In body language analysis, controlled physical behavior (compressed posture, minimal movements, careful expressions) combined with specific verbal patterns (using 'my truth' instead of 'the truth') and emotional expressions (light laughter followed by furrowed brows) can indicate that a person is aware of being recorded and may be experiencing emotional distress about how they are perceived, rather than necessarily indicating deception.

Body Language Analysis: What Did Mackenzie Shirilla Reveal in her Interview in The Netflix Doc?Added:
So, could you tell me why you want to give this interview, Mackenzie?
>> So, I'm certified in body language analysis, and while watching this Mackenzie Charilla interview in the Netflix documentary, The Crash, I noticed several behavioral shifts that stood out to me, and I wanted to discuss them with you guys. So, let's go ahead.
Let's get into it. I've never spoke before and I never told my side of the story and I understand there's many different sides to the story and different perspectives, but I just want to say my truth and I just know myself and I know I'm not a monster.
So, the first thing I notice is how controlled and contained she appears physically. like her posture stays compressed, her movements are minimum, and she seems very careful with her expressions and her wording. To me, this doesn't automatically read as deception, it honestly looks more like somebody who is just extremely aware that they're being watched and recorded. As far as verbally, now when someone says, "I know my truth, >> but I just want to say my truth and >> but not the truth." That always catches my attention because there is only one truth. saying my truth is almost like your subconscious knows that your truth may not be the actual truth. So instead of stating I know the truth, you end up saying my truth instead. So that was interesting to me and it stood out.
Also, right before she says, I know I'm not a monster, she does this very light little laugh and then she furrows her brows and makes this expression. Now this expression appears consistent with someone experiencing emotional distress.
So, it really seems to bother her that the world sees her as a monster. So, I'm having to cut this video short, but I do plan on doing more body language analysis on McKenzie Sharilla. So, if you are interested in that, please make sure you hit that follow button for more. Bye, guys.
