[00:00:00]Hi, I'm Brandon and I'm back to do another commentary. This one on Davoot Ozan. He's not really a well-known guy.

[00:00:07]I can't I' I've seen his segment at some point, but it's been a long time, so I really know nothing about him. So, let's uh let's get into this one and see what's going on with him.

That's more than just the the predator bust, which is obviously the main part, but it's kind of funny just to see how how things work behind the scenes what's going on. So, they're not surprised when the guy leaves because I'm not communicating with the police.

[00:00:50]So, there has to be a way for them to kind of figure out what potential threat they're going to face. Once this man walks from our investigation into their investigation, >> it's kind of funny how Chris, even uh even in the newer Takedown ones, he always calls it an investigation. No one else uses that term whenever even just people in the tecap community, we always call it like a sting or some other word.

And if they come up with a good enough story, they're going to walk right out that door and face no consequences at all.

[00:06:00]But I've got the transcripts and once I start reading those, that typically opens them up and that's when they start saying, "Okay, here's what I did. Here's what I was up to."

[00:06:11]>> Yeah. Yeah, it's funny in all like there's been hundreds of these guys that have come through these uh multiple versions of these stings and not one has ever had a plausible excuse. Like not once has ever anyone ever told a story.

[00:06:27]Okay. Yeah, I see. I see your side of it." All the evidence, everything they said in the chat log, no matter how graphic it was or not, just that combined with them showing up at the house to meet a minor, like there is absolutely no excuse for it. You have a pretty explicit talk here.

[00:07:12]That's the worst thing that would have ever come out of this whole situation were it real is that Dvoot is embarrassed. Well, Dvoot, you're going to be more embarrassed when the cameras come out. But, uh, for this moment, I can safely say that I don't care that you are embarrassed.

Being religious does not mean it doesn't not it doesn't mean you're you would do something like this, but it doesn't mean you wouldn't. It's a completely separate issue. It's like, yeah, there's going to be a certain segment of the population that's going to do this kind of thing, and whether they're religious or not has nothing to do with it. So, for them to try to use that as a defense, kind of like a religious person wouldn't do that. We've seen throughout history that that is not the case. Most religious people are good, but there's a lot that are complete scumbags that would do this. So try don't try to say that you're religious. You're you're literally caught doing it right now. So saying that you wouldn't do it because you're religious is idiotic.

Uh he wasn't breaking any laws. And and that went on for a while until, you know, I started confronting him with the transcripts.

And they did tell me it's against the law here in the What a [ __ ] [ __ ] They tell me this guy is like, "Hey guys, I've been talking to this uh young teenage girl online. I was thinking of going over there for sex. Uh what do you think about that?" And they're like, "Dude, that's totally illegal. What's wrong with you?" And he's like, "Well, I'm going to go check it out anyway."

Something Terry Wagner or something like that. uh the George Lucas Predator who said that he consulted a lawyer to ask if doing this was okay. Are are the those the only two guys that ever did that? This seems weird to have someone ask you if doing if doing this with a minor is legal and then you tell them no and then they do it anyway. I think that just shows even more intent. It's like they were hoping he was hoping his friend would be like, "Oh yeah, go ahead.

It doesn't work like that. If they tell you their age, that's their age. That's why people have identification. You don't go by how old they look. They have identification that says how old they are. So when you try to go into a bar or buy alcohol or things like that that you have to show the ID that has their birth date on it to verify that they are of legal age. You don't get to just look at them and then decide whether or not they are because in every every sick perve out there would be deciding that every girl out there is at least 18 years old because that's how they look. Even if they don't ma matter it's like what she what did she say in the chat? She said she was 15. There's no argument there.

[00:18:22]But you still have to go by what they say. There's no way around this. These guys, they want to do this so badly that they have this excuse in their head like while they're doing it. Well, if I get caught, I can just say, you know, I didn't believe her age or I thought this, but her profile said this. Somehow there's a way to circumvent the law and commit this horrible crime and get away with it.

[00:18:43]These predators have been around now for like 20 years or obviously they've been around for like ever, but these kind of stings have been around for at least 20 years in this uh in this uh the way they do them on TV. So they've they've refined the law to the point where there's not going to be some blatant loophole that can allow any guy to get away with this. These guys are stupid. I thought she was 18. No. What did she tell you? Like every guy says that. It's just it it makes me angry.
