The video provides a sharp analysis of how removing a "moral anchor" shifts the story from a tactical chess match to unbridled chaos. It correctly identifies that without Vanessa, the protagonist loses his primary leverage, leaving only the inevitability of total war.

The Consequences Of Vanessa Fisk Dying In Daredevil: Born Again Season 2…Ajouté :
Okay, we seriously need to talk about that new Daredevil Born Again episode because now I feel like Born Again is officially on the level of the Netflix show. And I mean that both literally and figuratively. They literally created flashbacks that took place before the Netflix show officially started. And they were able to replicate the Netflix look so well. It looked ripped out of the Netflix show. I like how this episode ties everything together. We got Foggy back and we also got the return of Wesley. And Wesley is basically the one who set up Fisk and Vanessa. And he also knows Buck and he basically knited him to be the new right-hand man to Fisk.
And I like how they use the flashbacks as a way to send off both Foggy Nelson and Vanessa Fisk. If this was the last time we see Elden Henson as Foggy, I'm perfectly fine with that. It was a great sendoff to the character. I wish they didn't kill him off, but it is what it is. But regarding Vanessa dying, on one hand, I didn't like how it was played out. They could have just killed her off at the end of episode 4. But on the other hand, this character was like the only one keeping Fisk sane, and they are both bad people, but they have been together for so long now. And I just love how Fisk had a glimmer of hope just to lose everything. Only Vincent Denafhrio can make me feel bad for Kingpin. Dude was acting so well in this episode. But I don't think we realize the consequences of Vanessa dying because Vanessa was the only one keeping Fisk in check. With her gone, we are going to see the scariest Kingpin known to man. We are going to see a Kingpin with nothing left to lose. He lost the love of his life. And yeah, he's going to be so unhinged. Kingpin is going to go from mayor to tyrant real quick. And another thing is with Vanessa dead, Matt's leverage against Fisk is gone.
Now, the reason Kingpin hasn't revealed Daredevil's identity to the world is because Matt used Vanessa in his threat against Fisk. Matt told Fisk if he leaked his identity or hurt Foggy or Karen, he was going to go after Vanessa and put her in prison for the murder of Ray Nadine. With Vanessa gone now, there's nothing left to stop Fisk from leaking Daredevil's identity. Matt is screwed. I also find it hilarious how the show made it seem like Vanessa was going into heaven when that's far from the case. This is the same lady that got Nadim and Foggy killed. She is not seeing the pearly gates. I cannot wait for episode 6. Man, the rest of season 2 is going to be insane. We are about to witness potentially the greatest crash out in MCU history.
