[00:00:00]I say it's a win-win. You go in there and you might find out some evidence from the other side. You might get to hear Sometimes people just want to talk, let the other side hear them why they're upset, why they're angry. Once that's off their chest, they feel better.

[00:00:12]You're not going through lengthy courtroom discussions and, you know, litigation. And so, um I say it's a win-win for both parties. But some people say it's a lose-lose because if I went in there thinking I was wrongfully terminated and I deserve a million dollars and my company walks in and says, "I don't think they deserve anything." Right? So, at the end if we've settled on $20,000, I feel slight, you know, slighted because I didn't get my full amount and my company's mad because they're paying something.

[00:00:39]>> [laughter] >> So, it's a lose-lose. You don't have a real winner, either. Um but I think that's the the point of ADR. We're trying to resolve it, you know, not everyone's going to win all the time.
