The Difference Between a Good Surgeon and a Great Surgeon | Timing Matters in Joint ReplacementAjouté :
The beauty of training is you pick a lot of things that you want to incorporate into practice and what you resonate with and you incorporate a lot of things that you don't want to incorporate that you don't want to instill in your practice.
I think what resonates to me the most is when you treat patient very much individualized. So you take into account more than just the x-rays, right? So it's easy to tell based on an x-ray or an MRI if they have arthritis or not. I think the difference between a good surgeon and a great surgeon is number one figuring out which patient will benefit from surgery, but not just benefit from surgery, will benefit from surgery in that particular in that moment in time.
