Within the past couple of hours, the all-Republican court ruled that the lawmakers did not vacate their offices during the quorum break, dealing a blow to Governor Greg Abbott and Republican leaders. This is video of some of the more than 50 Texas Democrats last year who left for states like New York and Illinois in an attempt to stop a vote on the redistricting plan backed by President Trump.
