Crispy Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan WingsAdded:
me making dinner tonight. My nephew's going to be born at some point. I'm going to be making some chicken wings while my sister-in-law is in labor. Now, my favorite way to make chicken wings is actually in the air fryer. It's so much less messy and it does the exact same thing. They get super crispy, flavorful.
So, on the chicken wing, there's two pieces. The flat and whatever this part is called. I just know what flats are called cuz that's my favorite. We're going to chop this little end piece off and then chop off the I'm going to call it a drumstick. Yeah. Make sure these are sharp because Each individual chicken wing I'm going to dry with a paper towel. Place them all in a big bowl cuz we got to season them. Half of my chicken wings are going to be buffalo. The other half are going to be garlic parmesan. I'm not adding salt to this right now because buffalo sauce is super salty in my opinion. Paprika.
Garlic powder. Olive oil. Putting these in the air fryer. So, we have to have oil on these. Pepper. Now, it was really cool because my husband went to my PO box today and there was a gift there.
And guess what? She freaking sent me.
How did she know I was making chicken wings? Thank you, Beth L, for sending me these wonderful gifts. She also sent me a meat thermometer. She definitely knew I was making chicken wings. And look at these little mini casserole dishes.
Maybe I'll make some French onion soup with these or mini sourdoughs.
Who knows? And Beth, I hope that you had a wonderful Mother's Day, too. Thank you so much for my gifts tonight. They're awesome. Now, if you have gloves, use them for this part cuz we're going to mix these all together.

>> Yeah, that's why we wear gloves. Wear gloves so that way it doesn't get on our skin. Once these are all mixed together, we're going to set these aside.
Now, I'm just going to cover it up with a paper towel. It'll be fine. For the garlic parmesan butter, you do not need to do it on the stove top. Put in a half a stick of butter in a glass bowl and melt it in the microwave.
I'm using grated Parmesan cheese. You can use fresh if your little heart desires.
>> We're going to measure out one whole cup of Parmesan cheese. Somebody's upset when I go outside. 2 tablespoon of parsley. Just take the cap off. And I should have put the garlic in there with the butter when I microwaved it. So, do that if you're making this. One healthy tablespoon of garlic. We're going to add salt straight to this mixture. Stir this all up. It's going to make almost like a paste and it smells phenomenal. We're going to set this aside. I'm not going to use this until my wings are done.
It's becoming very messy. You should see outside of the camera angle like this side right here is full of stuff. Take your chicken wings, line them up in your air fryer, and we're going to put them in our air fryer.
Set your air fryer to 390°. We're going to do 20 25 minutes. And thanks to Beth, I have a thermometer so I can check the tent to see if it's 165°.
>> Now it's time for those wings. We still have some cooking. It takes forever. So, I'm going to get started cuz people are starting to get hangry. Throw in some of that garlic mixture that we made earlier. Garlic Parmesan. I mean, this is not coating very nicely. I'm going to pop this in the microwave just to heat up that butter again cuz I think it's hardened.
>> Now, I wasn't recording. I made the buffalo already.
Super simple. This is the best buffalo sauce you can ever buy in my opinion.
Throw a little bit in there. Shake them up. And it's that easy. Garlic parmesan.
I really just think it would have been so much simpler if I made this after the wings were done cuz that butter solidified. So, going to keep mixing it till everything's evenly coated. I mean, look at that garlic parmesan chicken wing. Oh my goodness.
Honestly, that's the best garlic parmesan chicken wing I've ever had above any restaurants, pizza shops anywhere. Now for the buffalo.
