The video discusses how legal systems can be used as tools of power control, where authorities may prosecute individuals in multiple jurisdictions (federal and state courts) to prevent them from escaping justice, even if they succeed in one trial. The speaker suggests this demonstrates the unlimited power of those in authority, using high-profile cases as deterrents to remind citizens of their vulnerability to the system.

I mean, I'm no mathematician...butAdded:
Hey, I'm not suggesting anybody do anything, but it just occurred to me why is the whole of it all making the news again suddenly, right? It kind of got tucked in the in the back of everyone's minds for a long time and then right as this is happening um that's also coming back to the forefront. And you know, most of us thought that it was an inside job, right? Most of us thought that it was an inside job and that he didn't really do it. Um, and they had to make him an attractive psy to get everybody's attention. And uh, then they took him away from us. We weren't even allowed to talk about him anymore.
That's part of the psychological like game, right? Like, okay. All right. So, what if the whole point of was to tell us if you even think about it, we're going to bring you up on charges that you're never going to beat, we're going to try you in two different courts. You thought that you had protection against double jeopardy.
Think again.
Our power is limitless.
There's jurisdiction for the federal government and the state government. And usually, do we allow one or the other to prosecute? Sure. But if you even think about it, we're going to get you on both fronts.
So even if you beat one trial, you're going to have to beat the other. Right?
So, I wonder if this was just to illustrate for us what'll happen to you.
But I wonder, are they also suggesting that they would be able to do that to everybody?
Are they suggesting that if their power structures were attacked that they would still have their power structures in place in order to do that to everybody? Never mind the fact that there just aren't the resources to do it to everybody. But if the entire point of an attack from everybody would be to dismantle the power systems, how how would they be able to enforce what they're doing to him to everybody? I don't know. I just I just think that the timing is kind of funny. That's all. You know how they used to have like the gallows in in the town square? It was meant to be a deterrent, a reminder of the unlimited power of the overlords.
And since our society is too big to just have a gallows set up in the town square, it was more efficient to get one guy who could capture everybody's attention and then come and dangle him in front of us at the exact same time that they're doing this But they I don't know.
I don't think they can do it to everybody. They can do it to some.
They can do it to a lot.
But I don't think I'm not listen I'm not a mathematician.
