[00:00:05]So, uh yes, you can. Basically, an areola reduction would be the outside of their nipple areola where an incision can be done around that area and make the areola smaller. Now, that may create a lift in the breast which may not last very long, but it's actually one of the approaches that we use when we want to hide incision when we perform what we call an implant and perform an augmentation. We can actually hide the incision there and actually heals pretty well.
