They were sued ultimately by Midland Credit Management, a debt purchaser. And the original creditor was Barclays Bank. And so they produced a credit agreement here. And now what is a credit agreement? This is the document that, you know, our client allegedly agreed to. It sets the terms and conditions of the original credit card. This was for a Priceline account. So, a lot of times people don't really know who a debt buyer is. Who is Midland Credit Management? Well, it's someone that bought debt from original creditor.
