This video provides a comprehensive 50-day revision strategy for CSIR NET Physics, emphasizing that students should plan each day individually rather than creating rigid long-term schedules, with 4 hours daily sufficient to qualify the exam by focusing on high-yield topics like thermodynamics and statistical mechanics, while maintaining consistency through daily assignments and weekly mock tests.

CSIR NET July 2026 | 50 Days Revision and Problem practice| Orientation Class | PhysicsByAaryanAdded:
So, welcome everyone.
Welcome to the course and also I want to guide you basically so that you have a complete understanding that how to tackle the things on day-to-day basis.
So, from now on till your examination there is not going to be one plan.
Understand one thing in your mind that you don't have to make one plan because if you make one plan and then next day you are not able to study then what will happen is that that that plan will go away and then you will not be able to come back to and then you will again make a new plan.
So, one thing which everyone has to avoid is such kind of planning.
Day one day two, day three, day four. So, this kind of things we don't do anymore. This is not class 11 12. We are not child because what the thing is that in class 11 12 you only have a preparation. So, you do it and then you can maintain.
Understand one thing. You have to plan a day.
And then I will also tell you that in your day where do I fit?
So, you have to plan a day. So, if I wake up, this is my plan. This is my day. Day number one.
Let's not say day number one. This is not day number one. You are not restarting your preparation. You are resuming your preparation. You have done MSc. You know many things.
Now you are building up on that. Okay?
So, don't think that this is the day number one. This is a many of the days.
This is one of the day. So, today it is 1 June.
Okay? So, ask yourself few questions before you begin the day.
Number one, you have to ask yourself the question that what is my commitments today?
Okay?
So, for example, if today is Sunday that I don't have any commitments. So, let's say today is Monday. So, I have to go to PhD lab or maybe you have to go to your exam for MSc or maybe you have to go for something. You have some parents. You have to go do something with them.
Take someone to a doctor or something like that you have to do. So, it matters. Think of it like that, how many usable hours I have for today.
First thing in the morning or in the night, whatever. Okay, now I have woken up. Many people make a plan one day night before. So, what happens is if you make a plan one night before that you will wake up at 8:00 a.m. and then you are not able to wake at a.m. you are able to get 12:00 p.m.
4 hours are there. So, whenever you wake up I don't take things very stressful.
Stay calm. Maja karo life may enjoy. You wake up at 12:00 p.m. don't guilt yourself that you wake up at 12:00 p.m.
Utho.
Now you say okay, now my day has started.
So, before I have to sleep again, how many usable hours I have?
My personal recommendation is that if you spend 4 hours every day, 4 hours every day, you have a capability to increase around two marks on a daily basis.
Two marks will increase on a every single basis.
If you give 6 hours or more than that, then you can increase three to four marks every single day.
Okay, it is not like someone who do a more hard work is going to achieve more marks.
And what this course will give you is that if you are someone who only can give 4 hours, this course has enough for you which can cross your 100 marks.
You understand one thing, if you only have three to four hours in a day, then you cannot expect to complete an entire syllabus and complete everything.
That is a beyond realistic expectation.
If you have 6 hours per day, you can imagine of completing the things more most more or less all the things.
So, based on your assessment, both of them qualifying an exam and qualifying every covering everything are the two different aspects.
So, if you have 4 hours, focus on qualifying the exam daily basis, stick to one topic which can give you two marks in an exam. You can increase on average two marks on a daily basis.
That's all. If you have 6 hours or more than that per day, you imagine of doing many things in a day.
Hello.
You will have too much. Even if you are deciding to give 12 hours per day, this course has too much content that you will even be able to study for 12 hours.
And if you only have 4 hours, you can manage in 4 hours as well.
So, I'm going to do it. I will help you.
So, let's say morning you wake up.
Today you have 6 hours or 8, 3, 4, no hours. If you do not have any hours in a very early morning decide itself that today I do not have any time for CSIR NET.
So, then don't guilty yourself into the thinking I'm not preparing for NET.
Then in the morning itself you decide I have to study for this subject.
I have today different commitments.
Okay.
So, now in these commitments, how much time you need to give me at least?
At least that is the minimum time I expect from you.
So, one I expect is that from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.
Okay. You give me a time and that time is for subject number one.
Now, 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. are those subjects which are problem rich. For example, quantum mechanics, EMT.
We already covered classical.
Electronics. These are the topics which are both in part B as well as in part C and they are large subjects and they are more problem involving subjects.
8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. So, basically this class ends about 7:45. So, then 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. you have 15 minute of break and then we do the subject two. These subjects are more theory rich. For example, atomic and molecular, nuclear and particle physics and solid state physics.
I will never give you any homework based on this lecture.
So, this will not have any homework. And you will daily have a homework based on this lecture.
Okay. So, every single day you will have an assignment which will be based on this.
So, now your 2.5 hours are gone here.
If if This is a very if and but statement.
Take it very very seriously. I I am a very very very very cool guy. I'm very very funny person. I am very very friendly. But one thing that I do not tolerate at all is inconsistency.
Okay.
Either I care so much about my batch and if my batch shows a tantrum, then I don't care at all.
So, more or less in last two batches, the reason for success is that student were very very good. I received very good student. And in this batch also, I have many good students. I have 70-80 people already which are very consistent. So, I cannot tolerate inconsistency. So, one thing that I will really recommend you to every day attend the class.
Only and only if you have an embassy, you have a coaching institution, you you go for teach somewhere, uh you have PhD, and you are not free between 6:30 to 9:00 p.m.
Or you are in default by default even if you're free, you do not have enough energy to attend during that classes. Or maybe you have to cut short your time, then only I would say that you can rely on watching the recordings.
But in that case also, keep me in the loop. You have my WhatsApp number.
Decide pre-handedly that I'm going to watch recordings. Message me that sir, I'm going to watch recordings.
Uh today I completed this recording.
Tomorrow I'm complete this one. Keep me in the loop so I know that you are at least if you're not attending live, you are a student in the batch.
If you stay hidden, then I don't care you stay hidden. But if you decide to interact, it will be much better for you.
My from my side, interaction doors are always open.
So, why you should also some people should watch lecture only if you have a messy you're doing a messy or something like that. Recording me got that you can fast forward. Recording me you can skip.
So, these kind of things if you want to do then only you stick to recording otherwise live classes are best because it can maintain your consistency.
After class they can your classes done.
So, 2.5 hours goes here without any debate. Then 9:00 p.m. you take your dinner whatever you want to do take do it rest sometime. Then I dedicatedly need at least 1.5 hours from you.
So, then I need 1.5 hours from you whenever you give and ideally before sleeping you should give for assignment.
Because there will be a daily assignment submission on Google classroom. I will share the new link. I have already generated it. So, after my classes I will share the link with you.
You can submit your assignments there.
So, today if we cover electrodynamics so after one day or two day whenever you are your topic is done you receive an assignment and you have to submit it.
Many questions of an assignment which I feel are difficult I already solve it in the class itself with revision.
Some questions are repetitive so that you have to do by yourself and then you have to do that uh solving make a PDF and submit.
There are two submissions. One submission is you upload in a Google Classroom and also you you send it in the WhatsApp group.
So, why you send it in a WhatsApp group to give an idea to your friends that okay you are studying.
Why you submit in a Google Classroom to give an idea to me that sir I'm submitting. So, WhatsApp group is for your friends to know that okay this person is submitting a lot.
Google Classroom is for me that I know that you are submitting another.
Okay, so that I can track you. We have an automatic tracker in Google Classroom where we can see that which student has submitted how many assignments.
Okay, so this in total give you 4 hours.
If you only and only give me 4 hours then in these 4 hours you are going to cover 37 to 38 lectures, which will cover up to 30 topics.
Okay, so in next 40 45 days, we will have 37 to 38 lectures. Remove the Sundays. Remove some buffer period because we have to complete at least one week before. Otherwise, till 17 July, I cannot keep teaching you. So, until one one week before I have to finish. So, also take away Sundays. 37 to 38 lectures I will have with you. In these 38 lectures, roughly you will complete 30 topics. So, if you give four hours on a daily basis, you are going to complete 30 topics.
Okay, with 30 topics, you can count your score, how much you get. All these 30 topics, you will see in an exam.
At least more than 70 80 80% of topics you will see in actual exam.
What will be the difficulty level of the question? That depends upon the exam.
Okay.
So, this is a This is for those people who have very less time. Everyone has to do this much.
If you do not have more than four hours, do not think about anything else. I should also do that. I should also do that. I should also do mathematics. I should also do mechanics. I should also do backlog. I should also watch this.
Nothing. You don't have time.
Accept that when I was in IIT Delhi, I qualified my exam GATE and just all of that and during that period, the only thing is that you have Accept the reality. That what is my reality?
No. Other than that. If you have extra two hours more on a daily basis, you can give me two more hours. Plus two hours.
Ideally, I expect this plus two hours before the class.
So, before the class, like for example, you woke up Let's say you wake up around regular Wake up at a good time, 12:00 p.m.
Around so.
So, okay.
Two hours you get.
Then you again sleep.
Before the class again sleep. Then 6:00 p.m. you wake up. Again you attend the classes and then have a dinner and do assignment and then again sleep.
Be very comfortable. 6 to 7 hours if you are able to work comfortably without overthinking, then that is more or less enough.
If you can give me two more extra hours, then you your course already contains very first thing, thermodynamics and statistical mechanics 18 lectures, 18 revision lectures are already uploaded.
18 revision lectures.
Okay.
These are already uploaded. And two lectures I will take more, which is quantum statistical mechanics.
So, two more. So, plus 20 lectures are only on thermodynamics and statistical mechanics.
If you So, today you join, so what is your backlog? Already let me describe you what is your backlog, which I'm not going to cover in the live class again. Okay. So, this is your backlog, mathematical physics, classical mechanics, electrostatics, not complete EMT, but electrostatics and magnetism.
We still have to do EM waves, part C syllabus, which is more difficult part.
And number four, thermo and stat.
So, this is your backlog.
Okay.
Now, how to start covering your backlog?
My first and most foremost suggestion to you will be come start from thermo and stat.
Why not electromagnetism? Because we are covering electromagnetism, so the logic says that first I should do electrostatics, magnetism, and then I should go for thermo and stat. This is going to be a wrong approach. If you have not watched electrostatics lecture with me, I will really, really recommend that you start from thermo and stat. The reason being if you're not good in this Let's say you're not very good in this.
Most of the people are not very good in EMT.
Then by spending a time on EMT 50% of the EMT you are not going to achieve too much in an exam because there can always be a numerical which can be difficult and you may not be able to solve it.
But once you watch my lectures of thermal and stat these 20 lectures you complete five questions four to five questions. 110% you will be able to solve.
Last year this happened. In gate head this happened. In just this happened.
These 20 lectures are not a theory as well as not one of I'm not covering it as a point of theory. It is basically everything which you need in thermal and stat.
Carnot cycle, refrigerator, heat pump, kinetic theory of gases, virial theorem, how to find averages of different different category.
Okay. And thermal and statistical mechanics from last two to three years which we are seeing last two to three years means more than five papers which we are seeing is very easy.
It can be easily solved other than few topics like random walk which question is coming to be difficult or one or two questions on one question on maybe your grand canonical and one question sometimes comes on canonical ensemble which is difficult to solve. Other than that most of the questions which are coming from thermal and stat. Once you understand the technique you can easily do it.
And when you say lectures it does not means lectures.
It also means that you have an assignments with it.
So it it will be needing so one lecture will roughly be having 60 to 90 minutes ka lecture.
Theek hai. So 30 to 40 minutes if you want daily basis give an assignment on it. So this portion needs at least two to 2.5 hours on a daily basis. Now how fast you complete it is depending on you.
From tomorrow, you will start getting an assignment submission link every day. I will be uploading one assignment of thermo and thermo and stat mech, which are already there in your course. I will show you where, but I will again upload on Google Classroom also so that you have a platform to submit as well.
Which gives you an idea that, "Okay, every day I have to submit also."
Okay.
Thermo and stat mech should be the first backlog you should cover because is messy. Once you complete this much part from my lectures, specially, you are here. Four to five questions with 100% certainty. No difficulty as it is. I mean, paper kisi bhi saal bahut difficult ho sakta but quantum statistical mechanics may all you need to know is my formula. I have given a formula in a very good sequence how to remember them. Last year, 32nd question was there. Five mark a question which can be done within 30 seconds based on my lecture and then it That's all.
Uh then last year, the question on kinetic theory of gases were there in which very simple you have to find an average. 30-second question.
Then you have two questions which are based on canonical ensemble. Very simple. Only random one question was there which was difficult and could not be solved based on the lectures. Other than then sabhi questions were very much doable.
Okay.
Once you're done with this, take time.
It's not like are you sara backlog khatam karna take your time.
And it is all also not like every day you have to cover this. Okay.
On whatever day you have more than six six or more than six hours, try for this.
And then on Sundays try to put some more effort or maybe someday holiday is there then put some more effort. Once it is Take Take time. Take around 20 25.
Around so you spend 20 25 days on only on thermo and stat.
Okay. As a back.
Other than my live classes.
Then you come to this mathematical and classical mechanics. This is very easily doable. This has eight lectures. This has seven lectures.
Very simple. Eight lectures may I have covered entire complex analysis. Eight lectures may matrices. A few years simple because matrices most of you have done many times.
Differential equation most of you have seen many times. Vector algebra many times you have seen. Uh probability many times you have seen.
You just need a good summary, good recap, good formula things and good quality questions done in one class.
So then you go to classical mechanics and mathematical physics depending upon you which is your weak. So if classical mechanics is more weak, start with classical then go for maths. If maths is more weak, start with maths and start with classical.
Before you start any of that, any of that Today I will give you two lectures on spherical polar coordinate and cylindrical polar coordinate.
If someone is not good in it, if you are good in it then you don't have to watch them at all.
If you are not good in them, only then before you even think about preparing for CSIR NET, you first of all cover these two.
So how to write area elements, how to write volume elements, what is H element.
Only then you will be able to make any sense in the physics.
Okay, uske bina it does not matter what you are studying. Ye do to is a top priority. Once it is done you can be regular with live classes, attend my live classes. In live classes everyday more or less in one or two days your one topic is getting completed and your part C syllabus is getting completed. So the most difficult portion which is part C you don't have to worry about it. Your part B is also getting covered.
These three these three are your responsibility especially thermal and statistical mechanics. For that very best lectures I've given you. Once you watch you will realize it is a very good summary. They are not very long unnecessary lectures. Very to the point information and to the point assignments are there.
Assignment discussions are also being done in the class.
Yeah, they can is should be the priority.
Okay, so every day everyone will come from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. 6:30 to 9:00 p.m.
is you and me. It's like a Valentine's Day between us.
So, it's between you and me. So, you don't give my time to anyone else, otherwise we will break up. Okay.
So, 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. we enjoy our company. We like our company. You and me talk, chat, discuss physics.
After 9:00 p.m. it's your dinner and then you do an assignment. If you don't do an assignment, it will be like you are not giving efforts for me. So, don't think you are preparing for CS and then you have to just impress me. Okay. I'm the most prettiest girl in the city. So, you have to impress me. Okay. So, think about day-to-day basis.
I don't know what you are talking about.
So, I will do too much.
I don't know what you are talking about.
So, I will do less. I don't know what you are talking about.
So, I will pursue I will manage. So, every week you have to maintain 28 hours as a minimum.
And 7 into 6 42 hours at a maximum.
You can either give to CS and then or give to whatever thing you want to do.
So, not like a full day you have to keep preparing for CS. Do some other things.
Okay, so before I go to showing you platform where is everything, any doubt in this one?
Yes.
Is it clear?
Okay, next 50 days going to be Yes.
Make it I should repeat again.
So, from now if you are doing assignments regularly, no need to do PYQ's PDF separately.
The assignment contains PYQ. So, you only have to do assignment.
Other than So, other than physics by Adam platform, you don't even need to pick anything up. Nothing at all.
I don't know what you are talking about.
Okay. Everything which is needed for qualification of exam is important.
Okay, last point.
Before I go to exam uh dashboard, mock test.
So, every Sunday you are going to have a mock test.
Okay, so now my problem is very simple that there are more than 450 students in this group and I to be honest I I only need consistent people.
Okay.
So, every institute needs ranks and every institute needs some people who can give efforts, who are consistent.
Even if you're giving daily 4 hours, that is fine.
But you have to be consistent. So, every Sunday is a mock test. If you don't give mock test, then you do not matter for to be very honest. Hello.
Because the mock test you did that person is delaying the war ground.
Mock test is a war ground. You have to sit in a war ground every Sunday. Now, let's say on a Sunday mock test you have some subjects which you have not covered. So, what? Is this your first day on the earth?
Like you have not done MSc. You have not done class 11 10.
What is it? But is the CSN will ask that how much you have scored in physics by the mock test? See, when you don't know the syllabus, even then giving mock test is important because mock test you give with whatever knowledge you have, how much how much marks you can score.
And people give mock test it is a 2-hour mock test they come out in 1 hour. See, it's not like that. 2-hour mock test is there, you sit down for 2 hours.
We will have a live attendance system from this Sunday where we have you sit down.
Anytime of the day you give a test on Sunday, anytime.
But you sit down for that much time, you try to score as much max as possible.
Because without that it is not going to be very useful. Up key problem here is not only about content, it is about exam taking skills. We have to improve our exam taking skills as and that will only happen through mock test.
Every Sunday mock test will be having general aptitude questions from now on so that your general aptitude is getting practices.
Okay. I don't get it. Any any doubt?
Sir, I don't know why EMT is good or not. I was watching your first video.
Yes, if you are able to understand my lectures and able to do questions after that, yes, you should at least try. If you have time, definitely try. It's about time only. If you don't have time, then I'm only saying that you can skip first part of EMT, but if you have time, then definitely every lecture is very important.
Okay.
Sir, I really got time for class and due to my own classes, I got exhausted.
So, the budget in that case you message me but is your schedule and then we will discuss based on that.
Okay.
So, you message me after the class you got this your schedule and we will discuss.
So, let's let me now show you the screen and there is everything so that you are not also confused in that respect.
So, let me share the screen. This is the screen. This is share.
Yes, so everyone can see the Google.
Okay. Yeah.
So, let's search physics by Aryan.
So, you search on any browser, phone, laptop, whatever.
You go here.
Click on any link. Don't don't play with the screen. Are you a child?
Okay. Then click on login. You don't have to go anywhere else. Click on the login.
Sign in with Google.
Choose the email ID with which you have taken the course. So, for example, you have taken the course with first one, so choose that one.
Okay.
So, yeah, and then continue.
And then wait. 5 seconds you wait. Don't panic.
Wait. Okay. It will open up the dashboard for you.
Still wait.
Okay.
So, if does not happen, you can click on my account again, it will open.
Okay, don't play with the screen, otherwise take it. It will It will do back.
Okay, so it will open up something like this. Now, let's go to your course. This is your course, CSIR NET problems in division.
Okay. So, now I want everyone to men uh pay attention here, okay?
Whenever the live class happens, the link comes in a WhatsApp group. You join the link, you get a class, we study.
And then after 2 hours, you can go to class records.
Here you see a lecture. So, you can see here Monday, 1 June, uh the class is going on.
Okay, so you can see you can even join the class from here. So, this class is currently going.
Now, many people panic that where are previous classes? So, today is the first day, that is why in this month there is only one class. What do you do is you change it to this year.
So, when you change it to this year, you can see all the classes which are happened this year, April, May, June, whatever.
So, one thing is that all the recent classes, like last 10 day classes, will be here. So, last 10 day classes, you will be able to find in class records.
Okay, in class records, you will be able to find last 10 day classes.
Okay, so then you can see the classes.
Okay.
So, let's say today's lecture, you will get here.
In class record, when this class will end, here this class will end, instead of join now, you will see view recording. And when you will click the view recording, let me click it for you.
It will open the recording like this.
Okay, and then you can see this.
Okay, okay. Now, the all the content is in the lessons. So, you go to lessons.
And then these are the sections you can see here.
Number one, revision classes video recording. Now, when the classes are more than 10 days old, we download those classes and we put it here for the easy easy access. Because here you can easily see that you can see mathematical revision class one, which is matrices. I already told you and mathematics is done. So, first class is matrices, second is special function, third is differential. I can click any of Once you click, it will open here.
It will open here. You can see it.
You can watch this class like normal.
Third, fourth, fifth, and then eight classes are there for mathematics and then you can see then your class start for classical mechanics. And then there are seven classes and then there are EMT classes. So, four EMT classes are already uploaded.
Uh more will be uploaded uh once it is more than 10 days class has happened. So, let's say 1 June class happened. So, 1 June class you will find in class records.
This is automatically reached here.
After 10 days, what we do is we download these classes and we upload here in the lessons for easy access.
Okay.
Now, notes. So, you can see for every class we have notes. For example, matrices, special functions.
So, you can have all the notes here, all the notes which are happened so far. You need all the notes. These are the revision classes notes. It has questions, it has formulas, and so.
This is something which we study in the class. So, this is a class notes.
Then we have assignments. Then matrices assignment, differential, probability, complex, uh classical, oscillations electric potential multipole expansion so on all the assignments you will find here in the PDF format you can download them you can do that then you have revision test so every Sunday is a test so this was previous tests okay this was yesterday test then general aptitude in between I will be taking some extra sessions for general aptitude for example three sessions I have taken so far I will take some more and then this is the thermodynamics and statistical mechanics which I'm talking in this you can see you have 18 classes you can see that let's go here and then you see you have 18 classes on top of the class one of the best thing is that you have a lecture plan you can click on the lecture plan and you can see that what is in the class number one what is in the class number two what is in the class number three what which topic is covered in which class then you have a class so let's say this is my lecture number one okay let's say how long is this lecture this is one hour 18 minute lecture then you have a PDF of this lecture then you have lecture then you have PDF lecture PDF lecture PDF and then here you have assignments of thermodynamics and statistics you can see here thermodynamics and statistical mechanics assignment you can click here you will find 18 lectures 18 assignments okay I know sorry assignments and some some lectures also have a solution and this is your atomic and molecular physics classes and 8 to 9 p.m. which can notes which are there is here lectures will also I will upload once it is 10 days I the lecture you will also see here now any doubt you have about the accessing the course any problem what is where please ask okay anything you want to ask please unmute okay because I cannot read your chat at this moment I can. Tell me.
Ask Ask me anything.
Sir, can you organize other subjects like thermo and stat?
Yeah, I have organized now. See, I have organized. You see mathematical class one matrices class two special function class three differential class four this we have right. What is the assignments are also there you can see you have all the matrices assignment differential assignment. So, it is organized in the same way right.
Sir, for previous classes where we can find assignments. You see this is revision class assignments right.
Revision class assignments all the assignments are here.
Every new assignments comes here. But you have to upload in Google Classroom but the assignment you can access from your dashboard also your course also.
Yeah, submission is in Google Classroom.
Anything else?
Or which?
Yes, assignments are uploaded in both Google Classroom as well as your dashboard.
You have to submit in the Google Classroom. That's all. Submission is in Google Classroom but your dashboard contains everything. Here you have everything. Everything which you we have covered is there.
Or which? Can I stop sharing?
Yeah, understood now.
Okay. So, so now sir we sir we have to see lectures first then attend the live quiz.
No, which lecture you have to see?
Nothing. You just come to the class.
Mock test time is as I said give any time on Sunday.
It will be Sunday. Give you any time on Sunday. Let's say you miss on Sunday, you can only give on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Any day you can give, but we usually prefer that you give in Sunday itself.
And or what?
Yes, every Sunday we have live. No, on Sunday we don't have live class. On Sunday you have only have mock test and then you rest.
No live classes on Sunday.
Okay, so now take a break. At 6:00 p.m.
I will send you the new link and we will start with our today's topic.
Okay, so enough with the planning and so on. Let's now begin the study.
See, for some formula notes, for some topics I've shared the formula. It's not there for See, class itself is a formula note.
When I come to the class, I come to the class and summarize the formulas.
For some of the topics, I even give some extra PDF which I directly share in the WhatsApp group.
What is that I say what I think every every I feel like you should read that I share it in the WhatsApp group.
Okay.
So, today lecture we will study electrodynamics. So, I will meet you again at 6:00 p.m. Everyone read. Once you will have one week of classes, you will understand everything. So, now let's focus on study.
So, let's meet at 6:00 p.m.
electrodynamics. From last 2 years, the electrodynamic question is coming every year. So, it's a very important topic.
