[00:01:42]Warm it. And another layer of B. And then we have felt coming up. And then we have a little bit of lead dressing around so that when you look out the bedrooms, you see lead, not felt.

[00:01:54]>> And then our glass will come around. So we got the vapor barrier in there, insulation, another layer of ply OSB, and then three layers of felt. So we've got an undercoat, then two top layers.

[00:02:04]Then we're belt and bracing it by putting the lead round.

[00:02:07]>> Then we're felt on top of that. And then we're cap on top of that with valley. So it's belts and braces cuz parapits generally they're a little bit >> and balconies and stuff like that, they make me nervous.

[00:02:57]And so we're going to have the a big king-siz bed. If we can get a king, I think we can get a king in here. Put kings in here.

So then we then we're back then we're when we're walking into June really with the roofers in and the windows and doors going in. So by the end of June, you're watertight.

[00:04:52]Before that, by the end of June, your watertight renderers are in. So yeah, nice. End of July, rendering done.

[00:05:03]>> Be nice by Christmas, right? That's what we're aiming for. Not to be in, but to be done. Right. Come on then. That's a nice update for you up here. all of the 90% electric first fix is already done downstairs and that's how we caught up a little bit.

[00:05:16]>> Obviously, you wouldn't have that done at this stage. Uh you'd wait till your roof was on and your water tight. But >> at least now when that ceiling goes on here, Chris is back, the electrician's back in 2 weeks and he'll be first fixing all up here while we're building the roof.

[00:05:28]>> Great. So then the time that roof's built and the roofers are in roofing it here first fix that. Electrics is first fixed and we're at watertight stage. So then it's just plumber plaster. Boom.

[00:05:48]>> That's just mental. God, what a lovely view. Ain't center to this opening because this garden's made symmetrical, right? So we split the difference here.

[00:06:00]Planning rules and whatever else had to bring it in a little bit. But what that does do by doing that, and I've only just spotted this from the front door, you got clean line of sight straight from the front door cuz that post ain't in your way cuz it's to the left. So from here, you open that front door, >> you can see >> see straight through here. Boom.

[00:06:32]>> Back in the motor on the way back to the job. We got the padstone and we've got the print out for the windows. So, we've gone in there, took all the measurement sizes. We spent about 2 hours in there actually cuz we had to go through all the sizes to make sure all of the um openings are right and what we was getting was right. So, we've done that.

It's five leafs per bay for per panel uh for per set of bifolds. Each one's got a blind in it as well. Integral blinds. We got three sets of sliding doors plus two bay windows and seven other windows, I think it is. Whatever. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 nine other windows.

There's a lot goes into it. So, we're going to go back now with them. We're going to cross check our measurements to make sure that we've interpretated it right.

Got the got the old school members back in here. I wasn't a member previously. Um, so because I wasn't originally from around this sort of area. It's got everything you need to go in there. I'm going to show you around in a minute as well.

[00:12:25]It's got everything you need to be in there. It's got all of the goodies at the front as well and whatever else. But it's just it's easy.

[00:12:32]>> I come here every day, Monday to Friday, sometimes on a Saturday, um after the radio. Uh this week I ain't had radio, so I've been coming here beforehand, get me workout done. Opens nice and early, 4:00 in the morning. I open the doors and I think that's shut around about 10 11:00 at night, something like that. [00:13:54]>> Yeah. And I know Luke's invested into this gym off the back of um his mom's passing and he used money from that and he's invested into this gym. So them two meanings together. That's why I love this gym, bro. It's that personal little bit and I really like the story behind it.

[00:14:13]It's manned. People in here might be training or wherever he is, but it's manned. Um so you can have protein shakes. You've got all your goodies behind. You got your drinks and whatever else. There's that.
