>> Yeah.
>> I thought I was on the cover.
>> You ain't on the cover.
>> Murder. You ain't on the cover.
>> Let me see those. Let me see the movies.
>> We going to definitely check this out.
>> We going to definitely check this out.
>> Check this out. Even though we got to find it on YouTube or something because, you know, just in case. Cool. But I'm look at this like a video game. I don't even look at that.
>> Looking crazy. I thought this was a PlayStation game.
>> Definitely. You know, we [ __ ] on each other about movies and stuff like that.
>> It's the rare report.
>> But he definitely did one with Bruce Willis. Bruce that was, you know, >> you heard. Come on.
>> That makes it a bigger movie for you and >> Of course, man. You know the vibes, man.
Of course, man.
>> It was It wasn't tough to find these movies, by the way. You know, they're available.
>> They're I It was on Amazon. I got them both on Amazon.
>> Okay.
>> One was in Blu-ray.
Make sure y'all go watch my movie Reprisal featuring Bruce Willis, man.
>> Yeah, shout out to Bruce Willis, man.
>> Shout to Bruce Willis. Love Bruce Willis.
>> Got to put some salute that, man.
>> Um, Memorial Day weekend. Memorial Day weekend.
>> I don't know. It was like, it was raining, then it stopped raining, then it was nice and everybody was surprised.
So, a lot of barbecues, I guess, was, you know, cancelled >> off and on, off. You know, I was running around Shelter 50. He got the who documentary that's coming soon. But we have lost in the legend in hip hop. Rest in peace to Rob Bass. It takes two to make a thing go right.
>> Yeah.
>> It takes two to make it out of sight. We always salute our legends on this show.
You know what I mean? And Rob Bass, one half of the legendary duo Rob Bass and DJ Easy Rock has died at 59 after a private battle with cancer. Rest in peace to him. I even know Rob Bass was from Harlem, you know, shout to him. And his mainstream hit was 1988. It takes two to make a thing go right. Samples, you know, one of the most simple songs ever from Fat Joe Kick, DJ Jazzy, Jeff.
Jeff paid tribute online after the news broke.
>> DJ Easy Rock, his longtime partner and childhood friend, previously passed away in 2014 from complications related to diabetes. Rest in peace to him, too. How y'all feel about that? Yeah, we lost another pillar of hip hop. Rest in peace to Rob Bass.
>> It's sad. He going to live through the music though, man. That's you know, forever a legend. He going to live through the music. And um >> Did you know Rob Bass was from Harlem? I mean, >> I definitely didn't know that.
>> I didn't even know that. Shout to Harlem. Y'all definitely got a legend with him. You know, that's another one.
>> I didn't know he was from there.
>> But I remember, you know, the big kid Capri on his show. I see Kid Capri has sampled one of his um sampled his joint.
>> Oh, definitely. Yeah. I saw I saw him comment saying that he was just speaking to him a couple weeks back.
It hurts to >> see. Yeah, definitely.
>> And it's true, you know, I love what you say, which is like, you know, or both of y'all saying like, you know, we're going to, you know, respect and celebrate them through the music. Like, I remember when um when uh Scoop passed away, like that was a definitely that was a tough time, too. And just still hearing his his voice in the clubs, it was just crazy.
>> I mean, we always going to respect the legends cuz I mean, like I said, I always shout out Ralph McDaniels and um Video Music Box because that's where we used to see everything at. That was like the first thing. remember me being a kid that was all that [ __ ] >> you know, was video music box and you had Nintendo, you know, those are the two things that I like, you know, duck hunt and everything.
>> Nintendo, what the [ __ ] >> Yeah, I'm just saying as a kid >> I I know how I didn't know how you were a video music box.
>> No, cuz like you know what's what's dropping the new >> Atari too? You had Atari too. I never had Atari Atari.
>> You got to think about this like all the stuff that we was kids is coming back out. Like He-Man that's coming back out in movie theaters. I seen that. I'm going to go That's something that I want to go check. I remember He-Man. I remember Nintendo. And I remember Video Music Box.
>> That was the thing. And then Karate on Sundays.
>> On Saturdays. Say Saturdays.
>> Yeah. Saturdays.
>> I say y'all definitely had Walkman's, right?
>> Yeah. Everybody had >> Everybody had Walkman's back then, man.
>> I'm I'm a little past the Walkman. I'm the CD era. Well, the Walkman CD is where I'm Well, definitely. Well Well, you know, we talking about the 80s growing up as a kid. You know what I'm saying? So, I was born in 78. So the '8s, like you know, just going into the 80s, that era was crazy. You had Madonna, you had Prince, you had Michael Jackson. We could talk about the movie again. It was definitely good. But um you know, everything as a kid is coming back. He man, you know, and shout to Drake cuz Drake is doing Michael Jackson numbers right now, ain't he?
>> He's right now number one, two, and three in the Billboard.
>> Godamn 200.
>> Drizzy, >> you ever think one of the best rappers alive ever be from Canada? Nobody ever thought that, man. know, right? With Drake taking all them lines. You know what I was thinking about with um all them lines, the slick lines? I was thinking about the shots he was taking.
>> And I think about how competitive this one particular artist is that been hearing all the shots that Drake been taking.
>> Is um my man Jay-Z? I think Jay going to respond to Drake.
>> I I don't know.
>> I I could see. Nah, Jay too competitive.
I I think he too competitive. Drake just passed him and all that. I think and and and Drake ain't been like subliminal. He been taking them shots kind of direct like being slick.
>> I mean, all I'm saying is when you when you analyze Drake lyrics, right, Edin, let me give you the perfect example. He said, I went >> St. Baptist on the Lamborghini was the line or the Ferrari or whatever.
>> I'll tell you right now, >> St. Baptist is somebody that got beheaded back in the days. You know what I'm saying? So he's saying he I beheaded the Lambo, you know, on this album right here when when when he says he's he's turned from a from the boy to the man. I think cuz 40 he said it in his rhoms. 40 told me to get deeper. Pause. Right.
>> Mhm.
>> He's talking more about his life. He's talking about his moms. Now I'm the father to my mom's taking care of your moms. My mom's getting older. I'm battling her with age. He got a lot of slippery lines.
>> I know. But all that when he was saying like the jig is up and I'll take the 500,000 instead of the dinner cuz I can't learn nothing from none of you [ __ ] and all that and you know y [ __ ] and y'all [ __ ] y'all [ __ ] calling ho for a second opinion. All I'm saying is he's saying a lot of direct things and I feel like Hoveve I know Hov is competitive when it come to this rap [ __ ] but >> I don't see I see Ho saying some things.
>> But when you when you think about this right >> I just think it's going to be a good time in hip hop. Hov is Hoveve is one of them guys, right? But you got to think about this, right, M?
>> He surpassed everything Jay-Z did already.
>> So he did surpass Jay for the number most number one hip-hop albums by round.
>> He surpassed Jay for everything he did already. So if you surpassing Jay at doing [ __ ] and your next deal going to be for two billion and you got artists like Party Next Door, you could probably sign Molly Santana. He working on probably having his label now to keep bossing up.
>> Yeah, but that don't got nothing to do with Jay responding. with Drake. But is he gonna respond with the whole album though?
No, not the whole album. Hell no. Cuz Drake is is is throwing jabs through the whole album at every >> It might be on somebody record. I could see Ho responding on somebody else record. Something like that. You know what I'm saying? Like not even the whole record. I could see him responding on maybe somebody else record.
>> Well, right now, shout out to Canada Toronto the 6. It's a Drake Summer.
Let's get into Rich Homie Quan. Rest in peace. His AI video caused a lot of backlash with the people. Um, it's called Still Dead. What do you think about that?
>> That's the name.
>> I mean, you don't think his family has the right to kind of do what they want to do?
>> Um, yeah, I'm not mad at that. Um, >> rest in peace to Rich Homie Quan.
>> So, this is the thing, right? So, and we're going to put the visuals up as well. So, Rich Homie Quan made an AI music. Well, his estate or his people made an AI music video for his song uh Post Humor Song called his family like his people. Yeah. Well, his state, you know, depending on who that is. Um, now the controversy is it not really of just using the AI, but also of what people do with the content after, you know, he's passed away. How do you feel about that?
And Mer, I really want to concentrate on your end because when you do your last wrap-up, heavy AI, you know, very entertaining, a lot of views, a lot of impressions. What do you feel like about a situation like this when it's someone that's passed away?
>> Um, I think if if his family approves it, I think it's all good. If that's a way for them to to see their loved ones still in a certain way being creative and still actually providing some money for them. I ain't got no problem with it. I think it's a dope thing.
Definitely if the family's behind it, I think it's dope, man.
>> And the video looks good, man.
>> I'm about to say it looked good, man.
So, for the family, they get to see it.
They love one looking good is it makes them feel good. Bring back some good memories. I think it's a good thing, man.
>> And for you, Yo, I know you for the 420 mixture that you did, right? You use some you use some AI as well.
>> Yeah, definitely. I think AI is the future. And for like all the young kids, I tell, you know, everybody to get involved in AI because that's going to be the future. I just seen something online. I don't know how real it is, but they had a robot um I think it was 20 hours and he packaged 240,000 >> 49,000 packages. I saw >> he was just like this edit.
>> So I'm like I I mean the we going to a whole another zoom ain't going to be no job. So you better learn AI or something.
>> Yeah. So I So I pulled it up right here.
It's uh >> There you go. That's That's exactly what they talking about right there. 22,000 packages in 17 hours.
>> I thought it was more than >> This video itself looks like >> 2,000 packages in in 17 hours.
>> 22,000 packages.
>> It looked This video itself looks AI again. People are seeing >> No, but there was people behind it. It was It was actually >> But I also saw something where they just fired a bunch of um AI stuff because it was costing too much money. You could probably look something up like that a little bit.
>> So that's the It's like it now there's a big debate about AI right now which is like a lot of major data centers, right?
And the use of water is a big deal.
>> It's expensive to maintain this [ __ ] now. They start thinking it was going to be easy to replace people. It's not looking like it's that easy because this is actually costing more money than they thought. Correct. Right, Ed?
>> Yeah.
>> Why they say that?
>> Because it's not it's not as cheap as they thought. You know, it's they they haven't figured it out just yet. Let's say that. Well, Elon Musk is doing it, so it don't it don't matter. You could tell them robots is taking over once they get the right computer chips. Cuz Elon Musk got some new computer chips he's working on that's supposed to be like AI 6 >> AI crisis emerges. You see, like they thought the the It's not what they thought. It's not as easy as they thought.
>> It's also the high usage a lot of people are using. So like let's say I could only imagine how much you had to do cuz that your your wrap-up was over 20 minutes, right? Am I bugging? about like 17 18 minutes. Shout out to my guy Mind of a Kind.
>> Yeah. So, it's like even that, you know, there's a lot of prompts, a lot of thinking, a lot of reusage. I think that's where it really gets complicated.
>> Yes. Correct. Now, again, going back to Rich Homing Kuang, right?
>> I get what you guys mean when it comes to the state and everything. Now, what does that do to the legacy of ours? I feel like a lot of posthumorous uh material has gone. Like, I think that >> I mean, I think I think the technology is great. I mean, you seen it with Dr. Dre years ago at um Coachella and he br I was there.
>> He bring out the Tupac hologram and I felt like Yeah, I was there. You know, he they brought 50 out. I came out with 50.
>> So the Tupac hologram that was a great thing. You know what I'm saying? Like look how real it looked.
>> By the way, that was 2012. I just want to say that.
>> Yeah, that was 2012. So that was way back and Dr. Dre was on that technology.
>> That was that long. It was that long ago.
>> Now look how real Tupac look up there. I remember being there and I remember seeing it ahead of time when they showed it to 50 in the studio. We went to a studio, Dr. Dre, 50s, everybody there and they showed the Tupac hologram.
>> I remember when that came out. That was that was big news when it came out too, man.
>> Yes.
>> I think technology is dope. I think it's it's getting crazy now. Like even when you scroll through Instagram, you'll see like AI girls. You could tell it's like is this girl AI?
>> Yeah. You can tell they be doing little things of that nature.
>> Is this the skit AI?
>> Like it's getting crazier and crazier because as time goes by technology is going faster get better and better.
>> People you know do you guys know what deep fakes are?
>> Deep fakes are exact are when like you could get like somebody on a webcam right and you could put another person's face on that face live on the webcam and people be scamming like that now.
>> That's about that.
>> Yeah. People will be doing a lot of weird [ __ ] with AI. That's where people people get freaked out, >> you know. So, again, back to the rich homie. So, you guys feel like >> I feel like it was a family whatever his family agree too. That's really more on them. I mean, the fans are going to feel the way the fans feel. They might like it, they might not. But if a Nipy one comes out, cuz Nipy supposed to be dropping the album. Shout to Black Sand.
Rest in peace, Nip.
>> You know, I mean, if Nipy do it, we going to want to see the Nipy videos.
>> Definitely.
>> Pop Smoke got more music. We going to want to see. Yeah, I just seen one of these people just actually dropped a um he was playing a little snippet of an exclusive one of the um Pop Smoke unreleased songs and it was sounding woo it was sounding like a smoker man. So I I like to see people playing unreleased Pop Smoke unreleased man pop smoke we >> sound like a Oh, it was a smoker.
>> Wait, you're saying there's an unreleased pop smoke song?
>> Yeah, one of his mans was saying >> he was playing he was playing it in the car. He played in the car. It was no AI.
This was pop smoke. It was sounding fire like so. Yeah. Mhm.
>> Crazy.
>> Yeah. It's the talking New York Tony. AO >> and this the boy le Jet Lenny. Whoa.
>> And right now we representing Baskin Lava Blackown. One of my best products that I love to use is the beard grow cuz I want to use you know pull a whole beard out.
>> I've been working on my waves. So I've been messing with this one. Yeah. I ain't going to hold you. I'mma show the people how my waves is looking too on the next couple episodes. Y going TO BE LIKE, "OH."
>> YEAH. They known for good nutrients, you know, for your hair circulation, a lot of things. They got a they got a men's healthc care kit that's wonderful and great.
>> You can go to baskin latherco.com and if you mention real report, you get 20% off. You heard that's basking cold.com. Mention real report, you get 20% off. You heard?

>> YEAH.
>> What we getting into next? Ray. If I had one wish, >> man.
>> If I had one fist, pause. That's a pause. If I had one >> one wish a good >> If I hit you with two fists, >> I don't know what's going on. Ray J.
That's my boy, man. I don't I don't know, man.
>> Yeah. Shout out to >> It just seemed like he just I don't know. The streaming thing is okay. Shout out to Kick and shout to what Aiden Ross doing. I just never thought I would see Ray J just in the ring like that.
>> I ain't even hear about this fight. I didn't even know he was fighting.
>> No, shout out to Aiden Ross. He had the fight. You had uh Michael Beasley versus Steven. That's my guy Lance Stevenson.
Let's go. That's my guy.
>> Brooklyn. Hit him in a choke hole. You had this fight. Ray J and um Super Fire.
I didn't know who he was. Super high.
>> Super high fire. We know him now.
>> We know he went viral. He's he's back.
Um, >> Ray J said the fight was supposed to be fixed.
>> Yes, >> he said he was supposed to actually win.
>> Well, that punch don't look fixed.
>> No, that punch does not look.
>> I mean, I just think Ray J was just saying he had the heart problems. So, Ray, get better, man. I don't know what you doing in the ring. I seen Chris Brown uh hope hoping that Ray J, he was there. Shout out to Chris Brown. About to go on tour. Yo, a we need some tickets we can sell up here. You know, usher and Chris Brown, we could raffle them up here. And Chris Brown was laughing. and he said, "I just trained this week." So, you know, if you drinking Hennessy or Branson or or Don Julio before the fights, man, I don't I don't know. That's crazy, man. But shout out to Ray J.
>> I want that to happen.
>> Aiden Ross entertaining.
>> Aiden Ross, he got something going, man.
These are some good fights.
>> You had Johnny Manzel beat some guy named Bob. That was great. I actually watched it.
>> You had the Ray J fight, which was spectacular. Yeah.
>> And then um cuz that knockout, look at this knockout was clean. Boom.
I need to know. Was the fight supposed to be fixed, man?
>> I don't think so.
>> Come on the show and holl at us and let us know the truth.
>> I don't know, Ray, cuz the way he hit the way he swung it didn't look like >> bout. Oh, >> yeah. It didn't look It didn't look like that.
>> Do you guys remember celebrity boxing back then?
>> Yeah. Yeah, we remember celebrity boxing.
>> That was a huge thing. Is there anything >> was on MTV? Wasn't on MTV or something?
>> Yeah, definitely.
>> Is there any two celebrities that you guys would love to see do a boxing match that maybe Aiden Ross could put together?
Um, >> maybe somebody y'all would want to jump in the ring with.
>> Nah, I wouldn't want to be into that.
Um, >> I jump in the um um the ring with Officer Ricky.
>> Oh, yeah.
>> Yeah, I jump in the ring with him.
>> All right. Well, that would be great. I would definitely be >> I would definitely want to see that. I'm not going to lie.
>> I jump in the ring.
>> You know, it's a big weight difference, but you know, you just got to stick.
I'll >> beat the [ __ ] out there.
>> No, I know you'll beat him, but I'm just saying we going to try to smother you with the weight.
>> Yeah. Yeah.
>> But I don't want to make sure.
>> Yo, Murder, let me ask you something.
Let me ask you how y'all feel. Summer time is coming, right?
>> So we could call it, y'all want to call it a teen takeover or Y takeover.
>> It's the both teen takeover and the Y take over.
>> So large group of teens are organizing take takeovers through Tik Tok, Instagram, Snapchat, flooding malls, excuse me, beaches, restaurants, parks, and boardwalks. DC, Milwaukee, Rochester, Chicago, Houston, Atlanta, New Jersey was crazy. Did you see New Jersey them running on people's cars?
Chicago was crazy.
>> So that's what I was going to tell talk to you guys about. We did talk about this a little earlier, >> but they were doing it in the malls and all that, right?
>> And mind you, this was during all the snow going on. Now the weather is warmer. Everybody outside school's out.
All these are school. Oh, it's about to be out. It's damn near cuz I've seen prom everywhere. Grab >> It's about to be It's about to be out.
Yes.
>> So, how do you guys feel about this? Is this like again another act of just being >> I mean I think I think if we was kids we would be doing the same thing too because think about it now having Instagram as a teen is the illst thing you could have. So the teen takeover I don't think everybody's actually going there to cause a problem. I just think when it's so many people it turns into a problem.
>> You know I need you to realize jumping on calls.
>> I need y'all to realize that [ __ ] is cold man. Like y'all got to go get some money. Like I mean [ __ ] at least when we was young, we was doing certain thing and it was about money. This [ __ ] just just robberies and like unnecessary [ __ ] Vandal.
>> No, not everybody's doing. It's just a certain it's too much.
These young got to get motivated to get some money.
>> But now the US attorney is beginning to to give parents charges >> for um incidents that happened in DC and the Chipotle, right? The father was talking, the kids were scared, everybody ran in Chipotle. They running in stores.
Y'all got to chill out for real. Um, and now they talking about charging parents.
I don't agree with that.
>> I feel if your kid is a knucklehead, you don't deserve to go to jail for what your kids doing. Sometimes you can steal your kid the most best way you can in life and they just want to still be a knucklehead. That's how it is. I don't think I should get a talking about doing that in DC.
>> So what's happening is that DC is really really implementing their curfew law, right? So it's like especially if you are a minor, you know, it's like, "All right, bet. So if y'all not understanding about this with the teen takeover and what just happened in the Chipotle now I'mma kid at the parents. I agree with that. I'm not gonna lie to you. If you their guardian and you know like >> is a curfew. They saying there's a curfew.
>> But what I'm saying is >> and what's and what's considered a minor though in DC?
>> I'm assuming under 18, but I'll tell you right now >> 18 and under.
>> Yeah.
>> 18 and under. They already got a curfew for Jersey for 8 I think trying to do 8 or 9:00. But you can't give no these kids no curfew. Are you serious? They going to go outside anyway. So, there's citywide curfews from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. And then anyone under 18 years old in this in uh Washington DC is >> anyone under 18 years old.
>> It's kind of hard for the parents >> and now remember they had it in Brooklyn where you can't go to the mall if you a certain age. I mean, yo, they bring the kids, they do bring it on theelves.
>> I about to say they doing it to their >> but you got to think when you was a kid and you had Instagram and everybody's like, "Yo, we meeting up here." Not everybody's going there for a bad intention. It just gets crazy when you start jumping on people cars, damaging stuff, going in the stores. Of course, they gonna put a uh curfew on there.
Now, this is crazy.
>> Now, see, now this is the thing, right?
So, to the this extent, you guys right now, right? It's like people are running up into jewelry stores.
>> Yeah. See, that's the that's the problem there.
>> I mean, at least they got a plan.
>> I mean, we in a different era.
>> I mean, I'm not saying I don't cosign it, but if you want to do something, don't just do the plan. Watch the plan.
Watch the plan turn into fed time cuz watch the door close. Now watch this murder. This turn into fed time.
>> See, now they got to Now they got to shoot the door. So now look. So now you shooting the door. Now you going to do more time cuz they can't get out. Now look, they can't get out. Now watch this. Seven shots through the door. Now you getting all kind of charges.
See, it might be cool when you doing it for a little bit of time and you y all going to split a little couple of thousand up. They got out that door cuz listen. Yeah, cuz they shot it. But look how many got out that door.
>> Listen. It's not worth it being in the feds. Look, being in the feds over that right there, having to split jewelry.
Look, you you splitting that with 20 dudes that was in the store. Look, police is telling y'all now with the drone. Look, here go the drone right here. So, by the every time everybody get home, bam, they there. You ain't lying. They >> The drone right there, >> that's all federal charges, man.
>> I think to your point, that's huge is just like not everybody's coming through for the shenanigans, you know?
>> Yeah. All of them right there, all 24 of them that they just showed, they came in for the [ __ ] They all came in that jewelry store to get busy. They just meet up.
>> Yeah, but this is not a team takeover.
This a robbery takeover. I don't know.
>> I don't know why you played this. This not a team takeover.
>> I'm showing you this cuz it's like it could be either or that that's what the people are afraid of, right? And that's why they're implementing that curfew cuz it's just like then there's people that do [ __ ] like this that ruin it for everybody.
>> Take it to this level. Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> I mean, you got to think about it like this. We in an era now where >> I follow people following different I feel like Instagram is different. It's it's like there's no consequence for no actions. You never know. Like look look how lit it is. Who wouldn't want to be here as a kid? Hey hey hey look they they chilling. They tearing out the mall as a kid. Yeah. You 17. You 16 15. Yeah.
You want to go check what's going on.
Ain't nothing going on. Yo. Everybody going to that team takeover. We meeting at this mall or that mall or we mean at the beach now when people start getting stabbed and hurt.
>> Yeah, that's when >> you know that's gonna happen. Back in the days if we had some [ __ ] like that, you would have known it was going to go left.
>> Yeah.
>> You would have known [ __ ] is about to go there and validate >> now. The car takeovers, they get crazy.
People getting hit, donuts, fire.
>> I don't even understand that [ __ ] right there.
>> I mean that's a car thing. So you know me, I don't know how I ain't with the driving thing. So would you say they be just standing around waiting? I don't >> if there's nothing to do. Now imagine this being your block. You live on all these kids on your block. Seen this one too. Now listen, imagine >> like if there was more. You think there needs to be more things for kids to do like maybe more pools and more programs and >> n going to be outside no matter what.
They're going to be at the mall >> because it is it is things for them to do man. They need to be on this they need to be getting in this AI wave cuz that's what's about to take over. But you know sometime people don't got the patience for >> and there be some good kids doing this stuff too but they don't care. They're just trying to be out. They trying to see their their friends are going to be out there and like there's going to be some shorties that they're not going to go.
>> I'm saying but if they start listen if they start charging parents kids ain't going to be out there.
>> See that's what you'd be surprised.
You'd be surprised how many don't care.
You'd be surprised man.
>> That's crazy. If they start charging your parents for a crime that you committed. Did y'all see that uh that uh there were some shots ringing out at the White House recently?
>> I seen that. Why they keep shooting in front the White House?
>> I'm not going to lie. I don't >> And this like the second um one in like the last two three weeks, right? They was just shooting in front of the White House.
>> They There was uh during the dinner there was there were shots ringing out.
Exactly.
>> And now now this time again. But what went viral from this situation was how one of the reporters actually handled it.
>> She's so removed from the hood. She ain't even know it was gunshots, man.
>> That's the thing. She just she just sees the shots going off and play this video.
>> Look at her. She's like, "What is that?
They shooting.
>> I made you look." N >> Yo, that's going viral right there. What is that? That's how we be in the hood.
Yo, what is that? Yo, what's going on?
>> Yo, those were not fireworks.
>> And then someone behind Yeah, I was going to say someone behind uh says uh this was fireworks. So, I'm assuming y'all find this funny, but now it's kind of wild cuz how do you react to that situation? you by the White House.
>> I mean, for me, I'm not going to be nervous cuz you know, Secret Service going to take them out like in 2.3 seconds.
>> So, if you pull any gun by the white house or whatever, you know, like, rest in peace. Did the guy die? They shot him.
>> I think they did have one suspect. Yeah.
>> Yeah. They He's probably finished.
>> Yeah.
>> You shoot in front of the White, you pull a gun in front of the White House, you're done.
>> They shoot the suspect.
>> They definitely They definitely shot the suspect.
>> All right. Copy.
>> Yeah.
>> You know what kind of protection the White House got, man? They got snipers on the roof.
>> They got snipers and everything, bro.
Crazy.
>> But she wasn't scared. You got to respect her for that, man.
>> Yeah, the gunman was killed. That >> There you go. They got Navy Seal snipers on their roof for the White House. Bro, >> he didn't make it into the White House.
>> You're not going to make it.
>> What was he doing?
>> I think I mean I'm sure he was I don't think they found like a manifesto or anything, but they definitely uh got him during one of the checkpoints. During the Secret Service checkpoints. So, >> bro, you're not going to make it if you to the White House lawn. They got all kind of protection. They got dogs, Secret Service, Navy Seal snipers.
You're not going to make it off on that property, bro.
>> Yeah, >> it's the White House.
>> So, I want to ask y'all about this situation going on here.
>> Oh, yeah. Flex, man. Shout to Funk Flex, man. I told him to I called him up and told him to um get on the show. Shout out to DJ Pereira. Shout out to Camello.
I don't know. It's You know, you know DJs always got beef.
>> Yeah, they got it's so much drama going on over there.
>> New York City DJ.
>> Shout out to the whole Hot 97, man. But there's a lot of drama going on.
>> Shout to Hot 97. Shout out to Flex and Pare. That's my boy.
>> Yeah, man. Hot 97.
I want to I want to do TMZ.
>> Tell me the SMD.
>> Talk about me to corporate.
>> Who's it? Who's saying this? This >> This is Flex. This is a a post from Flex's page.
>> And what what Petta was saying? DJ Petta.
>> Apparently, he told him to flex SMD.
>> Flex at um NYC and um Hot 97 is under new management.
>> Yeah. So there's been like a spree of posts going on where it's uh in between, you know, Flex, Pereira, and a lot of other people. Uh and Flex is basically saying, you know, he's not dealing with quote unquote little DJs and little promoters anymore. Uh and people who are bringing in actual revenues is who he is of importance to. Um how do you guys feel about this situation? So again, you I know you just mentioned that you spoke to him a bit. Um, I spoke to Flex.
>> This is the post that uh, >> hey yo, Flex SMD [ __ ] down.
>> Yeah, I told I I You didn't know. I spoke to I didn't know it was getting >> I called Flex and I'm like, "Yo, what's going on? I need you on the show." So, shout to Flex. He said he going to come on the show and DJ Petta. We We get you on the show, too, man. You know, >> I think did he just come, too? Shout out to DJ Cameo. I don't know why. He said something about enough, too. It was getting kind of crazy. I was just trying to catch up with it.
>> Yeah. Now, you know, I really want all the DJs to get along, man. That's kind of crazy, man.
>> The DJs got to keep it together, man.
>> Well, it looks like for this situation is is is hot. It's more of flex and hot versus, let's say, the heavy hitter DJs cuz that's their whole collective, right?
>> Yeah.
>> Now, do you apparently there's a lot of malice because of a lot of move times, people being dropped off. I kind of want to get your idea for you guys. I know y'all want to, you know, find the peace amongst it all, but do you feel like there's kind of some gatekeeping going on? what he >> I feel like I feel like Flex been at radio for a long time. He's definitely a legend. And maybe the younger DJs feel like, yo, when is he going to cuz look look what he said. I'm 30. You're like 60. You know what? What did Pereira say in Spanish radio? There's only two guys, the homie over there and me. But look, bro, I'm 30. You like 60. So, I mean, I don't know. I think I think people sometimes really want Flex to pass the torch that he's getting older. He's up in his age. I think at radio I mean >> but change but flex is a legend is still >> flex is still flex you know what I'm saying what he do >> he's a legend and parea he do his thing you know he's one of them guys the Spanish music I really don't know what the problem is but I just know it's a >> it's interesting >> yeah man shout out to flex shout out to DJ >> Camilo definitely killed everybody man >> to the whole hot 97 man been a lot of beef. It just been a lot of Well, static. You say static pause.
>> It's been a lot of static for years with them. Like I don't know.
>> But that's the thing. What's the f Look, I'm a DJ, right? And I actually even got to intern for Flex for a little bit.
>> Hey, you're not a real Hey. Hey, you're not a real D. Now I'm walk.
>> No, you a real DJ, man. You can't tell.
>> A decade. Trust me, I'm real. You been for for a decade. You've been DJ. And you said you DJ for who before? For flex.
>> For flex.
>> You know what? Are you biased?
>> After that, no. You know what? Bruce Willis over here. I was going to throw this movie.
>> That's the thing, right? So that's kind of what I want to talk about. It's like so you know Flex is saying Flex is putting out a lot of like okay like you know uh people are in the feelings about their spots moving and like that and then you guys just had the conversation about let's say kind of gatekeeping.
What's the what's the middle ground between gatekeeping and then like yo I'm holding my legacy and then I'm holding up Hot 97. Like he's saying they're not doing nothing, which I don't know.
That's >> I mean, you can't say nobody's doing nothing, but it wasn't Flex who moved nobody's slot time. As far as what he's saying, he's saying he didn't move their slot time. He's saying now was the higher ups that moved their slot time.
And um [ __ ] if Flex is not ready to quit, you can't want him to quit. He didn't get fired. You know what I'm saying? But I don't knock everybody else over there, too, man. Like >> Flex is more in a boss position over there. And um >> yeah, >> I feel like I don't know with Hot 97 it was like just a lot of confusion in the past years. We love Hot 97, you know, to to go to we was going up to in a rappers bucket list. Funk Flex is always on the list.
>> Shout to Flex. He's always going to be on that list. Shout to On the Radar. I know they doing anything right now.
Flex. Yeah. On the radar, right? So I know Flex is like was always on my bucket list. Banks 50. I mean, you know, you had the uh him and Clue had the freestyles. Legendary.
>> Yeah. You had the legendary Clue freestyles when you have um Nas on there or you have the, you know, the Mace classical bounce through LA. Blue and red P. Remember those the classic Biggie freestyles. So to be on Hot 97, even Biggie said Hot 97 RHM ready. It's a place where legends is built in New York City and 105 is, you know, is at that level now, but before that was, you know, High 97 was the only place to go.
As for the drama, if you got different owners, I would think when he say bring money to the table, he probably be like, yo, he's talking about the ad money. He said what something like him and Clue was the only ones bringing in that as far as [ __ ] like that.
>> Yeah, I don't know how true that is.
That's something that they would know behind the scenes and things of that nature. I don't know how true it is, >> but for a DJ. Yeah. For a DJ, the ad money is really not really your job.
Your job is to be a DJ and be great. DJ Camelo is one of the best DJs >> in the world enough. He done DJ with Biggie. You can't take nothing from him.
>> And Flex Flex done had platinum albums.
>> You know what I'm saying? So, I would love for all the DJs to get along, but I don't man, man. Bobby Tren, everybody, let's get it together over there. Spazo, everybody, man. Let's figure it out at High 97, man. We need the family vibe back over there, man. You need the family bab act over there. Yo, I don't care what you talking about. This AP craze is going crazy. Sh AP. No, it is.
Here you go.
>> It is cuz yo, you can find the footage, Edin. I seen a guy outside the store that was buying people's APs off of them. For every person that went in the store, you could find the footage. He was buying their APs off them. The one the ones you hang around your neck, those he was buying a jeweler was buying them off of people in the street.
>> What you mean? So he was waiting value.
>> He was waiting for them to come out there.
>> He was waiting for them to come out the store and he was buying their watches on the street.
Could find the video. The resale numbers are crazy, bro.
>> But that's the thing. It's like, and we talked about this before, too. It's I mean, they got what they wanted. I think they knew that this was going to happen.
>> No, this is what we got to explain to people. Shout out to all the people that go that wait in lines and sleep outside for them early drops on everything cuz y'all are [ __ ] hustlers.
Especially in New York City cuz y'all wait there, right, Edin? They wait for the product >> and then they'll get the sneakers, they'll get the watch, whatever it is, and that [ __ ] will be on resale. We look up all the AP resale >> hostile as hell for that [ __ ] >> Hostile. Like really hostile.
>> You stabbed each other for a chicken sandwich.
>> I ain't seen one of them yet.
>> Yeah, they there's been people like trying to get uh like, you know, Skippy people. That's another thing. That's another uh hustle which is like selling your place online, you know, not the actual product itself cuz maybe you'll cop like two, three of them, but imagine paying five bands to skip someone on the line.
>> That's why the resale, look at the the resale value of the watch is almost up to $3,000.
>> Yeah, I seen that.
>> Come on.
>> I seen that.
>> Come on, bro.
>> It's a good hustle. It's a good flip.
Shout out to everybody that be camping out there and people think y'all crazy for buying them Jordans or them APS or or some Bape or whatever it is that's exclusive. Y'all are smart as a [ __ ] I need to camp out there with y'all and learn the hustle. Look at this watch. 200 and 50 what? 25009.
>> Come on.
>> All the other fees you gonna pay. So you about to hit like three bands for this.
>> Come on. Them [ __ ] was selling for $300.
Look StockX.
>> You know what's crazy? People see it on the screen. Even this, which is just a lanyard for >> 240.
AP is geniuses. One thing I don't care nobody.
>> There's more. There's more. There's one for two.
>> My man love throwing these cars, man. My man love >> I don't want to throw you a movie cuz it got Bruce Willis on it.
>> Respect Bruce Willis, man. The legend.
We Yeah, you don't even know. That's funny. Who [ __ ] >> I know them. I know all of them.
>> You don't know none of them [ __ ] I don't. Say one of their names.
>> I know. I know them. It's been a while.
>> Well, you know it's Bruce Willis. He's you you got him in the movie, too. So, he's >> That's Frank Reillo.
>> Yeah, he's he's fine. The man >> again. It was very It was not I thought it was going to be a little tough to grab these movies. I'm not going to lie to you. No disrespect.
>> Yeah. Nah, my [ __ ] My movie really popping.
>> No, it is. It is. My show >> Now you guys get to watch each other.
>> My [ __ ] like a video game over.
>> I'm glad. I'm glad.
>> No, cuz she got the Blu-ray. That's how old school this is.
>> I was trying to get the Blu-ray for I'm sure you have Blu-ray. I was trying to get the Blu-ray for both of y'all, but I couldn't afford it.
>> I mean, I don't even know what Blu-ray is anymore. I just [ __ ] >> All good, man. We going to check my boy out tonight, bro.
>> Funk flex stay o and he was talking about Pedro on the radio. They really trying to hit Dirk with new charges.
>> Is that true?
>> See, >> shout to Durk, man. Free Durk, man. The lawyers got to figure this out. They trying, >> By the way, just so you know, all this I'm just I'm going to clean this up. So, >> of course.
>> All right. Hold on.
>> That's what you get paid the big bucks for.
Little Durk prosecutors. What are they trying to man? The feds stop playing, man.
>> Could be receiving additional charges in murder for high trial.
>> Is that true?
>> Complex bro, so I'm assuming yes.
>> Shout the complex. Well, if the complex hit, it must be true.
>> Free Durk, man. I know you're trying to hit him with more charges, man.
>> Damn.
When the feds on you, man.
>> Ready? So, let's we'll we'll actually like get into it. Mm-m.
>> Uh, quick update by the way. So, apparently, uh, prosecutors are trying to add more charges to Little Durk's trial.
>> Damn.
>> Damn, man.
>> More charges.
>> Little Durk, man. God damn. You know, coming from a complex, apparently he could be receiving additional charges for his murder for Ohio trial, uh, which was scheduled back in August. Uh, and then they're trying to add more charges by June 3rd, which is very close by, uh, correlating to his, uh, January 2019 shooting in downtown as well. They probably doing that cuz he wanted a speedy trial cuz they don't they don't have a lot of evidence on that case. So he wanted a speedy trial. So the feds, you know, they the most dangerous people you want to mess with. So they probably trying to just >> Ryan Steel is on his case though, right?
Correct.
>> I think so.
>> All right. I think so.
>> And then the incidents apparently could be used as direct evidence against Durk, who's been in custody since late 2024.
Uh how do you guys feel about that? Um I mean they're not going to stop.
>> I mean the feds play dirty, man. That's what the feds do, man. I mean, they do anything possible to get as much time out of somebody, but you know, they not always right, you know what I mean?
Hopefully, you know, Durk, I know he has the the best lawyers possibly could have, but to have more charges added on, I mean, yeah, stressful.
>> It' be stressful for anybody, you know what I mean? But this how the feds play, man. Free Little D. This how the feds going to play.
>> You know, we we we we pray for the best for them.
>> Definitely, man.
>> You know, you know what they say, pray for the best for the best and what expect for the worst, right? Mhm.
>> So, I mean, you know, >> I know he's in there praying and you know, he got a family out there. So, you don't we don't wish him back.
>> We don't wish jail or death on nobody.
You know what I'm saying? That's that's one thing about us. Even if you our enemy, we not wishing jail or death on you.
>> Right.
>> And one more update on on another piece of news that you guys have talked about before, uh, which is correlated to the July Fulio case. Uh, so the the woman that was convicted, uh, which her name is Alicia Andrew, she actually sentenced 15 years.
>> I mean, 15 years. Yeah. She was doing a lot of texting and they had her around for a lot of [ __ ] So, you know, Florida don't play. That's one thing. You want to do some crime, don't do it in Florida, man. Don't do it in Florida.
>> How old How old is Shorty? She got 15 hours.
>> She's young. She's young. She's probably like 20.
>> 1920.
>> She is 23, >> but she was 21 when she uh when she was arrested. So, I mean, she already >> Yeah. But, you know, they had a phone.
>> That's going to be 18 years basically.
>> They they had a they had a phone pinging. you know, she was she had a lot of textes, you know, >> you know, um it's a sad thing, you know what I mean? But um >> definitely >> you know these Teslas, man, you seen how clear that Tesla footage was. Once that Tesla's in century mode, it's clear.
It's it's like in four you see them in 4K.
>> 4K. Yeah.
>> Yeah. So it's like with all the cameras we got in the world, it's just like it's just a matter of time that you're going to get tracked down. Especially you got assault rifles with sale catchers. No, that's when the feds step in. Once the feds step in, you know, you know what time it is. It's lights out of day.
>> You know, especially in Florida, they Florida, >> she kind of lucky she only got 15.
>> She lucky. They could have gave her life or something worse. You know what I mean? But >> she lucky.
>> 15 slap on the wrist for Florida. And remember, they don't got no parole. So you doing that 15 straight.
>> Yeah.
>> Thank God for New York City. They There's parole here. You know what I mean?
>> New York, you might do, you know, eight out of that. You might you you see the board if you got there is no parole. See the board. She doing that 15 straight.
>> Yeah.
>> So by the time she come out she Yeah.
She'll be what?
>> About 38. 38.
>> Yeah. Yeah. 38 something like that. I'm going to 40.
>> 40.
>> Yeah. But she whole entire half her whole entire life will be in prison which sucks.
>> You know prison, you know, >> jail and prison is different.
>> She'll be over 30 by the time she comes out.
>> Yeah. Definitely. She'll be pushing 40.
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> Cars will be flying. You know, all kind of [ __ ] [ __ ] will probably be on >> Cars will be flying in 15 years. I can see that.
>> I mean, cars are flying in Dubai now.
They got cars that fly. You can take the cars that fly.
>> Oh, I know what you're talking about.
>> Yeah, cars will be flying >> going to be um Yeah, by that time >> I feel.
>> Think about technology now. 15 years from now. Oh my god. Come on.
>> We still got a lot of time for for huge advancements technology. I don't know if y'all saw that uh robot uh that was dancing, Michael Jackson. It just it >> Oh, yeah. That was the crack.
>> It don't do it don't do too well.
>> He tried to do the moonwalk. It was over.
>> It didn't work. It didn't work. It didn't work.
Let me ask you a question before we head out, right? And I'm showing you guys on screen this uh robot that was doing all its Michael Jackson dances.
>> Would y'all have a robot made or Butler if y'all had the opportunity right now?
>> Of course. Definitely. Definitely. 100%.
>> I'm all with >> I think when Elon Musk and there's like so many companies, you got companies in China. You could look up all the CEOs that are are making robots right now and they're saying Elon Musk is going to be no more known for robots than his cars.
But there's like five different big companies that are all making robots, bro.
>> Definitely.
>> I feel like this is going to take over the future of fast food.
>> I'm definitely gonna have >> dininges kitchens. And I think everybody's going to purchase one for their house.
>> I heard it ain't going to be nothing but like >> maybe like 20,000,000 30,000.
>> Yeah. You know, just 20,000.
>> Yeah.
>> But I think what what I think is they'll have where you could put down on it like a down payment. Like say you give them five grand and you pay maybe 500 a month. That would be cool.
>> 20 bands on a robot.
>> That's life.
>> That's it.
>> That's life.
>> Here they'll pay my car off.
>> Listen, I'm I'm quite sure you can put a down payment on it.
>> Put a couple of bands down and pay $500.
>> Like a whip. It'll be like a whip and and they'll do payments and all that.
Yeah.
>> Yeah, man.
>> Now, what's the first thing? We'll go one by one. And I'll start with you, M.
What's the first thing you're having that robot made butler do for you when when you get >> just in the crib, man. Just in the crib, you know, doing little chores and [ __ ] Clean up, whatever it could [ __ ] do.
>> What would you trust it with comparatively to not trust it with? Um, you do like the little little sweeping and [ __ ] like that, man.
>> Sweeping, huh?
>> No laundry.
>> No, no laundry. You don't got to do no laundry [ __ ] like that. Matter of fact, no, if it could do laundry, if it could fold up, that would be fire if you think about it.
>> One of them just did like 22,000 packages, right?
>> That's what I'm saying.
>> But what kind of packaging was it? Cuz if it could fold clothes, oh, that's fire. You definitely going to have >> I mean, this is what Elon Musk is trying to get them to do, as well as the other CEOs. There's a big CEO, a big company in China that's making the dishes doing the dishes. I wonder what the water [ __ ] with it, though. No, I'm sure they'll be fine. But for 20k, I'd like to hope my robot does the laundry.
>> Yeah, of course.
>> What about you, Y? What would you What's the first thing you have do?
>> I would say take out the garbage.
Um, definitely that would be number one.
Take out the garbage. Uh, that seemed like an easy task. Uh, maybe uh I don't have to pay a landscaper. I got a lot of land. Mow the lawn. We put them on like a get a ride along course and make a motor. Um, >> I would just be it' be numerous things and it depends on the technology cuz if you look it up with Elon Musk, he's really doing the testing with this AI 5, AI 6 supposed to be the future. So, he's teaching them to mute, move, and react like humans. That's the whole thing they doing now, >> you know. But it's a whole bunch of companies that are that are doing these these robots.
>> Would you let this AI robot walk your dogs?
>> Of course. Why not?
>> Of course.
>> Yeah.
>> I didn't I didn't think you were going to be Think about it. Look, when you look at now, look at the future, right?
>> You would kind you would be scared with the dog kind of running away from the robot when you the dog owner.
>> Right now, when you look at the cyber cab, right, if New York turns fully autonomous, that's something that I would buy with no pedals, no steering wheel, and I would be comfortable cuz right now we in a point now where when you get in a Tesla, it it really drives itself, bro. It drives better than the person. It does. It's going to do the speed limit. You got all these speed cameras in Queens and Brooklyn. 20 miles per hour. You go through a school zone, it's going to slow down for you. That's what Tesla does. Whimo, when I went to Austin before.
>> Yeah, I've been in one of those.
>> I mean, I've been Texas one of the um California and I seen it drive. I seen them let it drive itself hours.
>> I spoke to some people about that that they kind of scared about that. They don't really trust the vehicle driving itself.
>> But what I'm saying, Murder, let me just say something to you. When you implement all the speeding zones in New York City, when you go through Queens and Brooklyn, you got a zone that says 30 mph. When you go down Queens Boulevard, 20 mph, what I'm saying with the autonomous drive is it's going to go that speed limit. So, you're not getting tickets at every [ __ ] light. So, you might you people, it's no way you want to put the pedal to the metal in them zones. You're going to want to do it. You get to a school zone, >> people I spoke to said they not [ __ ] with that. They rather drive. Like a lot I know a lot of people saying they rather do it theirel. They just don't trust the technology to put their life in technology hands to do that.
>> Cuz I was asking people about that. Yo, what you think about? I was just in the car.
>> Drives better than a person.
>> They was like, nah, I wouldn't I ain't trying I ain't [ __ ] with that [ __ ] like that.
>> All right.
>> I'm thinking about doing it because I can't drive.
>> Listen, you could listen. You could go you can go there's people that go from state to state fully autonomous drive.
You can look it up in cyber trucks and all that. He'll drive the car. The car will take you to the to electronic station to the to the to get the the electric. It's It's purely safe, bro.
It's the safest thing ever.
>> Back to the robots in your house, right?
>> Uh, what name would you give your robot?
>> I probably call my robot killer.
>> Killer.
>> Killer. What up, Killer? Killer, do the dishes. Killer.
>> Killer.
Killer, get the laundry, [ __ ] >> Crazy.
That's crazy. I would call my joint like Benson or something. Like a butler name.
>> Yeah. I'm giving my joint a butler name.
He going to be having it, man.
>> The food coming and all that.
>> You just gave your robot talking garbage out, man.
>> I'm giving I'm giving my dog my my robot Benson.
>> Benson.
>> A butler.
>> I feel like they're both sounding like dog names is the funnier part.
>> Benson. Killer. Killer [ __ ] >> I mean, people give their their cars a name. So, I mean, giving your robot a name is not that great. I never gave none of my cars a name, but I I know people do it.
>> Yeah.
>> But you already know this is the [ __ ] real report.
>> Another episode. It yo, listen. It don't cost you $0, zero cents. Make sure y'all like, share, and subscribe. You know, we the guys we talk about whatever. We not We don't hate, we embrace the hate. And all we do is just give you the real reports and the real news. You know, we have a happy whatever, man. And we out.
>> You already know. We out of here, man.
Whoa. Yeah.
