We have no machinery, not the men, not the money, to fight the bear, even if we wanted to. They're not our strategic It's absolutely ludicrous, and he's pandering to Congress. There is no special relationship between Britain and America. None. Believe me, I'm an old man, and I've worked inside the belly of the beast, inside NATO, and inside politics. There's no special relationship.
