it is, I got you. Go ahead.
>> Tariffs have harmed the American people.
Prove me wrong.
>> Well, well, tariffs tariffs harm many people. Yes, I agree with that. But in a way, tariffs keep jobs in the United States as well, too.
>> Prove that.
>> What do you mean prove that?
>> Prove that.
>> Okay. So when a when a country when when a job leaves the United States, let's just say they go to China for example, okay? Let's just say y'all raise the corporate interest rate to oblivion where companies can't even survive, they can go to a different comp country and get a lower corporate rate tax.
>> Since Donald Trump Since Donald Trump has put tariffs onto other countries, what jobs have come back?
>> The uh car manufacturing.
>> Which one?
>> Oh, I can't name you specifically once.
Which ones? I don't know specifically which ones, but I know numerous of them came back. That's why you got to look up everything because you >> So, I need I need you I need you to prove what you just said. You need to show me how car companies are coming back to the US.
>> Well, since you're going to use your computer, I want to use your computer.
How about that, sweet Jigs?
>> Sure. Whatever makes you feel good on the inside.
>> Oh, great.
>> Guys, there's 151 people in here. Do me a favor. Boop. Screen share the live. If you want to participate in capitalism, a one zero to the per to the blue, green or the the uh palp are there as well.
So, and guys, keep staying engaged. Boop the screen share the live uh do all the wonderful things.
I don't know. Kim, uh, Ford Motor Company increased US production of certain models and investments. Uh, General Motors assisted some productions and announced US investments after political pressure.
Uh, Tokyo votes wagons and others adjusted North American supply chains, including more US-based assemblies in some cases. I mean, there's numerous of examples. if you know how to re research it.
>> Where did you get that information from?
Is that Google AI, too?
>> It's it's Oh, yeah. It's It's Google. I don't It's not AI, but it's Google. You use AI, don't you? Google, that's all Google is AI. Don't play dumb.
>> You're not smart.
>> Oh, okay. Coming from somebody that didn't know what the USMCA deal was.
>> Oh, no. God forbid. But you know what? I at least know the fact that manufacturing jobs haven't came back at all. And actually Trump's have caused issues for it.
>> Really? That's why that's why the these jobs are coming. That's why I just gave you a few of them, but you disregarded it. But okay, I got you.
>> Well, you're reading AI. You're not showing me where it's coming from. So, >> well, AI is part of Google source, can't it?
>> AI gets it from Facebook, Reddit, all these unreliable sources. Sorry.
>> But it's on Google, ain't it? How does it get all that information? Facebook.
manufacturing employment data confirms the uh the concentrated benefits and the disappears cost of Trump's tariffs. The latest uh BLS statistic, job reports, offer a stark reminder that the US manufacturing continues to struggle.
Manufacturing employment fell again in December of 2025, marking the third consecutive year with net negative annual job growth.
>> Oh wow. There's many different sources that say many different things. You just going to go off on one of them?
>> This is KO.
Yeah, Kato is not a legitimate source either.
>> Okay. So then you want to go to BLS.
40 years of BLS is the Bureau of Labor Statistics, right? 40 years of failing manufacturing unemployment.
>> They don't get their information wrong.
No, they don't get they're always right.
>> I would rather trust bls.gov over whatever you just Googled.
How are you?
You believe anything you read, don't you? Good lord, woman.
>> I don't think he's okay.
Okay. I mean, that works, too.
Anyhow, still got a caller on the line.
Thank you for holding. Thank you for calling the stream. Can I get your age, state, and who did you vote for caller?
Going once, going twice.
Thank you for calling the stream. Age, state, and who did you vote for?
>> Oh, hi. Um, I actually voted for Trump.
>> Can I get your age?
uh 41 >> state >> and I'm from South Texas which is predominantly Democratic but this last election cycle this county flipped for Republican.
>> Okay. So why are you still supporting Trump?
>> I don't support him.
>> You don't support him anymore?
>> He I don't support him. I don't like him. I renounce my I wish if I can go back in time and stop myself from voting for him, I would.
>> That's good to know. Well, I hope you stay informed during the uh Texas Senate uh race.
>> Thank you for calling the stream. Age date and who' you vote for?
Okay, that works, too. Uh can I get some W's in the chat for W's in the chat to Elizabeth for the $5 on the cash app? I appreciate you so so very much uh for payday sharing with you. I greatly appreciate it. Uh huge W's in the chat to Elizabeth um let's get back into the news.
So again or not.
Thank you for calling the stream age and who' you vote for?
>> I voted for Donald Trump.
>> That is a literal fetus.
literal fetas. I'm a grifter uh two wheel wheel car. That's great. Thank you.
So again, Trump supporters, the man you elected is a adjudicated sexual assaulter and he's still trying to not have to face the consequences that he did to Eugene Carol. So thank you for calling the stream age.
And who did you vote for?
Thank you for calling the stream. Age, state, and who did you vote for?
Had your chance.
I think it's funny. Trump supporters claim they want to protect women and yet the largest demographic that votes Republican is the same largest demographic that harms women. But, you know, beside the point.
Thank you for calling the stream. Age, state, and who did you vote for?
>> 39. Trump in Missouri.
>> How old? 39 or 29?
>> 39.
>> Okay. Why are you still supporting Trump?
>> Personally, I I think he's doing decent things with getting America back in check. I I understand some things are a little more violent and some things are a little aggressive, but some things need to get back in check.
>> How is he getting us back in check?
>> Well, >> unlike you, we don't like >> I have no idea what he just said.
Thank you for calling the stream. Uh, age, state, and who did you vote for?
>> I'm 33, Missouri, and I voted for Kamal Harris.
>> All right. And why'd you call me?
>> Just because um I'm trying to figure out, are you a boy or a girl?
>> Transphobia.
Not cute.
Anywh who uh so another federal judge has was has not upheld Trump's voting order on the merits. Instead, he ruled that it's too early to block uh block it because federal agencies haven't actually carried it out yet. On May 28th, a civil judge, guess not.
Thank you for calling the stream. Age, state, and who did you vote for?
>> I voted for Trump.
>> Can I get your age?
>> Yep. I'm uh 44 years old.
>> And can I get your state?
>> Uh North Dakota.
And my name is Eric and I work in the oil and gas industry.
>> Cool. And why are you still supporting Trump, Eric?
>> Why did I vote for Trump?
>> Why are you still Why Why does Trump still have your support?
>> He still has my support. Because I think that >> there are a lot of petition politicians that make some bad decisions but ultimately mean good. And I just want to ask you one question.
Why do you fly a pedophilia flag on your channel?
>> So, homophobia >> does No. No.
>> Homophobia.
>> Getting starting off, I guess.
Thank you for calling the stream. Age date. And who did you vote for?
>> Uh, hi there, [ __ ] Thank you for calling the stream. Age, date, and who'd you vote for?
>> For Trump.
>> Age >> 30.
>> State, >> California.
>> Why are you still supporting Trump?
>> Well, uh, can I ask you one question?
did. Why do you support the other side?
>> I believe that the Republican Republican party has no policies that benefit the average American citizen. Why are you still supporting Trump?
>> And what do the Democrats have?
>> Why are you still supporting Trump?
>> Because he because Biden let a lot of people in.
>> So tell me why you're >> Tell me why you're supporting Trump without mentioning the Democratic Party.
Well, because he wants good for Americans.
>> What has he done that benefits the American people?
>> What has he what what hasn't he yet done?
>> So, are you going to engage or are you just going to be this this lofty?
>> No, no. I'm just asking because like I know both parties or three parties are wrong, but I'm just saying like the other party didn't do anything compared to what he's doing.
>> What has he done?
>> I know you don't want to mention the big part, but I live in California and I'm close to the border and they you should see how many illegal came over here. And >> what has he done for the border? What has he done for the border?
Well, I mean, he has to deal with other stuff. I don't know why.
>> What has he done for the border? You're saying that he's done more for the border than what happened in the last >> Well, he brought ICE. He brought ICE. He He took a He hasn't done nothing for the border, but he brought a lot >> a lot of ICE people over here and deported, you know. So, when the other party just brought everyone in.
So, you have no substance for the conversation.
>> Uh, well, he's done a lot. Like I said, for white part, >> you c you can't tell me a lot at this point. You can't even give me specifics.
All you can tell me is ICE. ICE isn't meant to be on the border. Um, that's not the purpose of ICE. ICE is being misused by this administration, using it as a private police force just to demonize brown and black uh people who can racially profile at this point in time.
>> Well, what do you think? Oh, I mean you live in Michigan. You live in Michigan, right?
>> I'm from Michigan.
>> Yeah. So, so what do you think about the people over there? About the simoleons, about the all that >> the simoleons in Michigan.
>> Yeah. About the >> I have Simoleons in Michigan. I think you're confusing two states and even then people in this country don't bother me. Immigrants are >> No, I know. But I'm just saying like >> immigrants are immigrants people that they let in. That's a lot of immigrants.
immigrants. Immigrants are net positive.
>> Yeah. I'm just saying like brown and like it's not because of the race card, but I'm just saying a lot of illegals means anyone that comes here illegally.
>> Scot said SCOTA said that ICE can start detaining people based on uh accents and if they're speaking another language.
That was Scott.
>> I mean I passed they never even stopped me. I'm not I mean I'm my parents were um they're from Mexico, you know, but I was born here since '95. They came legally. My mom's a US citizen.
Everything like >> your anecdotal stories. I don't care about your anecdotal stories. I'm saying right here, right now, in the year, actually, it happened in 2025. SCOTA said it was okay for them to racially profile ICE agents. That shouldn't be okay. You're okay with racially profiling?
>> No. No. I'm saying that I they didn't race they haven't done that to me and I'm not like >> so selfish. Selfish. So you wouldn't get upset until it happens to you. You don't care about America. I mean I don't know how to handle you don't care about you don't care about you don't care about you don't care about the other people who were wrong put the camera.
You don't care you don't care about the fact of how there has been American citizens that have been wrongfully deported. You don't care about the fact that people are being deported to third uh third countries going to countries going to you don't know what legal you don't know what legally is >> cuz look they're taking they won't >> you don't know what legally is >> they won't get hire them and just pay them less he wants to bring Americans if you don't want to feel like an Americ's in the chat to Emmy for the $2 on the Blue app.
Thank you for calling the stream.

>> They got a nuclear weapon in Iran.
>> Prove that.
All right.
>> Jackson, Michigan.
>> H >> Well, when they when they sent the nuke last week and he shot it out of the sky. He didn't know about it. I was on that mission. Ricky Bobby Seal.
>> I'm good.
Thank you for calling the stream.
Hatton, who would you vote for?
No, Jorgensson. I stay out of politics, so I went with a clear non winner.
>> So, why'd you call me?
>> I just saw the topics you were talking on on the deportation and the MAGA and everything. It popped up on my feed first thing this morning.
>> Glad I'm showing up on your feed. But if did you vote for Trump?
>> I did not.
Okay, I don't know what's happening this morning. I just I just work here. Guys, thank you for calling the stream. Age, state, and who'd you vote for?

Like do you agree that they should be able to do that?
Do you think that ice stationation should be able to racially profile in the year 2026?
>> I think everybody racially profiles, even you. Maybe you don't even know it.
>> That's inherent racism.
>> Humans find humans humans find common.
>> That's a different conversation.
>> Common things everybody.
>> So, Gnome V. Oh, I cannot pronounce his last name, but I'll I I'll pull it up so you can see it.

supremecourt.gov.
>> Okay, perfect. Let's find the where they said they can racially profile blacks and browns like you said.
>> Well, I don't think you should be putting Don't be putting Don't putting Don't put an S at the end of what you just said.
>> An S.
>> What do you mean? Don't put don't put the S at the end of the word you just said.
>> I don't know what you're saying. What word did I say that has an S?
Blacks. Browns.
>> Don't be putting an S at the end of that. Those are still human beings. As much as you don't want to think that they are.
>> Who?
>> I think they're human beings. What's wrong with whites? Blacks, browns, Asians. Like what are we talking about here? It's plural. It's a It's a plural term.
>> Black people, brown people.
>> Oh, I see. Okay.

majority of >> Well, it's not the point. That's not what it is.
>> That is the point.
>> You can't be yapping points and not proving it.
>> I mean, I could do the same thing.
>> You're not good at it, though.
>> I'm telling you, you're not going to be able to find it because it's not true.
>> It is true.
>> It's not true.
>> It is true.
>> Okay, then find it, lady.
>> I am.
I looks like you've been typing a whole bunch there and you're not you're not able >> Good morning.

>> Is it really that hard? You're talking apparently >> like it's just calling back finding it.
Here's a liberal in you. You're you're not you you you didn't pay attention though.

>> I just want to see something because it's not true at all.
>> The case v the the case is Nome vasquez POMA.

>> And why don't you give me a call?
>> Um, I just kind of wanted to if you want to give me a sec. I just kind of wanted to give you a little critique about your approach.
>> Nope. I'm good. I'm doing what I'm doing and I don't need anyone to tell me otherwise. You're not someone who I look up to. I appreciate the phone call.
>> We critique each other all the time.
>> All the time. Oh, and you didn't keep on the phone.
It's been a day and it's not even like 9:00.
>> Thank you for calling the stream. Age, date, and who'd you vote for?
>> Uh, I voted for Donald J. Trump.
>> Age?
>> 25.
>> State?
>> Minnesota.
>> And why are you still supporting Trump?
Uh Donald Trump has done quite a few things that I am supportive of. Let's say >> name one.
>> Um >> so fight the Vatican, fight the Catholic Church.
>> You like that he's going against the Catholic Church?
>> Quite a lot actually. Very much so.
>> Why Why is that a a good thing?
Because well I could give you a little bit of a history lesson if you'd like that.

But I what I mean is there's a group of people within the Vatican that are pushing certain of these things to happen. Right? Let's look at Ethiopia, my homeland. That's where I'm from, right?
>> Conspiracy theories.
>> Yep. That's all I'm hearing.
>> I hear tinfoil hat.
It's not a conspiracy to say that the Jesuits came in 1500 >> and tried to convert Ethiopia to Catholicism, which failed, right? And Ethiopia went into 200 years of social isolation, which is why white Jews in America and Europe didn't know that black >> Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. Maybe that was my sign that I can. Okay, cool. Great. Nope. Maybe not.
Thank you for calling the stream. Hate, who'd you vote for?
>> Thank you for calling the So, thank you for calling the stream. Age, date, and who'd you vote for?

>> Oh, wait. Are you build a big group, dude?
>> Hello.
>> Yep, that's you.
So, another thing, Donald Trump has been very proud about the idea of um you know, doing a a ceasefire deal with Iran, right? US carried out another round of military strikes against Iranian targets. this time shooting down four drones and striking a drone control station near the strategic straight of Harmus. US officials insist the action was purely defensive and meant to protect commercial shipping and American troops while preserving an already fragile ceasefire.
>> I thought they didn't have a military left.
>> I I thought Can you use Monty Venmo to support me? I mean, you can always send Monty donations. Um, but I I have my my blue app in my link tree if you want to see that. Um, DF25.

>> Thank you for calling the stream. Hate.
Who'd you vote for?
>> Hi. Uh my name Well, I guess you don't need my name. Sorry. I'm just driving right now. uh 40 years old, New York, and I voted for Trump.
>> Why are you still supporting Trump?
>> Um I'm on the fence with it to be honest.
Uh there's a couple things that I disagree with with Trump, but I think it was a better alternative than uh voting for Camala at the time.
>> So Kamala lost the election. I'm asking why you're still supporting him.
>> Uh immigration policy for one, uh putting the embassy in Jerusalem for two. Uh there's a couple other things as far as like >> that was during his first term, wasn't it?
>> Yeah, that's correct. But I mean that's still during his full term, >> but I'm talking about this term. So immigration, what has he done for immigration?
>> Pardon me. What was that skin?
>> What has he done for immigration?
>> Um I do like that there's getting a lot of illegal people out of the country to be honest. I mean, there's a huge problem with that worldwide right now with immigration, and I think he's actually doing a really good job at it.
>> We're not having mass deportation. You know that, right?
>> Well, we are. And I mean, if you want to actually talk about >> We literally are not. We are not having mass deportation.
>> So, are you against like what what Trump is doing then in the sense of like immigration? I'm just kind of curious.
>> Say that one more time for me. Sorry.
Are you against Trump's deportation?
>> I'm against the way Trump is using deportation.
>> Okay. So, as opposed to what Obama was doing, >> Trump doesn't give everyone due process.
Donald Trump has also gone against Scotas rulings when it has come to deportations.
>> Just curious, so do you believe that due process is awarded to everyone, even illegals?
>> Under the Constitution, it is.
Supreme Court >> under the constitution it says that where >> the fifth amendment and the 14th amendment >> say that specifically for illegals where >> it's do >> says all persons >> that part >> all persons okay so we were during a time when the constitution was written like do you believe that you can amend constitutions >> it is a it is an amendment the 14th >> no do you believe that you can change the constitution >> yes you Can it hasn't been changed though.
>> Okay. Okay. So So it hasn't been changed. So you're you're truly you're >> the 14th amendment has not been has not been overturned.
>> The 14th amendment has not been changed.
>> Should be okay. What? Stop stop interrupting me. Uh do you think that illegals should be deported from the country?
>> If they commit crimes according to our laws.
>> Okay. So so if they commit a crime they should be removed from the country.
Correct.
>> If they commit crimes that are deemed deportable, >> what's title 8?
>> Okay. So, so, so just out of curiosity, so do you think that, do you think that being in the country illegally is not a crime?
>> It's not deportable.
>> What is title 8?
>> What is this gentleman? I'm talking to >> I I know, but I'm the host. I I'm the host. So, what is title? What is title?
>> Why is he speaking?
>> I was doing other things. I I was doing other things at the moment. I have people who come up time and time again.
When you're trying to have a debate and one person to me, I'm gonna answer his questions and I'll go to you.
>> It's not >> What is title eight?
>> You asked the question, but it's her question. It's title.
>> I'm just trying I'm just trying to be I'm just trying to be polite.
>> What's title?
>> Have like if we're going to have like a debate.
>> Oh well. Well, >> he just answered it to you. What is title eight?
>> Let's go back to the thing.
>> What is title eight? What is title eight? What is title eight? What is Title 8? No, you're going to mine first.
What is Title 8? What is Title 8?
>> We're going to go to my question first because I'm not going to let you win.
>> What is Title 8? You're not going to let me win. I'm going to tell you the law.
>> They came into the country illegally.
Therefore, they are >> What law? What? So, what is title 8? So, what is title 8? So, what is title 8?
So, what is title 8? So, what is title 8?
>> The law. You're going to keep repeating yourself. I'm going to >> I am because you're not listening to me.
>> What? She the Wait, wait, wait, wait.
Okay. Okay. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on.
Breathe. Breathe. I'm I'm responding to you. I'm responding to you. The question that the question that Olive The question that Olive is asking is directly tied to my response to you. It's directly tied to it.
>> So, what is title 8?
>> So, so what? So, what is Okay. Okay. But you're not answering the question, sir.
You're moving on.
>> He doesn't want to answer my question.
You're scared.
>> Okay. You don't. It's It's fine. You You don't know what title 8 is. Title Listen because you're talking about You're talking about laws.
>> You're talking about legality >> cuz you don't >> title 8 is our immigration code.
>> If a person enters the country to break the law, that is break the law because they are sneaking into country.
>> I said if you want them removed, correct?
>> Just just let >> I said if it's a if it's a law that deems them deportable.
Yes, that breaking the law by entering the country illegally is is >> not but it's not deportable.
>> So 8 US so 8 USC 1325 title 8 is our immigration law by the way. Any alien who enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than designated by immigration officers or eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers or attempts to enter or obtain entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation shall for the first commission of any such offense be fined under title 18 or in prison not more than 6 months or both or they can also receive a 50 to20 or at least a $50 not more than $250 fine for such entry.
Now, when I read that to you, where did the word deportation come out?
>> That's interesting. So, by those standards, when was that actually created? Federal aid or title 8? Sorry.
>> The INA.
>> When was title 8 created?
>> So, you want to talk about immigration, but you don't know immigration law. That That's fine.
>> No, I'm asking you. No, this was created in 1952, correct?
>> Sure, we'll go with that if that makes you feel good. going by, if we're going by that standard of 1952, why was Obama called the deorter chief?
>> Cuz he deported a lot of people.
>> So, so was that a bad thing he did during his time >> when he was following the law? No, I don't think deportation is a bad thing.
We still have to up Hold on. Don't think you don't think Hold on, sir. Don't think you had a gotcha yet. Don't think you had a gotcha yet.
>> Shovel and dig. It's fine.
>> Shovel and dig is crazy, says the man who didn't know what title eight was. Um so underneath the Obama administration he deported the most people. There has been some cases of them uh especially with um uh not apprehensions um expedited removal. There were some signs of not everyone getting due process but don't but uh Obama changed what he was doing to start following the law. He was held accountable for what he did. Trump has been told to stop what he's doing and he doesn't follow Scot's ruling or any judge ruling.
>> You You mean like when Obama created the cages?
>> They didn't create the cages. They were created under Bush.
>> Pardon me. Excuse me. Okay.
>> They were created under Bush.
>> Interject what? Sorry.
>> The cages were created under Bush. They were utilized under Bush. Can you prove Can you prove that for me?
>> All right.
Sure, you can look it up. You're like the Jamie of Joe Rogan, right? You just like to talk in the background and do absolutely nothing.
>> I was up here when you came when you called in. I was already here, >> right?
>> But you're the one saying like I have one person saying I'm the host and then you're talking in the background. If you want to just co-hosting, >> you're not going to disrespect someone.
>> Thanks, sweetie. Appreciate that. Just keep see double check what I said.
One of the NPI principal findings is that deportation is meant exchange.
So I'm going to recorrect myself um because I uh misunderstood.
So the uh ACLU sued the Biden administration >> Mhm.
because uh where the vast majority of uh people facing deportations had immigration court hearings to a system today removals where 75% of the people removed did not see a judge before being expelled to the US. So Obama was held because held accountable for not doing full due process.
>> Right. So >> and then he changed what he No, Donald Trump has been sued by the uh UC uh ACLU. Uh, Scotas has told him to stop deportation flights. Actually, Scotas told Trump to go back and get uh Kilmore Garcia. And what do you do?
>> Not that.
>> Okay. But Okay. Le let's just try to stay on track here. Okay. Because we're >> No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. You don't want to hold your own president accountable now, do you?
>> I I I I do because it's like I actually hold Trump accountable for the things that he does. is there I told you in the beginning of the caller there's a lot of things that I don't agree with uh but there is things that I do agree with and with the immigration policy he's done exactly what seems like every other im >> No he has not Donald Trump has literally broken laws he has literally gone against Scottas rulings >> so by your standards Obama >> BY SC BY SCOTTAS' RULINGS BY SCOTTAS' rulings underneath the Trump underneath underneath underneath the Obama administration He was held accountable by the you uh by the ACLU for not giving everyone due process. He was held accountable and then he changed. Donald Trump has not changed whatsoever. If anything, he has stopped deportations because he's breaking too many laws and we have an influx of um >> right >> detainees in different centers.
>> Okay. But we can agree that Donald Trump has broke policy during his presidency.
Correct.
>> Policy or law? There's a difference.
>> Policy and law. Do you agree that he has done both?
>> He hasn't created policy.
>> Okay. Lady like you're Donald Trump has broken both cops.
>> Do you believe that he has broken the law? Do you believe that he has broken the law?
>> Yes.
>> Okay. Do you believe that broke the law?
And Obama did.
>> Yeah, we broke up.
>> Why does she walk away in the middle of a conversation? Like, how ignorant is this? Like, what is this [ __ ] >> I'm still here.
>> So, answer the question.
>> Blue answered it for you, but I'll do the same thing. You broke up half You broke up halfway through that statement you just said.
>> No, I HAVE NOT.
>> YES, YOU LITERALLY just did. So now we're talking about me breaking up instead of answering the question. Did Obama break the law?
>> Did I not Did I not just read how he was held accountable?
>> Okay. Why?
>> He didn't have Was there a SCOTS ruling?
There was no Scottish ruling against Obama regarding immigration.
>> That is true too.
>> There was no Scottish ruling against Obama.
>> No. According Scott didn't say Obama didn't break the law. Okay. So, so, so no on the left, yes on the right. Did Biden break the law?
>> Scotas didn't rule against him.
>> Okay, so here we go. So, what it is is it's propaganda [ __ ] from the California.
>> What was the SCOT ruling?
>> The California people are mentally ill.
You are your ilk are ill. I can't wait to see what >> Can you name a Scottish ruling?
>> Your [ __ ] >> Can you name a Scottish ruling? Mentally unstable, unhinged ideologies are what are pushing people >> emotional.
>> Jesus Christ.

>> Trump. But uh >> how old are you?
>> Very happy with him.
>> 32 >> state >> Missouri.
>> Okay. Does Trump still have your full support?
>> No, he does not.
>> So, you regret your vote.
>> But really, both parties suck. What's that?
>> So, you regret your vote.
>> Well, it's better than the uh getting the uh liberals in.
>> So, you think that both parties are two wings of the same bird, two girls with the same cup?
>> Yeah. Essentially, I don't agree with uh, you know, the Republicans pushing uh, you know, uh, abortion laws on women. I think women should have the right to do what they want with their body. Uh, >> but the left is doing some pretty scary stuff with teaming up with like the World Economic Forum and I mean, are you guys are you guys familiar with the uh, >> you'll own nothing and be happy?

>> Yeah.
And you know, it's pretty [ __ ] up what the left does with pushing all this transgender [ __ ] on children.
>> That's not happening.
>> Oh, there it is.
>> Uh, definitely >> this whatever this, uh, you'll own nothing and be happy is originally published by the World Economic Forum.
The phrase was intended to describe a hypothetical world where products are leased as services rather than purchased. While some view this as an uh emancipatory model that reduces waste and lowers the barrier of entry for expensive goods, uh critics argue it threatens personal autonomy as individuals lose the stability of private property and are subjected to subscription uh subscription dependency.
You didn't read this.
You've only heard that phrase. You heard that? Yes. You said you said you didn't read it. You heard that phrase and just com and just decided, oh, that's what the World Economic Forum is about. It was an essay by an individual politician and they did not they the the World Economic Forum didn't just back this up automatically or something. It's just it was an essay.

>> Well, I don't support the uh fact that he's letting Israel detect u I mean uh dictate foreign policy like invading Iran and whatot.
>> That wasn't the question that was asked.
>> I asked why are you still supporting him?
Uh, immigration. There's one thing.
>> Can you turn down the stream behind you, please?
>> There's one thing.

>> Why are you still >> You guys are a joke. I'm not talking to you guys.
>> Okay.
>> Oh no, we lost out on a great opportunity to have a really uh positive and substantive conversation with this individual on the internet. Now, we'll never have our minds expanded on what what he had to say about his opinions on the Trump administration and why he voted for him and why he no longer supports him, but he does still support him.
>> The contradictory will never get explained.
>> It was a Joe Rogan reference. I think >> that's what I think he was doing.

>> Thank you for calling the stream. Age, state, and who'd you vote for.
>> 42 Oklahoma, and Donald Trump.
>> Why are you still supporting Trump?
>> Um, well, I'm just if I could, I'm not trying to be disrespectful here, but um I just want to back up and again, I'm not trying to be rude. I'm actually a lawyer in Oklahoma immigration law firm.
But when you guys were citing um Title 8, uh again, I'm not trying to be rude, but I had a little chuckle. You guys cited the wrong section. So, the section that you guys were citing was actually improper entry.
>> Where does it say in title A for illegal entry?
>> Unlawful presence is what an illegal immigrant is.
Give me the statute code for that.
>> What?
>> What is the code?
>> 11. Uh, hold on.
>> [ __ ] >> Yeah. Section or statue.
>> Title 8, section 1182, unlawful prizes.
>> So, improper the the section that you guys were >> indemissible is what that is.
>> Oh, sorry. What? I was just reading what it was.
>> Go ahead and pull it up on the screen for us.
>> Yeah, go ahead and pull it up on the screen for us. And uh lawyer man, you don't have to say anything.
>> Yep.
>> I got you.
>> Oh, I'm not trying to be rude at all, guys.
>> I think because you're in a I think because you're in an occupation, you think that we also can't read the law.
Especially because when Trump supporters come up here, they only talk about 8 8 USC 1325 and they try to throw in 8 USC 1326 as well. and we debate about those two laws and 8 USC 1158 as well as 1227.
But if you would like to talk about another law, we can definitely do that.
>> Defensive. Aren't we having a like why I'm being so why are you throwing bashes at me? I'm I'm being respectful here.
>> I I haven't actually said anything. I haven't actually bashed you. I if if the statues that I've named seems to offend you, then maybe the degree maybe that the the uh the area that you study should be moved. You >> probably have knowledge, man. I'm not trying to be rude.

>> It's talking to me now.
>> I'm not trying to >> There you go. Is that better?
>> Yeah, I I moved on. No, can you bring it down? It's like >> I could barely say. Hold on. Let me >> interrupt you guys. It's um it >> can you move?
>> I'm not trying. It's a very common thing to misunderstand title 8, >> but you got to go through this.
>> No one's misunderstanding anything. All right. 8 USC 1182 uh inadmissible aliens. So, what is inadmissibility?
>> Well, that kind of depends.
>> But you brought this up. What is what is the definition? What is the core definition of inadmissibility?
>> Why does that matter in what I'm saying?
Because inadmissible aliens pertains to people who come at a port of entry.
>> That's the law that you that you cited.
>> No, it's 1182 is inadmissible aliens.
>> Yeah. So 1182 in aliens. Classes of aliens >> classes. No.
>> Yeah. So I bro, you gave me the law. Now I'm going to read it. If you don't like it, then don't go to law school.
Anyways, 8 USC >> 1182 classes of aliens. Stop scrolling, please. Classes of aliens ineligible for visas and admissions. I don't care about visas and admissions.
>> All right. Health grade health related grounds. We don't care about health related grounds. That's going to be under It's going to be the scope of >> No, it's not to make it easy for you.
>> He's section.
>> He's going all the way down unlawful presence.
It's going all the way down to section 11 1227.
>> Go ahead to section B.
>> Individuals present in the US.
>> Oh, so now we're at 1227. Hey, can you give me the can you give me the Hey, can you give me the title of 1227?
>> Can you give me the title of 1227 8 USC 1227 since we're no longer on 1182?
>> I'm sorry. It was >> Give me the title. Less words.
>> Less words. 1227.
Less words 1227. What is the def what is the title of it, >> man? Like, are we trying to have a debate or are you just trying to be right?
>> This This would be a debate if you would answer the questions. I'll answer it for you. It's deportable aliens. It defines who is deportable.
>> Unlawful presence. If you if you aren't legally here, can you go to Can you pull up 1227 since this guy is clearly failing at the job that he has?
>> Yep.
>> I'm not. Let's let's forget that I'm a lawyer. Is that that really good lawyer?
>> It's Jesus Christ. Did I say deportable aliens? Cuz I swear to God I said deportable aliens. It's like as a non- lawyer I know 8 USC. I know that the three main uh laws that were enacted pertain to 8 US. Clearly you don't 8 USC.
>> Hold on. Hold on. Both of you. Hold on.
Hold on. Both of you. That that includes you. Oh, that improper answer is actually >> Sir, I'm trying to level set >> through the wrong will make it simple for you guys, sir.
>> The wrong way.
>> And then they got their >> Can you stop talking? So now now they're paying taxes >> and that's when >> Okay, I Hey guys, I don't care if you work in the oil fields. If you come up here and try to talk about gas and oil, you're wrong, okay? because you work in the oil fields. You don't actually a authorize the uh the the permits to actually get oil and and drill nor the leasings to for natural gas. If you work as a lawyer and you try to come up here and you can't site the correct laws, then you're wrong. I will challenge you.
I don't care what your occupation is. I don't care what your degree is in. I will challenge you as you should be willing to be challenged as you call yourself a [ __ ] scholar.
8 USC 1227 deportable aliens states who can be deportable and defines what is grounds for deportation.
Then they get a notice to appear and then they get a final deportation order based off of that. But guess what? 8 USC 1227 cannot be applied alone. That means you have to prove that somebody did something illegally. Usually that would be either 1325, 1326.
Mhm.
And I was >> I love you. Have a good day.
>> I love you.
>> Um, real quick, Debbie's in the chat to three people. So, Debbie's in the chat to trademark for the one zero. Please send this misogynistic bozo to Italy whenever you're ready. Get him out of here. He obviously didn't come to have any type of conversation. Um, Debbie's in the chat to DF25. Olive, I appreciate you. Thank you. Thank you for standing up for democracy. Love DF25. I appreciate it. And then uh W's in the chat to Shanti. I apologize. You didn't put your name in there. I do apologize, but thank you for the two and correcting me. Um guys, keep booping the screenshot live.
I have $1 left in my goal. If we can knock that out, that'd be great. And then we can go from vessel to pretzel. I got to figure out how to rearrange things again. And that's on my part. All right. Thank you for holding. Thank you for calling the stream. Age Dayton.
Who'd you vote for?
>> My name is Shervin. I am 25 years old and I didn't vote for Trump, but I do support what he's doing with um Iran. I am an Iranian myself. Um and I just wanted to um speak fully on the >> Did I vote for Trump?
>> I say you didn't.
>> I couldn't remember.
>> He didn't, but he supports him.
>> Okay. Sorry. I I I had to recclarify.
>> Oh, you're you're all good. Um I wouldn't classify myself as MAGA. I'm a um a communication student. I'm trying to like learn more about politics and stuff. And my whole thing is that I support what he's doing in Iran, especially with the ceasefire. I know that you mentioned that there is a ceasefire, but they just broke the ceasefire. Are you speaking um solely on what happened in Bandor Abbas?
>> I'm speaking about the drone strike. Let me clarify what section it was at. Yeah.
>> Thank you.
The computer's running slow. Hold on.
>> Yeah, no problem.
>> Uh, let's see if it gives me the area in which we bombed. I know it was near the straight.
Um because I know the most recent was the self-defense attack in Bondar Abbas which is southern Bonder Abbas which was when four Iranian drones um crossed United States embassy airspace. Um, so the US acted in self-defense, which I know looked like it was a act of >> They're claiming that it was self-defense.
>> Well, they they've also just haven't then been held up to the ceasefire. This is even prior to them doing it on the 27th. They bombed them earlier, I think it was last week as well, and broke the ceasefire. Then >> was it uh of May 20 uh May 27th?
>> May 27th is the one that I I was currently talking about with the drone strikes. Um they did another bombing um la I think it was last week if I'm not mist >> because that's when Iran um used so basically with that um and I'm not like questioning your knowledge on this or anything. I'm just from what I because I I keep up with it. I have family back in Iran. um that Iran launched a missile to Kuwait and that missile was intercepted by the US. Um which caused the debris to land where you're speaking of. Um, the whole thing with this, what I'm trying to get at is that I believe that I mean, Trump's a [ __ ] idiot, don't get me wrong, but when it comes to the ceasefire preparations that he's making within Iran, especially with how bad the regimes have been now and in the past, I think that I know people are saying that they don't want to get the US involved in foreign affairs like this, especially, you know, with the whole, you know, all all the stuff going on in the Middle East right now. But I think that it's necessary to form a I I mean I'm like a [ __ ] puppet state where we don't have a bad regime in Iran anymore. I mean that's like my whole point with this. I think that the ceasefire is just the first step in the right direction.
>> But the ceasefire ceasefire hasn't been held no matter how many times we've put ceasefires into place. We put one into place right after we bombed them uh last year and then we broke said ceasefire again by rebombing them in February of this year. I don't I don't understand how you I don't I don't I don't understand how you're justifying just the the unneeded bombing of another country's sovereignty.
>> I I'm not I'm not justifying it, but you have to see that every single bombing wasn't like from the US in the first place. the bombing from last year, the Iranians bombed the um uh US embassy because that they were coming to aid Israel.
>> So we >> so that the US retaliated that and there was no ceasefire at that time to begin with.
>> The thing that Donald Trump told us the reason why we bombed Iran in June of 2025 was because of nuclear capabilities.
>> Also, Iran didn't directly bomb the embassy. I would need to know when Iran bombed the is the embassy.
>> Let me pull that up. One moment.
It was It was March 14th, 2026. Iran strikes US embassy compound after US >> starts ceasefire. So this was actually during the ceasefire.
>> That was this year.
>> That's this year. You said you said that they filmed the embassy last year.
>> March 26. March 14th, excuse me. 2026.
>> You said last year though.
>> No, no, March 14th, 2026. I'm talking about the >> You said to clarify, they're asking you about uh Midnight Hammer, not Epic Fury.
>> Right. You said that LA that we that uh the bomb strikes that uh the US did last year were in retaliation for Iran. I apologize. I meant >> in March of 2026 would also be after Epic Fury, >> right?
>> Um, and this was was this before or after the ceasefire >> last we're talking about you you said that >> Iran US embassy last year >> uh >> there was >> Make sure I have all my facts together.
>> Like we weren't at war with them at the time so there wouldn't have needed to be a ceasefire.
>> Exactly. So, I'm speaking on the fact of that the US broke a ceasefire with Iran.
I don't believe that happened.
>> The US has acted in self-defense with every single bombing that the Iranians have made, especially the with the regime.
>> They bombed Kuwait. They bombed Israel.
They bombed Tel Aviv.
>> What was what was the point of us bombing Iran in June of 2025?
>> You guys brought it up. You guys brought up the last year, >> right?
>> Jesus Christ.
>> Well, yeah, but you're saying you're saying that the US is acting in self-defense. Where is the self-defense in Midnight Hammer? Where is the self-defense in the start of Epic Fury?
>> Because >> um I was just going to say that you're fat and ugly.
>> There it is.
>> That's what I thought, sweetheart. Good try, though.
>> Hi, work wife.
>> Hi.
You okay?
>> Yeah, I was tired. I'm doing doing arms.
>> Look at you go. W you money for doing arms.
Arms need to be did and done.
>> Did and done.
>> Did and done. So again, the US is bombing Iran again in in the idea of self-defense.
For some reason, >> we didn't What's sad is we didn't even get a chance to get to his real problem, which is the dulu idea that the US has ever been good at creating a regime change that is beneficial for the actual people in that country. But, you know, sure, >> right?
>> Uh, she does miss Libby. It's in the fitness section of her uh Discord.
>> Yeah. Wellness fitness or something like that.
>> Something about fitness. Thank you for calling the stream. Hate and who'd you vote for?
Uh, hi. I voted for Eala Harris.
>> Okay. And why'd you call me >> Kamla?
>> Um, because uh I do support Trump.
>> So, you never voted for Kala Harris?
>> No, I voted for Camala.
But I I support Trump.
>> I don't know how you voted for for that person. That that person wasn't on the ballot.
>> Kamla was Kamla was on the ballot. I don't know who Kamala is. Kamala is a Pokemon.
>> Kamala.
>> A Kamala is a Pokemon.
>> Oh, wow. So, you're black now? I thought you were a white.
>> I've been black my entire life.
>> Hello.
>> I don't Did I call the right number? Did I Did I Did I call the number for the >> You did.
>> Person is pretending to be a man.
>> The person pretend >> Is there a black person here? Is there a black person in here?
>> So, I guess I I turned black. I I learned something new about myself every every day on the app.
>> Thank you for calling the stream. Age date. And who'd you vote for?
>> Uh 27. Uh I voted for I'm 27. I voted for Trump.
>> Oh, Roy. Uh Yep.
>> Hi, Roy. How are you >> doing? All right. How are you all?
>> I'm here. Did you do the uh political compass test by chance?
>> I did. I did.
>> You did? Do you have a screenshot of it?
>> I didn't take a screenshot. I I had to download it, but um it showed I was in six. Instagram was six.
>> Okay.
Where exactly? So, when you're looking at the chart, where I don't think I know exactly where that section, what quadrant are you in?
>> Yeah. What What side of the the squares were you in?
>> Side of the square. Uh, let me bring it up on my phone real quick. I'm sorry.
>> No, you're good. No, you're fine.
>> Yeah, I'll bring it up on my phone real quick.
look at the quadrants myself. I'm like, what color?
>> Uh, I think it was like it might have been green.
>> Green. So, bottom left area.
>> No, purple. I'm sorry. Purple.
>> Purple.
Purple.
>> I'm dead. Yeah, I'm color blind.
>> You're fine.
Just going to look at the section.
Let's see. Let's see. So, it'd be like right libertarian area. How far give her like the idea how far were you from the middle line between libertarian author uh author authoritarian?
>> I'm not sure I looked at that.
>> Okay. So, >> um >> what So, I guess I should have given more specifics. Actually, you know what I can do as well? I'll text you from this number. Um, >> I actually had a friend who sent me a different one that I think might be um, a little bit easier to kind of put you in a box and see exactly where you stand. But I'm glad you did the political compass test. That makes me really happy and I greatly appreciate you calling me back for it, Roy.
>> Oh, no problem.
>> So, no problem.
>> Let me send you Let me send you this one real quick. So, that one is not as intense questions. I think the questions are a little bit easier. Did I send you the right one? Let me make sure.
Yep. So, the top one, the I side with is a little bit um straightforward. The 8D one, I still haven't done that yet. Um so, that that can be for a later if you if you're curious about doing that. Um, but pending where your your dot was. Oh, I think that's the wrong person. Oops, I just sent that to some stranger. Hold on. There we go. That's you. Um, it >> supposed to listed a political compasses.
>> Well, you know, they can enjoy a political compass once in a while.
um when you were when you were taking it, right, did you expect to see yourself more right on the on the actual political compass test, give or take or no?
>> Like were you surprised where you landed?
>> I was kind of just hoping for the middle. um to be honest uh because I don't really like like I tend to just go who suits my beliefs and better and everything. Like whenever Obama was running, I I liked Obama. He seemed like a he seemed like a good um leader to have an office. Um but like at the same time like I tend not to trust anyone in um in government um in government at all. Like >> No. And that's valid. And I want you to question everyone. I'm not telling you the the way I always try to explain it to people. If if there's a candidate that you vote for and you agree with them 110% I think you have a problem. If you can't criticize your own group of people and you can't criticize what they've done, that's a problem in itself and people need to learn to criticize.
And you c you called yesterday and gave us a list of grievances for the Republican party, which I think is fantastic. Being able to call out your own your own party. That's one of the things we all do collectively, at least in my circle of uh content creators. We we will call out our own. We will make sure to hold our own accountable because that's the best way to be. Um, >> how did you feel?
>> Oh, go ahead, Blue. No, go. I was I was going to say something that uh something that I think we have to to pay attention to is not just the the rhetoric that is being used by by politicians but also the like their actions uh what they like say in interviews what they say uh or the types of policies that they push uh because I think that the a lot of people And we we like talk about it all the time. How does somebody go from Obama to to to Bernie to Trump and things like that?
It's because all of them use populist rhetoric.
>> Uh all Obama used populist rhetoric.
Bernie did, Trump does.
>> Uh but you have to actually look at what they are what they're actually about >> um beyond the rhetoric.
>> Yeah. And like Trump, >> I totally I totally agree.
>> Yeah. Because Trump like he ran on uh destroying the establishment and draining the swamp, but he was the swamp. Is the swamp.
>> He's literally filled his cabinet with billionaires. Like he >> Yeah.
>> He filled the swamp even more.
>> Right. Right. I like so my whole thing is right now like I don't want to give like so my opinion on like pretty much whoever runs for president. I don't believe they have much as much power as people say they do. I I feel like that's a bit of a naive approach to to things.
So like whenever I do feel like most of the people who have been in office have been very much regular people just trying to just trying to do like and the Republican parties or the parties pick them out like the parties will pick him out based on based on who's there and everything. So I whenever I'm looking at Donald Trump running, he was very much a businessman before um Obama was a key was a key member. He was a Senate and uh uh Biden was uh was also in involved in government. I kind of forget what his actual role was.
>> I think he was a he was either a congressional member or I don't think he was a Senate of Delaware, was he?
Let me look. Uh I >> I'll double check, but Biden >> Yeah, but um I don't like or even like uh for instance, Ronald Reagan. Ronald Reagan was a >> an actor at one point.
>> Yeah.
>> Um like these are just these are just regular people um fulfilling their parties wishes is how I see it.
>> And I think that's fair to see. I think that's 100% fair. I think wanting So Joe Biden was the senator of Delaware from 73 to 2009. Um I I think wanting to have someone who has some type of background in politics isn't a bad request. Isn't a bad thing to want. I would personally want someone who has been in a political uh office or elected in a office. That's that's what I would want. That's someone who I know who would do better for, you know, the country and would have an idea of what's going on. I think there should be other uh expectations and other requirements for someone to hold a seat in the the Oval Office. Personally, there there's a lot of things that I think that should change in general, especially the fact that, you know, we have a felon in office right now, and that should have never been a thing. Um >> I Yeah, I tend to love the idea of more regular people in office. some someone who knows like what it's like on to you know behind the walls of the of the government or or so on the other side of the who's tend to be on the other side of the grass which Donald Trump was raised very very rich and everything he was raised um with an older set of parents he had he has a background in military school that he went to um which is where I think I I do respects the military enough cuz I think um because he got me paid is um that's where I'm coming from on that. You got >> I get that too. I mean, you know, it's it's a paycheck. A paycheck is a paycheck and it's unfortunate sometimes who the paycheck comes from, but you still deserve to be taken care of while you're actively serving. One of the biggest critiques I have on all accounts is the fact that, you know, besides Biden, who did a large military raise, a lot of the times both parties will use you guys as pawns. I mean, my dad was uh Navy for 20 plus years. I I've had older brothers that served. So, I I mean, I'm I'm in that same boat with you through and through. I agree with you through and through.
>> I should have went aviation.
>> My dad was a submariner, so he was called a bubble head. No.
Um, but no, I mean I and I think that's I think it's good to to have that. I feel like a lot of people firmly believe that this country should be ran like a business. Donald Trump wasn't a good business owner. He was not good at running a business at all.
>> And I think running the country as a business is not ideal. We're not a business. We're we we have citizens. We have people who are in need and people deserve to be taken care of. I mean I I would think you would agree that human rights you know and people having the ability to survive day daytoday should be utmost importance for any political person any uh president any any any as simple as any mayor should want to make sure that their citizens is taken care of.
>> Right.
>> Right.
>> Donald Trump does not ex exude that. Now >> he's not he's not a good businessman. I still think he's he's handling this country from the business side of things because I do believe large corporation and small business is what this country was was really built on cuz we didn't have like a whole culture whenever we came here. We kind of pushed a lot of people with culture out and I and I believe that we're still kind of >> recovering from that. We're definitely recovering from that phase trying to write our wrongs in a way and trying to recognize what we did wrong. um especially through the museums that we built. Um I still believe like this this country was built on large on large forms of business and it was also built on men who did not want to pay taxes who did not want to pay taxes over tea and government and that's where he's I believe he's getting he's getting his info from especially with the past uh historical beliefs. So, I'm gonna I want you I want you to hear this and and know that I'm not attacking you. Um, but the this country was the the large business that this country was built on was slave trade.
>> That's true. That is very true.
>> The Yeah. the people who didn't want to who didn't who didn't pay taxes were >> people who didn't have the opportunity to buy anything. Uh they were they were slaves. Uh that's whose back this this country was built on the the corporatism uh of this country uh stems from like after World War II uh after the like the industrial revolution and stuff. Uh >> right.
>> The this this country became a over the past like 60 years uh we started becoming a a service economy. Uh so did it so we started leaning uh getting away from uh from manufacturing and whatnot. Um but the the the major issue or like a lot of the issues that we have with this country now is that we are leaning so much into corporations being uh being seen as individuals. Basically being able to the corporations being able to lobby, being able to vote um or being able to influence votes in extremely major ways. That's that's one of the reasons why the why we're in the mess that we're in and that's why like Trump is so toxic to this country country because he leans heavily into that. Uh ever like trickle we we keep on hearing about trickle down economics. It does not work. We have not seen it work in the 60 years that they've been trying to do it.
Can you elaborate more on corporations um being individuals and influencing us on what that all entails and how that >> So, Citizens United uh was a Supreme Court decision uh that basically uh gave the gave corporations personhood.
uh they it deemed that uh well prior to that there was another case that uh deemed that money is political speech.
money in money and politics is political speech. And the Citizens United uh basically stated that corporations can't be denied from uh that the that money from corporations can't be denied uh being paid to politicians because that would be hindering that corporation's political speech. Uh it basically treats that corporation as a person having having a vote or having a speech. Uh and that's why we have such a an issue of super PACs and corporations giving massive amounts of money to politicians in to do their bidding.
We t like most of us on the left are trying to get rid of Citizens United, trying to get that overturned. Um, a lot of us are the the Democrats are the only ones who like put in any kind of legislation to try to like reform the the uh the money and politics.
Uh, but yeah, it's >> as simple as >> it's very very toxic.
>> A judge in Delaware ruled it in a small town Frederick Island can continue allowing corporations and other legal entities to vote in local elections.
They're allowing big companies to have influences on our local elections.
Uh the AC the ACLU sued Fredwick Island arguing that allowing nonhuman entities, corporations, LLC's, trusts, and partnerships to vote violates the Delaware Constitution rule that elections must be free and equal.
That's not beneficial.
>> I Okay. I see an issue with corporations being treated like an individual to contribute to votes. Um, is that am I understanding you correctly on that?
>> I mean, >> um, I I definitely see an issue with that. But as for corporations having their own political beliefs or donating money to to um their representative party or their representatives, I don't see I don't really see an issue with that.
>> So, let me give you an example. Oh, >> okay. I was just going to give an example of the NRA.
>> Basically, the NRA will put money forward for huge lawmakers to make sure they don't make legislation to stop um deaths in un like unneeded deaths for gun violence. They purposely do that. They don't want lawmakers to make, you know, gun reform laws. They don't want that to happen.
That influences and it has real impact on American people. That's a problem there. And I, you know, lobbying is a huge problem within the US. I mean, you know, you're talking about Apac, >> we shouldn't have any other influence from other countries in our own elections at all.
>> Yeah. So, I feel like when we're uh that the conversation surrounding financing in elections needs to change and like Blue said, the left has pushed really hard for it. Again, Roy, we're I'm not trying to make you a full lefty. I want you to know that. I just I want you to think outside your box. That's all I want you to do. I I want you to sit and I want you to think and change, you know, if if it comes around, you know, sit and think about, >> you know what, maybe the Republican party isn't what I need right now.
>> Right.
>> Um, >> right.
>> And I wish that >> I totally understand if I could because I during the first election during Donald Trump's first run, whenever he was running, I really wanted to vote for Marco Rubio.
That's the person who I wanted to vote for because he Marco Rubio said and I quote he's a he's a Republican but he's he's a bit more >> I don't know he he understands what he's seeing at the at in my opinion like he understand what he's what he's seeing out there and he said that Donald Trump and and uh and Hillary Clinton both did not have a should not have been in the election >> um >> you know and it's just it's but It's Donald Trump has really hijacked the Republican party since 2016. I I don't like Rubio for >> Go ahead.
>> Yeah, they could see that he's the only one who's like who's like able to hold his ground against uh some of the people that were some of the other people that were running.
>> But Rubio is not acting like that so much right now. He's practically another mouthpiece to the Trump administration.
>> Yeah.
>> I >> No. No. I think he I he doesn't get reported on as much because of the Republican news that I'm that I'm watching. Um he doesn't get reported on as much unless there's something happening with Congress or the um because he's a I think he's in Congress right now or >> he's the Secretary of State. I talk about him all the time actually.
>> We do talk about Marco Rubio a lot. No, you're fine.
>> Um he so he's what I would describe as an oldw world Republican. I do agree with Olive. right now he's being very mouthpiece for Trump, but even when you listen to him lately, the last couple months, his speeches, he's campaigning.
Um, and so he's kind of trying to separate himself. It's not really working, but he's trying.
>> So, where exactly do you get your news from, Roy?
>> Uh, get it from mainly just mainly just uh Fox anytime I have it up on my phone or so. and then uh the local news from my hometown back in Fort Worth.
>> Gotcha. Can I make a suggestion? Can I Can I make you a challenge real quick?
>> Have you looked?
>> Yeah, because I'm wondering what other news channels there are and how I can compare to um by the way. So, >> I'm so glad you asked. I love talking about this website so much. So, so much.
Ground News. And look, I'll even send you Ground News itself. Um, ground news is a great application that I use every single day. I know there are a lot of people who use it. Monica, I still have to send you my password. And we're gonna do that today.
>> As much as you do. I don't like it as much as you do.
>> Okay, never mind. Maybe I won't. I'm sorry.
Um, I like using it because it does show you the left and right in center leaning news sources so you can broaden your horizons and not just solely rely on something like Fox News. Because as much as Fox News is, you know, has been one of the big headliners because that's what the Trump administration wants.
They want to make sure that their side's being portrayed correctly and manipulated however they want to do so.
I think it's important to look past that. So, I'm talking like Reuters, uh, Newsweek. Um, basically what ground news will show you, um, is where they all land and maybe look towards like an AP article. Look at a Newsweek article, something that lands maybe a little bit left. I'm not telling you to go all the way blue to like Huff Post and stuff like that. Look at more neutral sources that just rely on news. And honestly, World News is really good at doing that because you can see from the outside looking in. And I think one of the best features of it is the blind spot feature where it will show you things that are being heavily reported by one side but not the other.
>> Uh so that you can take a look at uh if something like you were saying how you generally look at right leaning sources it will show you the things that are uh not being reported as much by those s by those sources or by those uh news agencies. So you'll actually see what the the left is uh is reporting more on.
>> So >> thank you. That would be great. Can you send me those links?
>> Yep, I did. Sorry.
>> Did you just do that?
>> I just texted them to you.
>> Yeah. No, I think >> I'm going to go ahead and go. But >> no, I appreciate you calling me back, Roy. And when you do the other test, you're more than welcome to call back again. I really enjoy these conversations and I'm so so grateful that you still call me back.
>> Yeah, I look forward to the conversation on Monday that y'all are having about uh the um the Trump administration disbanding the >> department. So, I'm glad you brought that up. That's going to be tomorrow morning, actually. It's the nation's report card. But I'm glad you're excited for it. That makes me extra excited.
Yay. All right. Awesome. Thank you so much, Rowan. I hope you have a good day at work today.
All right. Thank you. Have a good >> My heart >> W.
Your arms. Okay.
>> Yeah. Just like you were papers. I'm like, do I have to fix your arms? I will fix your arms.
>> Stretch into lotion muff.
>> What type of lotion do you use?
Curiosity.
>> Aina.
>> I don't think I like the smell of Aina.
>> It doesn't smell like anything.
Maybe all the AA I get smells. That might be my problem. It's probably user error.
>> Yeah. No, I have to we have to have fragrance free. We have an eggs in my household.
>> That's true.
I like smelling like pistachios.
>> I can't. Yeah, we do scents. My skin's going to break out. Absolutely not.
>> I like my EOS. They do have non-scented ones, but I do like my EOS. Palmer cocoa butter. I smell like a warm hug. You want bit, Miss Libby? Um, but yeah. No.
Uh, guys, again, tomorrow is going to be the start of the nation's report card, and I'm very, very excited for it. I'm so excited to start the Nation's Report Card, and that's basically going to be a whole summer thing. I'm I'm going to take you to summer school to a degree.
We're going to be talking about strawberry pound cake. Damn, Kaye. um are going to be talking about how Donald Trump dismissing the Department of Education has been harmful for the American public and our children.
So, I'm very very excited. Oh, I'm so happy. I love it when these people call me actually. Yes, Izzy got to go to school again. Um the I can't remember her name. She was one of the first uh she was the young woman who wasn't able to vote. She's been taking care of her mom. um she actually messaged me a few days ago and she was she was just checking in on me and she was just like, "I've been looking more about the healthcare and I'm seeing that the left does care more about healthcare than the Republicans do." And I'm like, "Yeah." So doing the good things, guys. I don't just do here and just to sit to get paraded. I want to try and make that's the thing is we're trying to move to these kinds of conversations. Not trying to just argue about [ __ ] Trump all the time. We're moving to policy. Why do you think the conservative policy benefits you?
>> Cuz it doesn't for the most part.
>> I should I'm probably going to run a live this weekend uh and use the uh use the meme that I I can actually put it on the screen.
>> Is it the bike meme?
>> Yeah, I should just use that. I should just have that up on the screen. Yeah, I like the bike meme.
The bike meme is fun. Uh, huge W's over here, guys, for the 150 uh, tappers that have been hanging out. Thank you guys for hanging out with me all morning. Um, and again, I'm going to do it through and through. Huge W's in the chat to my uh, mods over there on the tube doing the good things over there. I greatly appreciate every single one of you guys when we we hit high peaks.
>> I just change it to conservatives and conservative policies and then >> Yeah.
Damn dams.

>> Oh, damn it. I don't have a tank top to put under this shirt. What the hell?
Absolutely not. No. Ew.
>> I was like, >> Thursday.
>> That is true.
>> I I put on my I put on my um Oh, well, so we we didn't go to bed last.
>> We haven't earned my tits this week. I dab. What do you mean?
>> You Yeah, but I can send that to you privately.
>> Oh, that's true.
>> I'm saying that people have not. That's That's our currency back and forth. We just send titics back and >> Blue can just hold on to my twerking for a little longer. It's okay.
>> I'm so mad I missed that. I'm so mad. So mad.
I'm also mad I miss Suniss twerkin.
I went so quickly into Arit last night.
She made me a mod in like 5 seconds.
That's why I don't go into the tube side authority cuz I I don't want that responsibility.
>> I I'm on Twitch. It's fine.
>> I'm making sure my AirPods are in network.
>> Justin, I'm just seeing this message that somebody said in YouTube that Justin posted. They said most people are calling in to talk with the w with the women the women in the video and then get hostility from blue.
What?
>> You and your damn hostilities, boy.
>> The women.
>> How toxic I am.
>> How many How many women are in my my my box?
>> Women.
>> Women. My women.
>> Hey, Justin, are you alive and well over there on the on the uh on the tube? I'm feeling a reset in like 10 minutes. If you want to grab coffee and stuff like that just to try to reset that algo.
>> You want to grab coffee is crazy. Get some water. Get a med kit ready.
>> I mean, any person again any thriving. Okay. I just want to make sure you're okay. And any other mods? I know. I think Tarot is in here. I wish there was a way I could see all my mods. Oh, moderation activities. Is that how you do it?
Oh, does that show it for the chat? I don't want the chat to see it.
>> You should be able to pull up the >> Yeah, >> the mod list in your in Tik Tok live studio.
>> For YouTube.
>> She looking for YouTube.
>> Oh, for YouTube?
>> Yeah, I'm looking for YouTube.
>> I'm sure there there has to be a way.
>> Yeah, there's definitely a way in in the dashboard somewhere. dashboard. That's stream. That's webcam. That's manage.
Pop out dashboard.
That might be the button I'm looking for.
Nope. It's giving me the same thing I got last time.
If there's any mods over in the tube, if you guys could just comment. I know I keep calling out Justin. I just want to make sure I call out everyone because all of you deserve all the the appreciation. I know Leaken is a mod over on the tube. Moth is a mod.
Moth is a mod on the tubes. Monty's a mod. Ari's a mod. Manny's a mod. I know I have the basic people. Not calling you guys basic. You know what I mean?
>> Wow.
>> I'm not calling you basic.
>> I'm just kidding. So in the in YouTube studio, if you go to settings >> that's over bricks >> like the actual >> moderation >> community.
>> Uh it'll be >> in the edit button, right?
>> It should be just studio.youtube.com.
>> Oh, let me do that because I only have it set for live streaming.
Dashboard. Dashboard.
It's a lenatti. Hey Olive, if Roy calls back, you should recommend uh doc you call white with fear. I absolutely w will Lauren.
>> Hi Lenatt.
>> Hi Lennett.
>> Good morning everyone. Bueno Diaz.
>> Bueno Diaz.
>> Or I could do what Joey does as I come up and he just split his notches. He just yells that at me and I don't know how to feel.
>> I tried to go to YouTube to mod like let me go see and help Justin out cuz the calls are crazy. He doesn't give you a chance. No, Justin and Eli have it locked down.
And all it started with is Monty's like, "Hey, Justin, you're over there in the tubes. I'm just gonna m it." He's like, >> he was so He's like, "No, I don't >> I don't want to."
>> And look at him go.
>> Kudos to Justin. He has it like locked down. I'm like, I'm not needed here.
Bye.
>> Like, my favorite is the double tapping.
I see randomly.
You see both Justin and Annie like get somebody.
>> So is it dashboard?
>> Yeah.
>> Settings.
>> Settings >> at the very bottom. Settings, community moderation, and user management.
>> Oh.
Oh, Hector's on. He doesn't show up in my tube chat. I think I just threw it at him.
>> Like I'll see a comment. I'm like, well, this comment shouldn't be there. And then I go to try to mute it and it says mute it for 88 seconds. cuz I'm like, "Who the fuck?"
>> Oh my god. Damn it, Dustin.
>> My Heartbeat has a coffee now. Yay. I got flagged for some stupid [ __ ] on here.
>> Oh, wow.
>> Let me show you. No, no, no. It happened while we were we having conversations with Roy. I don't want to interrupt that. I don't know about time and place to interrupt.
So, I apparently got this. My live visibility is restricted. Your life is not eligible for recommendation and uh restricted in search results because it contains unoriginal or reproduced content.
>> Oh, okay.
>> Did you even show a video today?
>> No, I didn't get the chance.
>> I do have a few of the videos um that I am going to be making videos on. Um I also the live how was the live unoriginal? It's usually if you're like streaming a movie or something like that.
Um, I was going to go through all the clips for Trump's meeting and I'm like, I think I'm just going to make videos on those today because there's so many. Um, I did want to talk about so uh Spanberger um in Virginia.
She is uh s she signed the legislation to expand affordable child care in Virginia. So, W Virginia. Um, and then I know a lot of people don't like him um at all, but Gavin Newsome was trolling Trump and I just I think it's funny.
>> Speaking of Newsome, I have two questions. Yes. First one, >> um, have you guys heard about the hole that he's going to tax 100% anyone in Is that Can he do that?
>> He signed a bill.
>> He sure did. We'll see if it goes to court, but >> it's like Colorado taxing the overtime.
Hi, Cran.
>> The no tax on overtime, but then Colorado was like, uh, no.
>> Not cran ignoring me. That's crazy.
>> And then I heard also that New York is going to do that as well.
>> I don't know.
>> Probably.
>> And then second question before anyone asked, Monica, what's on the agenda for today?
>> Damn.
>> Well, uh, some of Trump's rambling yesterday. What else did I have on there? I have to look. I haven't looked at it since yesterday.
>> So, no Monty Peru's Twitter, >> just like me.
>> Yeah. And then I just organize it for a outline for an actual story.
>> Um, did you guys see this uh tweet from the White House?
>> Today we remember a legend. On this history, Harambe would have celebrated another birthday, an icon that became a part of internet history, American culture, an entire generation's timeline. Tomorrow marks 10 years since we lost him. 10 years since the monument, the moment the world stopped scrolling collectively, and mourned something or mourned something bigger than a meme. He became a symbol of loyalty, strength, chaos, unity, and strange beauty of the internet, bringing millions of people together for one cause. Never forgetting Harambe.
Everyone remembers where they were when they heard the news and somehow a decade later his legacy still lives on. Gone but never forgotten. Rest true patriot.
>> I actually literally don't remember. It was just something that came up on the internet and I was like, "Oh, some dumb [ __ ] happened with some dumb kid." Okay.
Like this is not a cultural event in my I'm so sorry for everybody else.
>> American culture, guys. That is American culture.
So, like, no shade to the gorilla, but my freaking groceries are like too expensive, >> right? I didn't give a [ __ ] I'm so sorry.
>> I think it it's more of them like they're recognizing that they that Trump won in 2016 because of protest votes for Harambe.
>> So, uh, Tube, I am going to pull a quick reset over here. Um, again, you guys are can obviously come back. You don't have to, but I'd like if you could. That'd be great. No, they have to.
>> Okay, never mind. Lady said so.
Justin has to come back and so does Eli and all my mobs. They can't make the decision to leave, but everyone else can make their own choices. I'm going to pull a quick reset. Try to reset the algo. Um, I'll be back in exactly like the streaming. Uh, spider.
