[00:00:00]It's been a real tough cold and flu season this year and I found this really incredibly helpful.

[00:00:07]Um it's a guy that tells you exactly what to do to prevent your illness from your cold from becoming pneumonia, what to do, you know, every day if you're sick to help you get through it.

[00:00:20]And if you uh this was really awesome. We put this I'm going to put this on my fridge. It it tells you exactly when you need to go get help and you know, can you take care of this at home? Do I got to go to the doctor? Do I got to go to urgent care?

[00:00:37]Do I got to go to the ER?

[00:00:39]And if I do got to go, it tells me what I need to bring, what questions I'm going to be asked.

[00:00:44]Um it's even got these really cool like scenario cards that goes through, you know, exactly what we would need to do in these types of situations. Um which was really helpful cuz it kind of called me out on, you know, taking DayQuil and NyQuil every day. I'm masking my symptoms and and it and showed me that there's you know, uh that could be bad and um uh this is awesome. I I got it for $5. I mean, this thing I'm going to laminate it. I got the laminator out. I'm going to put it in a binder and I'll just keep this in our medicine cabinet in case something comes up.
