Do a pupil exam. That's facial droop.
That's our arm drift test. Or we have weakness unilaterally to one arm or one leg, one side of the body, right? S is [music] is for speech. Do we have slurred speech? Or can the patient not get out words, right? Are they confused?
Altered mental status? They're not acting right. T is for time. When was the last time they were seen normal?
