Imagine you are in a situation where you are talking to multiple people at the same time and they are listening what you are saying and you lose your thoughts mid sentence you lose your train of thoughts or you are approaching a girl and after you approached you just freeze you don't know what to say next so this is social anxiety and I went through hell of social anxiety in my life and I actually destroyed my social anxiety and I want to teach you how to do it because it's not like people say on the YouTube it's not like that they are telling you pretty bad advice they are telling you just go out and talk to people but going outside and talking to random people will feel impossible for you of course it feels impossible your whole life you never did that so my advice is actually to get a side hustle or some job which is social for me what saved me was working side hustle in Uber I was working a taxi Uber and I was working like night shifts most of the time and every day when there are like I pick the girls from the club or guys and every day they just begin some conversation and after few months working every day in Uber I I got used to small talk I got used like it was normal for me It became normal Before this, I could never small talk I was not good at it I didn't have this emotional intelligence to read what people think So I can reply with exact sentence that is needed to reply I always miss this I always say something that is stupid But now through this practice working Uber, I I actually became good with this And this is the best advice I can give you So just exposure through some job through some activity which it see normal for you to interact with other people that you don't know and next advice is to become proud of yourself through some activity that you are doing every day It can be a skill It can be going to the gym building a body Basically get above the average guy like become something that is more than average when you become like better than other people in certain aspects of life, you will get some confidence and now with this confidence and the exposure talking to people through that job or activity which requires you to be social you will become more and more confident You will just get this charisma naturally Charisma is not something that you learn It's your default state But you have been probably staying in home too much, staying in your house, you have been doing activities which reduced your natural charisma Now you have to get it back to normal state because it's basically if you don't train a muscle, if you just laying home, it will atrophy It will reduce its size It's not going to be like normal muscle It's going to be too small So this is same for social skills and for charisma Next thing which nobody talks about and I mentioned this on this channel a lot is your integrity and semen retention increases your integrity This is life hack If I could give you just one advice it would be get on se retention streak because se retention will make you become who you want to be It will become your authentic self People are attracted to your authentic self If you feel like you are wearing a mask that you are pretending to be someone else, this is because you lack integrity, you are lying to yourself You need to get on steam retention streak This is how you stop leaking your energy When you stop leaking your energy, your frequency will increase and your frequency increases You will automatically want to be more in alignment with yourself You will want to have more integrity And now when you have more integrity, you will also have more authenticity When you have more authenticity, people will like you more And and when you have nothing to hide, there's nothing to be anxious about So it's all about how you perceive yourself because this world is mirror If you perceive yourself certain way, people will also perceive you that way So basically social anxiety is fixable I fixed it I had very very bad social anxiety I couldn't talk to people I was scared even if I go to the supermarket, to the store I was scared to talk to cashier I was scared I had intrusive thoughts and when I fixed my integrity, when I got on sim retention streak, when I started driving Uber, talking small talk every day and I went to the gym Of course, you go to the gym, you become the best version of yourself you build a body and all those things combined they will destroy your social anxiety There's no cure for social anxiety in one week This takes some time It takes some dedication
