And like we were saying, today we have some special pieces. Uh, it's not a main main live we usually do with new stuff or even though it will repeat, we have a huge selection. Today, we just have a small item, small amount of items that we have here with us at home and that we wanted to show. And these are it's a part of our old inventory of when we used to do the shows and at the jewelry um trade shows every weekend. So we still have a few pieces left and a couple of pieces that we have that have stuck with us in our trips.

That's why we would like also to to show them to you these items and maybe something will catch your eye and at the same time we thought that we are going to use the chance to ask to answer a couple of questions that we have received recently um is um we start to have uh more follow new followers on YouTube as well uh presently but I would never think that YouTube would be the platform right where we where were going to be having followers. >> So, first thing um to explain to people, we don't have a catalog because we don't have a jewelry brand, right? We're not a jewelry brand. So, uh we are I think we are for the girls who who know Gashelle I think a good name I like I like to call ourselves enables, right?

So what we do is we we have access and we try to give you access to jewelry from many countries, right? So uh we travel every month to a different country and we try to make it a different of course sometimes we we will repeat and the important is we try to um get jewelry from new places from new designers new manufacturers new workshops that they make new jewelry >> and I think here the most important is that we try to go directly to the source Uh so there are no uh middleman um invol there's no middleman involved. So we again our objective is to bring you jewelry um a part of new designs something uh totally different uh to bring jewelry at very accessible prices very interesting prices for you.
>> Yeah and I I wouldn't say we are against branding of course. Of course not. It's not a material, >> but it's it's it's to uh pinpoint the difference between jewelry that is branded and the jewelry that we bring.
It's like we can have the same same quality. It can have even better quality in some cases, but it's about a fair pricing, right? So, when you're buying a brand, of course, you're buying um a design that you like, but you have to bear in mind that always with a brand, it's going to come the expenses of that brand. and you're paying for that price.
>> For example, one of the most um common question that we were receiving uh again going back to the times when we're doing shows, it was like um because when we start to do shows all over United States, we would be showing just sterling silver jewelry uh from Mexico, for Mexican artisans, for Mexican workshops. So a lot of people would be asking like ah why it doesn't say like it says s silver 925 but why it's not it doesn't say uh Mexico right we were receiving a lot of lot of questions like this and to be honest to you at the beginning like we were like we don't know the answer to this question so we went uh back with the with the artisans and with the workshops and we asked them like why it's never says Mexico and they explain to us because they are sourcing to many uh places including to some people that um they say that these are their designs.
So uh like this it works better for everyone that they are not stamping that this design was done in Mexico.
So um >> yes that's that's one of the reasons why from some countries they don't well from all the country they don't understand the origin so they allow uh brands to come and source from them. Mhm. Even from different countries, right?
>> So that's an example of how a brand comes uh purchases from the manufacturers we work with uh and then they branded as theirs and they sell it as theirs and they market it as theirs.
So of course all that has an impact on the price which is it's reasonable. It's okay. Uh many brands pay a lot for marketing. they pay a lot for uh their renting and their labor and all of these things. So >> we understand our our job you say is to give you access to all these beautiful jewelry and especially to access of jewelry that you might not be able to find as easy here in the US or at all in the US. Many of the many of the manufacturers that we work with and the jewelers we work with, they don't sell in the US.
>> Yes. Yes. Surprisingly, you would think that uh in the United States, they bring jewelry from all over the world, which which is correct.
>> They do. They do, >> but they don't bring >> but not everybody.
>> Not everybody and not all types of the jewelry. Right.
>> Right. So, so important to mention that that we don't work with a catalog. We discover designers. We discover manufacturers and we discover um uh craft craft craftmen craft there's also a woman of course maybe I don't know what's the right word >> I would call it a craftman in general right >> right yeah so and that's that's our job to go around discover them >> uh see what they have and and if we think their jewelry is worth showing um because it has a high standards of quality, high standards in the gemstones and we've seen for example first I remember we were very much to let's only silver and gold right >> and we we've been surprised like we've seen some jewelry for example in brass that looks very expensive just from watching we think it's very expensive and >> and pro that kind of jewelry probably already some of you you are having um you you're having those piec pieces. For example, those items from uh France, right? The these are they they are from brass with a hand painted enamel. I think those are gorgeous pieces. And again, my impression was the first time I saw the jewelry that those are that is gold and probably those pieces are going to be very very pricey pieces. And even at the at the beginning, I told her, "Look, I think those it's going to be some crazy price." So even we kind of like um almost almost uh lost >> we almost we almost miss it because at the beginning we thought no that's going to be gold and it's going to be too expensive but >> it turned out that it's uh it's brass which makes the price uh way lower if we're thinking of course if we're comparing with gold or even with silver again some very beautiful very upto-ate designs hand painted enamel I love that they um have enamel in such a big variety of the of the colors and yes we absolutely love that um that product and we were happy heavy happy to to bring to you.
>> Yeah. So um well this is what we want to um if you're if you're new following us this is one of the things we wanted to clarify that we don't work with the catalog we don't have a cure brand we we we give access we bring you access we want to give you access to many many kind of jewelry from all over all the world >> and this jewelry you can uh you can see during our lives uh sometimes uh we collaborate with other people Sometimes we do we make u our own lives uh and you can watch them in replay and of course if you're following us on Instagram on Facebook uh there in the stories I always try to post uh photos and videos of the items that they are available and um they available in the moment or again if uh we don't have in the moment size that you are looking for talking about rings or necklaces is um we can make some items specially for you.

>> Right. Correct. So um what else? What I wanted to answer that question because that specific question came from a follower that is in Mexico.

So the point of also answering uh about the catalog is also to answer to this um person that she was kind enough to contact us. She's based in Mexico. She was asking if we could supply to her. So in the case of so we are kind of limited to supply only to customers in the US now because we move all around and our business started um >> in Mexico >> in Mexico for us to deliver uh if you're based in Mexico it is possible >> so I think it would be case by case if somebody wants to contact us from other countries we would have to check and we would have to check not because we cannot ship We can we can ship everywhere in the world. It's just because of the cost of shipping, right?
>> Sometimes it's worth if you're buying a uh a bigger piece or a more pricey piece, maybe it's worth paying for the shipping expense. For smaller pieces, sometimes it's not. It's not worth it.
And that's when it comes like in this old like we move around and we have we have pieces come and going from different countries back and forth. And Mexico is one of the places we can do shipping. But mainly for you guys to to know that it's the US, our our our base, our business where our business is located. And if you're in you're located in other countries, let us know and we'll check if it's possible to do a shipping to your country.

One thing is when you see the piece in the live on the live and when you receive them, I think it's it's much much it's always a nice surprise to see that the piece is much nicer than what you see on screen. Yeah, look, I think that of course um when we show sometimes we depend a lot on the connection on of the internet uh sometimes and very often even with a good connection of the internet camera is um sometimes um is not exactly very clear of showing the the colors of the stones you know and of course I think that's very different to catch the beauty of the stone uh with your price uh than comparing how you see it in the camera.
But yes, we always know that it's going to be a good surprise for you guys when you will see uh these items in person because again we we try to to pass these items through the filter that uh we we we like the quality uh we like the quality of the work. like the quality of the stones and we are totally sure that this is exactly the jewelry what we want to show to you and uh yes always always with hope that you are going to be even more impressed by the beauty of these items when you are going to see them in person >> so Alicia agrees like um yes sometimes they're not really here but in person they're they're beautiful we always try to work to have the best connection the best internet but you know in this sometimes you are in a trade show. You are in a >> Yeah, trade show is a it's a different kind of a uh how to say it uh is a special kind of um a challenge. It's a special kind of a challenge, right? Because in the trade shows internet as always internet is not the most good one, you know, >> challenge. But for example, the other day we were with some friends that they they uh they have their warehouse and for some reason they don't have they don't have uh Wi-Fi. They work with the internet in their phones. So >> yeah, there can be so many different >> So it happens but we try to work on that. Uh we look to try to show you the best possible so you can see or try to see the more accurate possible. But yes, I think that's in general a good effect that we've heard a lot that everybody's very very happy and things are much nicer when they receive them than what they expected. So it kind of helps that it's it always surpasses your expectations. And also like we really appreciate your trust uh that you trust us that we are showing you um that we are showing you jewelry worth uh your attention and these are nice pieces and uh yeah that's also very important uh for us to realize that you you trust us enough so you almost sometimes I would I would dare to say uh purchasing almost with blind eyes you know like I mean almost blindly purchasing because the connection sometimes really can be not good at all. And uh and even though yeah, you are you are very open to to stay with us, watch our lives and um and and purchase uh during this lives.

We give it a we give it a item number and then you can um that's that's how you can um request it's not exactly the word but you can order your your piece by commenting sold and the item number. Uh starting from there if you're already a regular customer we will have your details. If you're a new customer, the only thing we require from you is you send us your email by direct message and uh we send you in the evening or as soon as we finish the the live, we try to send you an invoice so you can pay out the invoice. I'm sure a lot of people in the US are are known they will know >> they're familiar >> they're familiar to the square platform.
many restaurants and shops and online shops they use the square platform the same as stripe and other other options.
So um square is one of the options or is option that we use. So you go to your email and online you can do your payment and apart from paying with your credit card or debit card we have the option of afterpay which let you uh let you pay in in several payments uh I think goes up to four with no interest or you can go up to one year with some interest on the on the on over the price of the item. So it's very simple the same as if you have any questions write to us and myself um we are the business we are the company so any questions will be directly with us and we will take care of you.

That the p pieces were literally like um baking there and getting ready for for the next um for the next process of um >> I I think for example we see a big difference between some of the jeweler for example from Mexico from Italy. It's not so much >> the capacity of the jeweler or the silver smith or the gold smith. It's about it's about the equipment.

>> And what the guys have >> in in terms of quality, what the guys have in Italy is that they have >> the last, you know, state-of-the-art tools to make their to make their >> their jewelry.
>> Yeah. And even if some pieces for example that they um the final work is they put kind of like all together you know like from the even some for example some beads that they were done imagine by machine but in the end of the process everything is put together for example the stones I set uh by hand of course enamel pieces the enamel is painted by hand and yeah so I uh among many many uh places. Enamel place was also very very special for me and um that would be that would be great right to have the chance one day to go and work >> hopefully because also we know that they have some uh new stuff that they could not show us um in the time we were there.
>> So yeah hopefully we >> and Gal is is writing is the enamel vendor the same vendor that makes the jewelry for the luxury houses. Yes, that that is the same. Uh Vanderelle Car is right. Um and Car is writing, "I loved all the pieces I got and regret not getting more pieces." Uh I'm wearing the the green heart right now. I'm so cool, Gelle. Very very nice. And uh yes, that place um we we we at the beginning we didn't know that they work for all those luxury houses. No, already been just been in the >> in the until we came to the workshop.
>> Until we came to the workshop and they start to give us a tour and walk us around and say like ah this is these are the pieces for Chanel and this is the pieces for this and this is in the oven they are baking already uh pieces uh enamel is getting dry uh for this brand.
So this is when we start to I mean actually they mention that they work with with brands right but uh once like when you hear when you hear this it's not the same when you see all those pieces you know like >> been in the process you know like >> but I don't think they told us in the show I think we knew until we came into their workshop >> and this is one of the examples that we're talking about like for example that vendor in particular we I could say that We were with him by luck >> because we were supposed to to work with them at the show >> but for some reason during the show we didn't have the chance >> and you know why we didn't have the chance because somehow in Europe it's a little bit crazy the last day of the show it's kind of like as if uh it's very short day at the show and you are like we are counting on that day that we will be able to uh to work with somebody and to show to you But by the time the show closes, it's >> it was too late already.
>> It was it was too early in the morning here. So we're we're normally not able to do much.
>> Yeah. Especially because of the time difference. Sometimes it's not helping us at all. Depends where we are. When we are in Mexico, we have all the time in the world. We we can start in the morning and finish late in the evening.
