[00:00:14]A newly resigned California mayor is charged with acting as an illegal agent of China. The Justice Department says 58-year-old Eileen Wang of Arcadia is has agreed to plead guilty. It says she faces a decade in prison. The FBI alleges Wang and her former fiance posted propaganda on what was labeled a news site. It says they acted on directions from Chinese officials. The city of Arcadia says Wang has resigned from the city council and vacated her position as mayor.
