[00:00:00]What's going on y'all? So today I received a decision in order. Um this is from Peter F. Lane. This is the case against Lauren Norton Learner and um you can see right here it's saying um this decision is regarding my motion to vacate a decision and also um a motion that I filed for default judgment. Now first and foremost, this decision is not stamped so it can't be enforced. I want to just point that out right then and there right now. But we going to um go through this decision anyway. So first and foremost, he's this decision is making reference to a motion to vacate, right? And um to vacate a decision, right? So here's the motion right here to vacate the August 14th decision. This is the August 14th decision. I showed y'all this mad times, but you know, they keep playing these games, so it's not stamped. That's why it can't be enforced. You feel what I'm saying? But right here he's stating that I don't plan fails to set a conizable legal grounds in facts upon which to vacate the decision and order dated August 14th. I just stated it's not stamped. That's why that's a good reason why. And um then the second one now this case right here when I when I made the return date for the 25th the defendant never showed up. So that's when and this case went before Phineia Gene and she adjourned it, you know, and then it went before Peter F. Lane. You feel what I'm saying? It was supposed to go before Phineia Gene. You feel what I'm saying? So this motion went before him on the next court date, which was the 13th. The next court date was the 13th right here. So both motions went before him. This is this is a motion to um for the default judgment right here. So, these are the two motions that he's making reference to in this decision right here. Now, in regards to this default judgment, he's saying, "I didn't serve the attorney general." Well, let's look at the affidavit of service. Here's the motion. Here's the affidavit of service. You feel what I'm saying? It was served upon the attorney general.

[00:02:13]So, these are the two reasons why he's um why he's um denying he's denying the motion. You feel what I'm saying? He's denying both.

[00:02:26]He's denying the motion to vacate because it's no conizable claim, which it is. And then once again, the case summary, it doesn't reflect.

[00:02:36]You see August 14th. Once again, it says submitted on default. It doesn't say it was dismissed. You feel what I'm saying?

[00:02:44]And go to the hearing. There was a hearing uploaded on April 13th, 2026 for this case in a case against Sharice Ellison, but he only decided on Lauren or Lerna, which is probably good news cuz where's the Sharice
