[00:00:00]You really often talk about creating affordable housing like we're discussing here while you're building wealth. Can you speak to us more about that? You kind of get a give back that way.

[00:00:12]There's a mindset that says, right? And some people believe it, some people don't, right? The more, you know, uh I love what Zig Ziglar said, right? Zig Zig says, uh if you help enough people get what they want, you can eventually get what you want.

[00:00:24]>> Yeah. And so, if you take a look at if you go out there and you make enough difference to the world, >> [music] >> right? I mean, when I when you take a look at Bill Gates one day, he probably saying, "You know what? I'm going to figure out how to make a computer to actually help you with life better, faster, more efficient." And his goal was to do it worldwide.

[00:00:43]So, he solved that problem and in return, he has massive financial freedom. So, for me, real estate isn't just real estate. Real estate what it would do for me is an outcome. Also, real estate also give me emotional contribution, which is if I make a difference out there creating more housing, right? To make it more affordable, to make it more so people can buy it, what does it do for me? It will actually fulfill the highest archy of life, which is contribution.
