[00:00:14]>> What started as a simple Target shoplifting case quickly turned into an arrest after officers discovered the 19-year-old suspect had an active warrant out of another county.

[00:00:23]>> She made some selections of uh cosmetics items. So, she had like two razors. Um she has electronics and some phone accessories. Um and then she concealed it on the strip.
